Abstract
本发明公开了一种气嘴接头,所述气嘴接头用于与气嘴连接,所述气嘴外周缘设有螺牙,所述气嘴接头包含:一接头本体、至少一限位块及一控制组,所述接头本体设有一气嘴插孔及一与所述气嘴插孔相通的进气孔,所述接头本体上设有至少一由外部贯穿到所述气嘴插孔的通孔,所述限位块设于所述通孔中并可受控制产生位移,且所述限位块一端对应所述气嘴插孔设有契合齿,所述契合齿与所述气嘴外周缘的螺牙相契合,所述限位块另一端为限制端,控制组设于接头本体上,控制组在控制限位块在通孔中的位移,使用充气更方便、顺手且适合应用于高压的充气者。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种气嘴接头,特别是针对气嘴接头与气嘴间的结合,用以加压充气的定位结构的改良。
背景技术
目前轮胎充气方式主要有二种,一种为扳动束紧式,扳动束紧式是利用压缩橡胶使气嘴接头将气嘴束紧,使用虽然快速,但是束紧力差,无法用于高压充气;另一种为螺牙转动式,螺牙转动式是利用公、母螺牙的转动使气嘴接头将气嘴螺固,虽然能够用于高压充气,但是使用螺转过程非常缓慢不方便,且无论何种方式都必须双手操作。
发明内容
本发明人有鉴于上述现有技术的气嘴接头,扳动束紧式束紧力差,无法用于高压充气,螺牙转动式使用螺转过程非常缓慢不方便的缺陷。本发明的目的在于提供不仅使用快速,更兼具体积小与结合稳固、确实的优点,适合应用于高压的充气的气嘴接头。为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种气嘴接头,所述气嘴接头用于与气嘴连接,所述气嘴外周缘设有螺牙,所述气嘴接头包含:
一接头本体,所述接头本体设有一气嘴插孔及一与所述气嘴插孔相通的进气孔,所述接头本体上设有至少一由外部贯穿到所述气嘴插孔的通孔;
至少一限位块,所述限位块设于所述通孔中并可受控制产生位移,且所述限位块一端对应所述气嘴插孔设有契合齿,所述契合齿配合所述气嘴外周缘的螺牙,所述限位块另一端为限制端;以及
一用于控制所述限位块在通孔中的移动的控制组,所述控制组设于所述接头本体上。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.当气嘴接头的控制组在不限制限位块时,使用者直接单手将气嘴接头以气嘴插孔插设气嘴,控制组会同时顺着插设力道移动,以开关组限制住限位块,或插设后直接转动,以开关组限制住限位块,使用更方便顺手。
2.气嘴接头与气嘴的接设,是于对应气嘴的螺牙的限位块设置契合齿,以控制组切换限制或切换不限制该限位块,使该契合齿可契合入该气嘴的螺牙,用以限制该气嘴在该气嘴插孔内,这种配合方式不仅具有快速的优点,更兼具体积小与结合稳固、确实的优点,适合应用于高压的充气。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的结构做进一步详细的说明:
如图1至图4所示,气嘴接头1用于与气嘴2连接来充气,该气嘴2外周缘设有螺牙3,该气嘴接头1为法式气嘴接头1,该气嘴接头1包含:
一接头本体10,该接头本体10设有一气嘴插孔11及一与该气嘴插孔11相通的进气孔12,该接头本体10上并设有至少一由外部贯穿到该气嘴插孔11的通孔13,该通孔13为非圆形,该接头本体10由一中结合筒10A、一前结合筒10B及一后结合筒10C相互螺纹连接组成,该前结合筒10B螺纹连接于该中结合筒10A的一端并将一内止密环14固定,该后结合筒10C螺纹连接于该中结合筒10A的另一端,并将一压簧15固定,该接头本体10外周缘一端设一前止密环16于该中结合筒10A上,另一端设一后止密环17于该后结合筒10C上,该前止密环16与该后止密环17提供该通孔13前、后位置的止密,该内止密环14与该气嘴2外周缘产生止密,该压簧15推动气嘴2。
至少一限位块20,配合设于该通孔13中并可可受控制产生位移,且该限位块20的一端对应该气嘴插孔11设有契合齿21,该契合齿21配合该气嘴2外周缘的螺牙3契合,该限位块20另一端则为限制端22。
一控制组30,其为一中空筒形状,套设于该接头本体10上,该控制组30在控制该限位块20在通孔13中的位移动作,该控制组30内设有一推抵凸块31,该控制组30以位移使该推抵凸块31推抵限制该限位块20的限制端22,以防止该限位块20的位移动作。
一弹簧40,该弹簧40设于该接头本体10与该限位块20间,以该弹簧40提供该限位块20常态往外部位移。
如图4和图5所示,该接头本体10以气嘴插孔11供气嘴2插设,该控制组30可切换限制或切换不限制该限位块20的限制端22,该限位块20的限制端22为不受限制时可发生位移,该限位块20能往外部位移,使该契合齿21不限制该气嘴2的螺牙3,该气嘴2可离开该气嘴插孔11,令该气嘴插孔11可供气嘴2插设或脱离,该限位块20的限制端22为受限制时不可作动,该限位块20往内部位移,该契合齿21进入该气嘴插孔11时,该契合齿21契合入该气嘴2的螺牙3,以限制该气嘴2的螺牙3,以限制该气嘴2在该气嘴插孔11内。
