竹鼠,啮齿目竹鼠科的通称,属哺乳动物,因主要吃竹而得名,是珍贵野生物种。全世界共计有3属6种:非洲竹鼠属2种(东非的特有种)、竹鼠属3种、小竹鼠属1种(亚洲特有,见于中国南部),在中国有1属3种。它体大肉多,味道鲜美,营养丰富,毛皮绒厚柔软,有较高的经济价值和药用价值,已被大规模养殖,成为具有经济效益的养殖产业之一。中医认为竹鼠肉,性味甘,平,无毒。竹鼠肉的功效:益气养阴,解毒。治痨瘵,消渴。《纲目》记载竹鼠肉:补中益气,解毒。《医林纂要》有记载竹鼠肉:养阴除热,杀疳露,治痨瘵,止消渴。《本草求原》记载竹鼠肉:益肺胃气,化痰解毒。
现有的肉丸产品没有应用竹鼠肉和异叶茴芹中药配制防治高脂血产品,口味单一且营养保健功能有其局限性;如在中国专利信息中心公布的专利申请号为200910012252.5的发明——即食林蛙制备方法和即食林蛙,该发明公开了一种可即食林蛙的制备方法和其即食林蛙;其制备方法,包括有林蛙清洗和浸泡的预处理过程,与保护液共同装入耐高压、耐高温塑料袋中抽真空的封装过程,保护液的各组份及用量范围分别为浓度为3-6%的盐水40-50%,浓度为30%的姜汁10-20%,浓度为30%的枣汁20-35%,浓度为30%的枸杞汁4-14%,料酒3-6%,熟制植物油3-5%,和两次分别为200-300MPA、600-700MPA的超高压处理过程;保持了林蛙原有形态和质感,保留了营养和口味,具有食用方便、营养完整、口感好、味道好、易保存技术特点;该发明保健功能有其局限性。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术问题,本发明的目的是要提供一种防治高脂血疾病的保健竹鼠肉丸。
技术方案:一种防治高脂血疾病的保健竹鼠肉丸,包括以下重量份的原料:竹鼠肉100,异叶茴芹中药微粉10-25、盐0.8-2,白糖0.5-1,味精0.5-1,鸡粉0.5-1,蛋清5-10,清水15-25,玉米淀粉10-25;所述异叶茴芹中药微粉由异叶茴芹、金银花、木棉花按10:5-8:5-8的重量份配比制成中药微粉。
制备过程:1、先将竹鼠肉搅拌成肉泥,放在容器内,放入盐、白糖、味精、鸡粉搅打至起胶,然后加入异叶茴芹中药微粉混合搅拌成一体;2、再加入蛋清、清水、玉米淀粉搅匀,再搅打至起胶;3、用制丸机挤成丸子(每个约15 g),再放进蒸笼里蒸熟,取出包装密封灭菌即成。
作为优化,本发明异叶茴芹中药微粉配制前加入山药,异叶茴芹与山药的重量份配比为10:5-10,制成中药微粉。

异叶茴芹味辛、苦、微甘,性微温;归肺、胃、肝经。功能主治:散风宣肺、理气止痛、消积健脾、活血通经、除湿解毒。主感冒、咳嗽、百日咳、肺痨、肺痈、头痛、头痛、;芽痛、脆胁痛、胃气痛、腹胀痛、缩阴冷痛、风湿关节痛、劳伤、骨劳、消化不良、食积、疳积、痧症、泻痢、黄疸、疟疾、月经不调、痛经、经闭、乳肿、目翳、咽肿、痄腮、跌打损伤、湿疹、皮肤瘙痒、蛇虫伤(《中华本草》)。
金银花性寒,味甘,入肺、心、胃经,具有清热解毒、抗炎、补虚疗风的功效,主治胀满下疾、温病发热,热毒痈疡和肿瘤等症。
木棉花味甘、淡、性凉;归脾、肝、大肠经;功能主治:清热、利湿、解毒、止血。主泄泻;痢疾;咳血;吐血;血崩;金疮出血;疮毒;湿疹。
山药,性味甘、平;归肺、脾、肾经;功能主治:补脾、养肺、固肾、益精。主脾虚泄泻;食少浮肿;肺虚咳喘;消渴;遗精;带下;肾虚尿频;外用治痈肿;瘰疬。
蒜酱是用去皮的大蒜加酱油、醋或辣椒油等制成。大蒜味辛、性温,入脾、胃、肺经;具有温中消食、行滞气、暖脾胃、消积、解毒、杀虫的功效。大蒜有防治心脑血管疾病作用:大蒜可防止心脑血管中的脂肪沉积,诱导组织内部脂肪代谢,显著增加纤维蛋白溶解活性,降低胆固醇,抑制血小板的聚集,降低血浆浓度,增加微动脉的扩张度,促使血管舒张,调节血压,增加血管的通透性,从而抑制血栓的形成和预防动脉硬化。
本发明的优点是:1、口味清新甘醇,增添了竹鼠肉丸的新口味和保健功能;异叶茴芹民间药食兼用传统野菜,但是异叶茴芹性辛温易伤阴血且带有难闻的羊膻味,故配用金银花、木棉花调和,制其所偏,使其味呈甘醇、清甜,具有舒筋活血、清痰浊湿阻起到降血脂效果。
2、通过金银花、山药等调理人体心肝脾肺肾五脏之平衡,理气健脾、消渴化瘀清浊,又用异叶茴芹活血通经,从而达到降血脂的目的。
