背景技术:
慢性单纯性咽炎又称慢性咽炎,较多见。病变主要在黏膜层,表现为咽部黏膜慢性充血,其血管周围有较多淋巴细胞浸润,也可见白细胞及浆细胞浸润。黏膜及黏膜下结缔组织增生。黏液腺可肥大,分泌功能亢进,黏液分泌增多。多见成年人,病程长,易复发。多因急性咽炎反复发作或治疗不彻底,以及邻近器官病灶刺激如鼻窦炎、扁桃体炎、鼻咽炎、气管炎等引起。烟酒过度、粉尘及有害气体刺激为常见病因。现在治疗治疗慢性咽炎大多都是采用西药或者纯中药的治疗方式,作用功能单一。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种治疗效果好,而且能够滋补提高免疫力的治疗慢性咽炎的食疗方法。
解决的技术问题所采用以下的技术方案:
一种治疗慢性咽炎的食疗方法,其特征在于:包括下列步骤:
(1)、准备原料,包括雄鸡800~1500克,柚子800~1200克,配料和中药包;
(2)、将宰杀好的去毛去内脏雄鸡洗净,柚子去皮洗净,放进鸡腹中;
(3)、将锅置于火上,放入整只鸡、配料、中药包和清水,用大火煮开,再用小火,待鸡肉熟烂时点上味精调味。
所述的中药包内的中药包括檀香橄榄150克,晒干的罗汉果半个,葱白2根,桔梗6克,甘草3克。
所述的配料包括葱、姜、料酒、精盐。
所述的中药包中的中药是用纱布包裹。
中医认为,咽喉为肺之门户,肺肾之阴上滋于咽,方能言,肺腑功能失调,津液不足,虚火上冲,熏蒸咽喉所致慢性咽炎,其症为口干舌燥、咽痒、肿痛、咳嗽多痰或干咳无痰。
鸡性温,味甘,功能温中益气,补精填髓。其肉含有丰富的蛋白质、钙、磷、铁等多种维生素等,对病后有良好的滋补作用,能补虚强身,提高免疫能力。
柚子性寒、味甘、酸。功能下气消痰、健胃消食、消肿止痛、利咽消炎。研究表明柚子中含有胰岛素成分,能减低血糖,保护心血管。
适用于慢性咽炎、慢性支气管炎。糖尿病、心脏病、高血压患者及肥胖者宜常食柚子。该食谱对患痢疾、黄疸、肝火或肝阳亢盛所致的头痛、头晕、烦躁、便秘等不宜。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明治疗效果好,解毒散寒,清利咽喉,健脾养胃、清热化痰,而且能够滋补提高免疫力。

实施例一
一种治疗慢性咽炎的食疗方法,包括下列步骤:
(1)、准备原料,包括雄鸡1000克,柚子1000克,配料和中药包;
(2)、将宰杀好的去毛去内脏雄鸡洗净,柚子去皮洗净,放进鸡腹中;
(3)、将锅置于火上,放入整只鸡、配料、中药包和清水,用大火煮开,再用小火,待鸡肉熟烂时点上味精调味。
中药包内的中药包括檀香橄榄150克,晒干的罗汉果半个,葱白2根,桔梗6克,甘草3克。
配料包括葱、姜、料酒、精盐。
中药包中的中药是用纱布包裹。
本发明以治疗组100例,每个人按三天吃一次,坚持食用后,其中72人3个月内有明显效果;15人在在第四到第五个月的时候有好转迹象;有13人没有明显效果。
李某,男,45岁,慢性咽炎很长时间,有治疗史,一直没有根治,还伴有慢性支气管炎,食欲不振,身体虚弱,在经过本发明的食疗3个月后,病情好转,6个月后基本痊愈,而且在治疗的过程中,李某的身体状况也得到很好的改善,身体的抵抗能力变强,精神状态也变的更好。

(3)、将锅置于火上,放入整只鸡、配料、中药包和清水,用大火煮开,再用小火,待鸡肉熟烂时点上味精调味。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种治疗慢性咽炎的食疗方法,其特征在于:所述的中药包内的中药包括檀香橄榄150克,晒干的罗汉果半个,葱白2根,桔梗6克,甘草3克。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种治疗慢性咽炎的食疗方法,其特征在于:所述的配料包括葱、姜、料酒、精盐。
4.根据权利要求1、2或3所述的一种治疗慢性咽炎的食疗方法,其特征在于:所述的中药包中的中药是用纱布包裹。
