苦瓜气味苦、无毒、性寒,入心、肝、脾、肺经,有清热祛暑、明目解毒、降压降糖、利尿凉血、解劳清心、益气壮阳之功效。苦瓜中含有多种维生素、矿物质,含有清脂、减肥的特效成分,可以加速排毒。据研究发现,它还具有良好的降血糖、抗病毒和防癌功效。

一种苦瓜蜂蜜冻干粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜280~320、苦瓜120~150、黄原胶3~5、食盐10~14、水蜜桃汁14~16、山楂籽4~6、麦芽糖醇5~7、枣树皮8~12、桂叶2~3、马铃薯全粉15~18、玫瑰花瓣4~6、山芋皮6~8、薰衣草2~3、绿豆8~12、助剂4~5和适量的水;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:三七花6~8、岩青兰4~5.5、葡萄酒8~10、大麦芽8~12、啤酒花5~6、关公须2~3、竹叶3~4、疳积草2~3、脱脂牛奶粉15~20、鲜韭菜花10~12、鲜茉莉花12~14和适量的水;制备方法:(1)混合三七花、岩青兰、啤酒花、关公须、竹叶和疳积草,加水至没过物料8~10cm,煎煮60~70min,过滤汤汁;(2)取大麦芽,混合鲜茉莉花和鲜韭菜花,加葡萄酒研磨,挤压出滤汁;(3)混合(1)的汤汁和(2)的滤汁加入至脱脂牛奶粉中,搅拌均匀,烘干并粉碎即得。

发明中不常见的物料介绍如下:
岩青兰:唇形科多年生草本,全体具香气味,芳香植物,洗净后晒干可要用,有清热消炎,凉血止血等功效。
疳积草:爵床科明萼草属植物孩儿草的全草,全年可采,洗净,鲜用或晒干,有清热利湿,消积导滞等功效。
本发明的优点:本发明的苦瓜冻干粉是一种混合蜂蜜于真空干燥机中冻干制得的粉剂,它是先将苦瓜用盐水浸泡去苦,再离心得下层匀浆和上清,上清与中草药如桂叶、枣树皮、玫瑰花瓣等加水混合煎煮浓缩,一来减小冻干步骤的压力,二是这些食料的添加有利于功效的利用与发挥,保证营养的全面性,最后冻干制得,苦瓜营养丰富,有美容、抗癌等多重功效,但其味道甚苦,很多人不能忍受,本发明混合蜂蜜,特加醇糖后口味尤佳,冻干工艺使得其易保存、运输等优点。
具体实施方式
一种苦瓜蜂蜜冻干粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜280~320g、苦瓜120~150g、黄原胶3~5g、食盐10~14g、水蜜桃汁14~16g、山楂籽4~6g、麦芽糖醇5~7g、枣树皮8~12g、桂叶2~3g、马铃薯全粉15~18、玫瑰花瓣4~6g、山芋皮6~8g、薰衣草2~3g、绿豆8~12g、助剂4~5g和适量的水;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:三七花6~8g、岩青兰4~5.5g、葡萄酒8~10g、大麦芽8~12g、啤酒花5~6g、关公须2~3g、竹叶3~4g、疳积草2~3g、脱脂牛奶粉15~20g、鲜韭菜花10~12g、鲜茉莉花12~14g和适量的水;制备方法:(1)混合三七花、岩青兰、啤酒花、关公须、竹叶和疳积草,加水至没过物料8~10cm,煎煮60~70min,过滤汤汁;(2)取大麦芽,混合鲜茉莉花和鲜韭菜花,加葡萄酒研磨,挤压出滤汁;(3)混合(1)的汤汁和(2)的滤汁加入至脱脂牛奶粉中,搅拌均匀,烘干并粉碎即得。
一种苦瓜蜂蜜冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
(1)取苦瓜的果肉部分,放盐水中浸泡2~3h,捞出沥干,细磨至匀浆,于800~1000r/min离心10~15min,分成上清液及下层匀浆两部分;
(2)将(1)的上清液混合黄原胶、水蜜桃汁、山楂籽、麦芽糖醇、枣树皮、桂叶、玫瑰花瓣、山芋皮、薰衣草和绿豆,加水至液面没过物料10~14cm,煎煮70~80min至汤汁变稠,过滤得滤汁;
(3)将(1)的匀浆部分拌入蜂蜜,同时加入(2)的滤汁,马铃薯全粉、助剂及其它剩余成分,之后于-40℃以下低温速冻成固体块状;
(4)将(3)所述的块状固体于真空干燥机中冻干,真空条件下调整料温-5~5℃,持续8~10h,完成后粉碎即可。
Claims (2)
1.一种苦瓜蜂蜜冻干粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:蜂蜜280~320、苦瓜120~150、黄原胶3~5、食盐10~14、水蜜桃汁14~16、山楂籽4~6、麦芽糖醇5~7、枣树皮8~12、桂叶2~3、马铃薯全粉15~18、玫瑰花瓣4~6、山芋皮6~8、薰衣草2~3、绿豆8~12、助剂4~5和适量的水;所述助剂由以下重量份的原料制成:三七花6~8、岩青兰4~5.5、葡萄酒8~10、大麦芽8~12、啤酒花5~6、关公须2~3、竹叶3~4、疳积草2~3、脱脂牛奶粉15~20、鲜韭菜花10~12、鲜茉莉花12~14和适量的水;制备方法:(1)混合三七花、岩青兰、啤酒花、关公须、竹叶和疳积草,加水至没过物料8~10cm,煎煮60~70min,过滤汤汁;(2)取大麦芽,混合鲜茉莉花和鲜韭菜花,加葡萄酒研磨,挤压出滤汁;(3)混合(1)的汤汁和(2)的滤汁加入至脱脂牛奶粉中,搅拌均匀,烘干并粉碎即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种苦瓜蜂蜜冻干粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下几个步骤:
