Abstract

本发明公开气胀轴的气压控制阀,包括阀体,在阀体上设置有低压进气口、高压进气口,在阀体上还设置阀杆通道,阀杆通道一侧与低压进气口以及高压进气口联通,阀杆通道的另一侧与两个上下设置的出气管联通,两个出气管通过出气通道连接到设置在阀体上的气胀轴接头;在阀杆通道内设置有阀杆,在阀杆内设置有一个连通管,并在连通管上设置有单向阀,阀杆的中下部与所述的阀杆通道密闭,并在阀杆上设置有密封圈,阀杆的上部与阀杆通道之间设置有间隙。本发明通过设置3个档位,将阀杆由下至上地拉上去,能够由低压切换到高压进气状态,能够使得气胀轴的凸键由半紧状态调节到高压胀紧状态,便于在低压半紧状态的时候,对气胀轴上的料卷进行微调。

Description

一种气胀轴的气压控制阀
技术领域
本发明涉及气胀轴领域,尤其是一种气胀轴的气压控制阀。
背景技术
气胀轴一般用于夹紧管类工件,比如料卷等,气胀轴的原理是充气将凸键涨起,实现工件的夹持,广泛应用于涂布机、皮革机、定型机、压花机、分条机、模切机、复卷机、复卷机、纸筒机、贴合机、覆膜机、等相关机械配套之使用。但是现有的气胀轴存在着如下的缺点,在气胀轴凸键充气涨起的时候立刻就涨紧,套在气胀轴上的卷料的位置并不能够进行微调,便于操作。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种气胀轴的气压控制阀。
为了达到上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种气胀轴的气压控制阀,包括阀体,在所述的阀体上设置有低压进气口以及高压进气口,在所述的阀体上还设置阀杆通道,所述的阀杆通道一侧与低压进气口以及高压进气口联通,阀杆通道的另一侧与两个上下设置的出气管联通,两个出气管通过出气通道连接到设置在阀体上的气胀轴接头;在所述的阀杆通道内设置有阀杆,在所述的阀杆内设置有一个连通管,并在所述的连通管上设置有单向阀,所述的阀杆的中下部与所述的阀杆通道密闭,并在所述阀杆上设置有密封圈,阀杆的上部与阀杆通道之间设置有间隙,所述的阀杆在所述的阀杆通道内设置有3个档位,阀杆插入到阀杆通道的最底端是为排气档,此时上出气管与间隙连通排气;阀杆向上拉动到低压档,此时阀杆上的连通管连通低压进气口和下出气管;阀杆向上拉动到高压档,此时阀杆上的连通管连通高压进气口和上出气管。
作为本发明的一种改进,所述的连通管为在阀杆上设置的Z型通道,在所述的Z型通道内设置有弹簧及滚珠。
作为本发明的一种改进,在所述的阀杆的顶部设置有手柄。
有益效果:
本发明提供的一种气胀轴的气压控制阀,通过设置3个档位,分别为排气、低压以及高压档位,且在操作的时候将阀杆由下至上地拉上去,能够由低压进气切换到高压进气状态,能够使得气胀轴的凸键由半紧状态调节到高压胀紧状态,便于在低压半紧状态的时候,对气胀轴上的料卷进行微调。

具体实施方式
以下将结合具体实施例对本发明提供的技术方案进行详细说明,应理解下述具体实施方式仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围。
实施例1:
如图1到图3所示的一种气胀轴的气压控制阀,包括阀体7,在所述的阀体7上设置有低压进气口5以及高压进气口4,在所述的阀体7上还设置阀杆通道12,所述的阀杆通道12一侧与低压进气口5以及高压进气口4联通,阀杆通道12的另一侧与两个上下设置的出气管联通。
两个出气管分别为上出气管10以及下出气管9,上出气管10以及下出气管9通过阀体内设置的通道连接到设置在阀体7上的气胀轴接头11;在所述的阀杆通道12内设置有阀杆13,在所述的阀杆13内设置有一个连通管6,并在所述的连通管6上设置有单向阀。所述的连通管6为在阀杆13上设置的Z型通道,在所述的Z型通道内设置有弹簧3及滚珠8,通过弹簧3顶住滚珠8作为单向阀使用。
所述的阀杆13的中下部与所述的阀杆通道12密闭,并在所述阀杆12上设置有密封圈2,阀杆13的上部与阀杆通道12之间设置有间隙,在阀杆13的顶部设置有手柄1。在本实施例中,阀杆13的上部的直径小于阀杆13下部的直径,这样在上部阀杆13与阀杆通道12之间就形成了间隙。
所述的阀杆13在所述的阀杆通道12内设置有3个档位,阀杆13插入到阀杆通道12的最底端是为排气档,此时上出气管10与间隙连通排气,将气胀轴中的气体排出,该部分如图1所示。
阀杆13向上拉动到低压档,此时阀杆13上的连通管连通低压进气口5和下出气管9,这时候低压进气口5进行低压进气,气体通过低压进气口5、连通管6、下出气管9、气胀轴接头连接到气胀轴,上出气管10与阀杆13直径大的部分相抵,无间隙,成封堵状态。此时气胀轴的凸键胀开,将料卷半紧地夹持住,此时可以对料卷的位置进行微调,该部分如图2所示。
微调完毕后,继续向上拉动阀杆13,将阀杆13向上拉动到高压档,此时阀杆13上的连通管6连通高压进气口4和上出气管10,下出气管9被阀杆13封堵。高压进气口4进行高压进气,气体通过高压进气口4、连通管6、上出气管、气胀轴接头11连接到气胀轴。此时气胀轴的凸键胀开,成高压胀紧状态,将料卷紧紧地夹持住,此时料卷的位置不可以调节,然后进行后续的放卷等操作。
本发明提供的一种气胀轴的气压控制阀,通过设置3个档位,分别为排气、低压以及高压档位,且在操作的时候将阀杆由下至上地拉上去,能够由低压切换到高压进气状态,能够使得气胀轴的凸键由半紧状态调节到高压胀紧状态,便于在低压半紧状态的时候,对气胀轴上的料卷进行微调。
本发明方案所公开的技术手段不仅限于上述实施方式所公开的技术手段,还包括由以上技术特征任意组合所组成的技术方案。

Claims (3)

1.一种气胀轴的气压控制阀,其特征在于:包括阀体,在所述的阀体上设置有低压进气口以及高压进气口,在所述的阀体上还设置阀杆通道,所述的阀杆通道一侧与低压进气口以及高压进气口联通,阀杆通道的另一侧与两个上下设置的出气管联通,两个出气管通过出气通道连接到设置在阀体上的气胀轴接头;在所述的阀杆通道内设置有阀杆,在所述的阀杆内设置有一个连通管,并在所述的连通管上设置有单向阀,所述的阀杆的中下部与所述的阀杆通道密闭,并在所述阀杆上设置有密封圈,阀杆的上部与阀杆通道之间设置有间隙,所述的阀杆在所述的阀杆通道内设置有3个档位,阀杆插入到阀杆通道的最底端是为排气档,此时上出气管与间隙连通排气;阀杆向上拉动到低压档,此时阀杆上的连通管连通低压进气口和下出气管;阀杆向上拉动到高压档,此时阀杆上的连通管连通高压进气口和上出气管。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种气胀轴的气压控制阀,其特征在于:所述的连通管为在阀杆上设置的Z型通道,在所述的Z型通道内设置有弹簧及滚珠。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种气胀轴的气压控制阀,其特征在于:在所述的阀杆的顶部设置有手柄。
