本发明涉及一种保健骆驼肉丸领域;本发明提供了一种防治高脂血疾病的保健骆驼肉丸,其特征是包括以下重量份的原料:骆驼肉100、异叶茴芹中药微粉10-20、葱末2-5、料酒1-5、玉米淀粉10-20、盐3-6;所述异叶茴芹中药微粉由异叶茴芹、金银花、木棉花、山药按10:5-8:5-8:5-10的重量份配比制成中药微粉。本发明口味清新甘醇,增添了骆驼肉丸的新口味;通过金银花、山药等调理人体心肝脾肺肾五脏之平衡,理气健脾、消渴化瘀清浊,又用异叶茴芹活血通经,从而达到降血脂的目的,适用于防治高脂血疾病的食品辅助保健。

技术领域
 本发明涉及一种保健骆驼肉丸,尤其是一种防治高脂血疾病的保健骆驼肉丸。
背景技术
骆驼肉味甘、性温,归脾经;功能主治:补气血、壮筋骨、润肌肤。主外病虚损;顽麻风痹;肌肤不泽。骆驼是生长在沙漠地区的动物,其驼峰是骆驼的营养贮存库,与背肌相连,由营养丰富的胶质脂肪组成,在中国传统菜谱中是难得的珍肴。骆驼肉富含蛋白质、脂肪、钙、磷、铁及维生素A、维生素B和烟酸等成分;其中脂肪含量为65%,而且它的胆固醇含量也很低,是一种健康肉食。
异叶茴芹,别名鹅脚板、苦爹菜、骚羊古、羊膻七、六月寒、茴芹、八月白、冬青草、羊膳七、白花菜根、白花雷公根。来源于伞形科茴芹属植物异叶茴芹Pimpinella diversifolia DC.,以全草及根入药。秋季采挖全草,晒干,或砍下根部,晒干,单独使用。性味辛、微苦,温。功能主治:祛风活血,解毒消肿。用于感冒,咽喉肿痛,痢疾,黄疸型肝炎;外用治毒蛇咬伤,跌打损伤,皮肤搔痒等(《全国中草药汇编》)。
现有的肉丸没有应用异叶茴芹中药配制防治高血脂产品,口味单一且营养保健功能有其局限性。如在中国专利信息中心公布的专利申请号为201010550901.X的发明——一种南瓜猪肉丸及其制作方法,该发明公开了一种南瓜骆驼肉丸,由下列原料配置而成:猪肉肥膘、猪瘦肉、南瓜、大豆分离蛋白、玉米淀粉、复合磷酸盐、卡拉胶。该发明南瓜肉丸不肥不腻、营养丰富、食用方便,主、辅料成本低,成品物美价廉;该发明保健功能有其局限性。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术问题,本发明的目的是要提供一种防治高脂血疾病的保健骆驼肉丸。
技术方案:一种防治高脂血疾病的保健骆驼肉丸,包括以下重量份的原料:骆驼肉100、异叶茴芹中药微粉10-20、葱末2-5、料酒1-5、玉米淀粉10-20、盐3-6;所述异叶茴芹中药微粉由异叶茴芹、金银花、木棉花按10:5-8:5-8的重量份配比制成中药微粉。
制备过程:1、先把骆驼肉放入绞肉机绞碎成肉泥,再把其它配料拌匀,倒入制丸机中制成肉丸;2、做好的肉丸放进蒸锅里蒸熟;3、将熟肉丸进行速冻,包装后冷冻储存。。
作为优化,本发明异叶茴芹中药微粉配制前加入山药,异叶茴芹与山药的重量份配比为10:5-10,制成中药微粉。
作为优化,本发明异叶茴芹中药微粉制成粒径为0.1-10μm的微粉。
异叶茴芹味辛、苦、微甘,性微温;归肺、胃、肝经。功能主治:散风宣肺、理气止痛、消积健脾、活血通经、除湿解毒。主感冒、咳嗽、百日咳、肺痨、肺痈、头痛、头痛、;芽痛、脆胁痛、胃气痛、腹胀痛、缩阴冷痛、风湿关节痛、劳伤、骨劳、消化不良、食积、疳积、痧症、泻痢、黄疸、疟疾、月经不调、痛经、经闭、乳肿、目翳、咽肿、痄腮、跌打损伤、湿疹、皮肤瘙痒、蛇虫伤(《中华本草》)。
金银花性寒,味甘,入肺、心、胃经,具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效,主治胀满下疾、温病发热,热毒痈疡和肿瘤等症。