3、竹鼠肉营养丰富,益气养阴,异叶茴芹消积健脾、除湿解毒、活血通经,两者配用促进活血通经降血脂功效;长期服用本发明竹鼠肉丸,既可以补充营养,又能防治高脂血疾病。
具体实施方式
实施例1、一种防治高脂血疾病的保健竹鼠肉丸,包括以下重量份的原料:竹鼠肉100,异叶茴芹中药微粉15、盐0.8,白糖0.5,味精0.5,鸡粉0.5,蛋清10,清水15,玉米淀粉15;所述异叶茴芹中药微粉由异叶茴芹、金银花、木棉花按10:5:5的重量份配比制成中药微粉。
制备过程:1、先将竹鼠肉搅拌成肉泥,放在容器内,放入盐、白糖、味精、鸡粉搅打至起胶,然后加入异叶茴芹中药微粉混合搅拌成一体;2、再加入蛋清、清水、玉米淀粉搅匀,再搅打至起胶;3、用制丸机挤成丸子(每个约15 g),再放进蒸笼里蒸熟,取出包装密封灭菌即成。
实施例2、一种防治高脂血疾病的保健竹鼠肉丸,包括以下重量份的原料:竹鼠肉100,异叶茴芹中药微粉15、盐0.8,白糖0.5,味精0.5,鸡粉0.5,蛋清10,清水15,玉米淀粉15;所述异叶茴芹中药微粉由异叶茴芹、金银花、木棉花、山药按10:8:8:10的重量份配比制成中药微粉。
制备过程同实施例1。
实施例3、一种防治高脂血疾病的保健竹鼠肉丸,包括以下重量份的原料:竹鼠肉100,异叶茴芹中药微粉25、盐2,白糖1,味精1,鸡粉1,蛋清10,清水25,玉米淀粉25、蒜酱15;所述异叶茴芹中药微粉由异叶茴芹、金银花、木棉花按10:8:8的重量份配比制成中药微粉;所述蒜酱由大蒜、酱油按10:3的重量份配比制成。
制备过程:1、先将竹鼠肉搅拌成肉泥,放在容器内,放入盐、白糖、味精、鸡粉搅打至起胶,然后加入异叶茴芹中药微粉混合搅拌成一体;2、再加入蛋清、清水、玉米淀粉搅匀,再搅打至起胶;3、用制丸机挤成丸子(每个约15 g),再放进蒸笼里蒸熟,取出加入蒜酱拌匀;4、分别包装密封灭菌即成。
现有技术没有应用异叶茴芹配用金银花、木棉花防治高脂血疾病。本发明异叶茴芹中药微粉经临床验证,其总有效率为95.5%。
1、临床资料:治疗高脂血症200例,男120例,女80例,年龄最大76岁,最小26岁,病程最长6年,最短10个月。
2、治疗依据:临床症状——①高胆固醇;②高三酰甘油。
3、治疗方法:口服异叶茴芹中药微粉,一次6克,一日3次,10天为一疗程,连续服用30天;所服用异叶茴芹中药微粉由异叶茴芹、金银花、木棉花按10:5-8:5-8的重量份配比制成中药微粉。
4、治疗结果:高胆固醇150例,下降145例,无效5例:高三酰甘油50例,下降46例,无效4例。
5、治疗标准:有效者——临床症状消失、痊愈或明显下降;无效者——临床症状未见改善。
6、总有效率:95.5%。
7、临床验证中未出现不良反应。
8、临床验症结果:临床验证观察,本发明治疗高脂血症200例,总有效率95.5%,疗效显著。说明本发明异叶茴芹中药微粉具有良好的降胆固醇和三酰甘油作用。

1.一种防治高脂血疾病的保健竹鼠肉丸,其特征是包括以下重量份的原料:竹鼠肉100,异叶茴芹中药微粉10-25、盐0.8-2,白糖0.5-1,味精0.5-1,鸡粉0.5-1,蛋清5-10,清水15-25,玉米淀粉10-25;所述异叶茴芹中药微粉由异叶茴芹、金银花、木棉花按10:5-8:5-8的重量份配比制成中药微粉。
2.一种防治高脂血疾病的保健竹鼠肉丸,其特征是包括以下重量份的原料:竹鼠肉100,异叶茴芹中药微粉10-25、盐0.8-2,白糖0.5-1,味精0.5-1,鸡粉0.5-1,蛋清5-10,清水15-25,玉米淀粉10-25;所述异叶茴芹中药微粉由异叶茴芹、金银花、木棉花、山药按10:5-8:5-8:5-10的重量份配比制成中药微粉。
3.一种防治高脂血疾病的保健竹鼠肉丸,其特征是包括以下重量份的原料:竹鼠肉100,异叶茴芹中药微粉10-25、盐0.8-2,白糖0.5-1,味精0.5-1,鸡粉0.5-1,蛋清5-10,清水15-25,玉米淀粉10-25、蒜酱5-15;所述异叶茴芹中药微粉由异叶茴芹、金银花、木棉花按10:5-8:5-8的重量份配比制成中药微粉;所述蒜酱由大蒜、酱油按10:3-5的重量份配比制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的保健竹鼠肉丸,其特征是:所述异叶茴芹中药微粉制成粒径为0.1-10μm的微粉。