该控制组30可以为滑动式或转动式控制或限制该限位块20位移动作,如图1至图6所示,该控制组30为滑动式控制或限制该限位块20的位移,该控制组30的推抵凸块31为整圈设置,并设有至少一缺口311,该接头本体10设有至少一契合凸缘18,该缺口311与该契合凸缘18契合,该控制组30即可往前推动,使该契合凸缘18达到控制或限制该限位块20位移的动作,且该契合凸缘18通过该缺口311后可转动一角度以进一步限位该控制组30动作。
再如图7至图10所示,该控制组30A为转动式控制或限制该限位块20A的位移,该控制组30A的推抵凸块31A位于该限位块20A的同圆周在线,但不接触该限位块20A,当转动该控制组30A时,该推抵凸块31A即转动到该限位块20A外侧,会将该限位块20A下压,使该推抵凸块31A达到控制或限制该限位块20A的位移。
再如图11和图12所示:
其气嘴接头4供气嘴5的接设而充气,该气嘴5外周缘设有螺牙6,该气嘴接头4为美式气嘴接头4,该气嘴接头4其包含:
一接头本体50,该接头本体50设有一气嘴插孔51及一与该气嘴插孔51通设的进气孔52,该接头本体50上并设有至少一由外部贯穿到该气嘴插孔51的通孔53,该气嘴插孔51内并配合气嘴接头4设有内止密塞54。
至少一限位块60,配合设于该通孔53中并可受控制产生位移,且该限位块60一端对应该气嘴插孔51设有契合齿61,该契合齿61配合该气嘴2外周缘的螺牙6契合,该限位块60另一端则为限制端62,该限位块60一端延伸出有一延伸轴63,以该延伸轴63与该接头本体50结合枢设。
一控制组70,其为一中空筒形状,套设于该接头本体50上,该控制组70在控制该限位块60在通孔53中的位移,该控制组70内设有一推抵凸块71,该控制组70以位移使该推抵凸块71推抵限制该限位块60的限制端62,以防止该限位块60的位移,详见图12所示。
一弹簧80,设于该接头本体50与该限位块60的延伸轴63间,以该弹簧80提供该限位块60常态往外部位移的拉力。
另外,如图13和图14所示的前述实施例的接头本体50及限位块60亦可为,限位块60A一端延伸出有一延伸轴63A与接头本体50A一体成型,并以该延伸轴63A产生出弹性,而不需使用弹簧80,使用具有等效的功能。
由上述具体实施例的结构,可得知本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.当气嘴接头1的控制组30在不限制限位块20时,使用者直接单手将气嘴接头1以气嘴插孔11插设气嘴2,控制组30会同时顺着插设力移动,以开关组30限制住限位块20,或插设后直接转动,以开关组30限制住限位块20,使用更方便顺手。
2.气嘴接头1与气嘴2的接设,是于对应气嘴2的螺牙3的限位块20设置契合齿21,以控制组30切换限制或切换不限制该限位块20,使该契合齿21可契合入该气嘴2的螺牙3,用以限制该气嘴2在该气嘴插孔11内,该种配合方式不仅具有快速的优点,更兼具体积小与结合稳固、确实的优点,适合应用于高压的充气。
Claims (4)
1.一种气嘴接头,所述气嘴接头用于与气嘴连接,所述气嘴外周缘设有螺牙,所述气嘴接头包含:
一接头本体,所述接头本体设有一气嘴插孔及一与所述气嘴插孔相通的进气孔,所述接头本体上设有至少一由外部贯穿到所述气嘴插孔的通孔,所述接头本体由一中结合筒、一前结合筒及一后结合筒螺纹连接组成,所述前结合筒螺纹连接于所述中结合筒的一端并将一内止密环固定,所述后结合筒螺纹连接于所述中结合筒的另一端并将一压簧固定,所述接头本体的外周缘一端设一前止密环于所述中结合筒上,所述接头本体的外周缘的另一端设一后止密环于所述后结合筒上,所述前止密环与所述后止密环提供所述通孔前、后位置的止密,所述内止密环与所述气嘴外周缘产生止密,所述压簧推动气嘴;
至少一限位块,所述限位块设于所述通孔中并可受控制产生位移,且所述限位块一端对应所述气嘴插孔设有契合齿,所述契合齿配合所述气嘴外周缘的螺牙,所述限位块另一端为限制端;
一用于控制所述限位块在通孔中的移动的控制组,所述控制组设于所述接头本体上,所述控制组内设有一推抵凸块,所述控制组的位移以所述推抵凸块限制所述限位块的限制端用以限制所述限位块的位移;以及
一弹簧,设于所述接头本体与所述限位块间,所述弹簧用于提供所述限位块在常态往外部位移的拉力。
2.如权利要求1所述的气嘴接头,其特征在于,所述控制组为滑动式控制或限制所述限位块的位移。
3.如权利要求1所述的气嘴接头,其特征在于,所述控制组为转动式控制或限制所述限位块的位移。
4.如权利要求3所述的气嘴接头,其特征在于,所述控制组的推抵凸块为整圈设置,并设有至少一缺口,所述接头本体设有至少一契合凸缘,所述缺口与所述契合凸缘契合,所述控制组可往前推动,并转动一角度用以限位。