木棉花味甘、淡、性凉;归脾、肝、大肠经;功能主治:清热、利湿、解毒、止血。主泄泻;痢疾;咳血;吐血;血崩;金疮出血;疮毒;湿疹。
山药,性味甘、平;归肺、脾、肾经;功能主治:补脾、养肺、固肾、益精。主脾虚泄泻;食少浮肿;肺虚咳喘;消渴;遗精;带下;肾虚尿频;外用治痈肿;瘰疬。
本发明的优点是:1、口味清新甘醇,增添了骆驼肉丸的新口味和保健功能;异叶茴芹民间药食兼用传统野菜,但是异叶茴芹性辛温易伤阴血且带有难闻的羊膻味,故配用金银花、木棉花调和,制其所偏,使其味呈甘醇、清甜,具有舒筋活血、清痰浊湿阻起到降血脂效果。
2、通过金银花、山药等调理人体心肝脾肺肾五脏之平衡,理气健脾、消渴化瘀清浊,又用异叶茴芹活血通经,从而达到降血脂的目的。
3、骆驼肉营养丰富,补气血、壮筋骨、润肌肤,异叶茴芹消积健脾、除湿解毒、活血通经,两者配用促进活血通经降血脂功效;长期服用本发明骆驼肉丸,既可以补充营养,补气血、壮筋骨、润肌肤,又能防治高脂血疾病。
具体实施方式
实施例1、一种防治高脂血疾病的保健骆驼肉丸,包括以下重量份的原料:骆驼肉100、异叶茴芹中药微粉10、葱末2、料酒2、玉米淀粉10、盐3;所述异叶茴芹中药微粉由异叶茴芹、金银花、木棉花按10:5:5的重量份配比制成中药微粉。 
 制备过程:1、先把骆驼肉放入绞肉机绞碎成肉泥,再把其它配料拌匀,倒入制丸机中制成肉丸;2、做好的肉丸放进蒸锅里蒸熟;3、将熟肉丸进行速冻,包装后冷冻储存。
实施例2、一种防治高脂血疾病的保健骆驼肉丸,包括以下重量份的原料:骆驼肉100、异叶茴芹中药微粉20、葱末5、料酒5、玉米淀粉20、盐6;所述异叶茴芹中药微粉由异叶茴芹、金银花、木棉花、山药按10:5:5:5的重量份配比制成中药微粉。
制备过程同实施例1。
现有技术没有应用异叶茴芹配用金银花、木棉花防治高脂血疾病。本发明异叶茴芹中药微粉经临床验证,其总有效率为95.5%。
1、临床资料:治疗高脂血症200例,男120例,女80例,年龄最大76岁,最小26岁,病程最长6年,最短10个月。
2、治疗依据:临床症状——①高胆固醇;②高三酰甘油。
3、治疗方法:口服异叶茴芹中药微粉,一次6克,一日3次,10天为一疗程,连续服用30天;所服用异叶茴芹中药微粉由异叶茴芹、金银花、木棉花按10:5-8:5-8的重量份配比制成中药微粉。
 4、治疗结果:高胆固醇150例,下降145例,无效5例:高三酰甘油50例,下降46例,无效4例。
5、治疗标准:有效者——临床症状消失、痊愈或明显下降;无效者——临床症状未见改善。
6、总有效率:95.5%。
7、临床验证中未出现不良反应。
8、临床验症结果:临床验证观察,本发明治疗高脂血症200例,总有效率95.5%,疗效显著。说明本发明异叶茴芹中药微粉具有良好的降胆固醇和三酰甘油作用。

1.一种防治高脂血疾病的保健骆驼肉丸,其特征是包括以下重量份的原料:骆驼肉100、异叶茴芹中药微粉10-20、葱末2-5、料酒1-5、玉米淀粉10-20、盐3-6;所述异叶茴芹中药微粉由异叶茴芹、金银花、木棉花按10:5-8:5-8的重量份配比制成中药微粉。
2.一种防治高脂血疾病的保健骆驼肉丸,其特征是包括以下重量份的原料:骆驼肉100、异叶茴芹中药微粉10-20、葱末2-5、料酒1-5、玉米淀粉10-20、盐3-6;所述异叶茴芹中药微粉由异叶茴芹、金银花、木棉花、山药按10:5-8:5-8:5-10的重量份配比制成中药微粉。
3.根据权利要求1所述的保健骆驼肉丸,其特征是:所述异叶茴芹中药微粉制成粒径为0.1-10μm的微粉。
