Abstract

本发明提供一种具备流道的上部开放的切削液流道的机床。在机床的被罩隔离的加工空间(机床内部)配置供给切削液的切削液流道。该切削液流道采用其上部在整个流道方向上开放的方式。并且,通过该切削液流道向加工中的工件及工具或是堆积有因加工而飞散的切屑的机床内部供给切削液。

Description

具备流道的上部开放的切削液流道的机床
技术领域
本发明涉及机床中流道的改良,该流道对覆盖机床的罩内部供给切削液。
背景技术
机床的加工中产生切屑,该切屑有时附着于覆盖加工区域的金属板的内部或是其他的罩部件的表面并堆积。为了继续正常地使用机床而需要将这样的切屑除去,例如在日本特开平5-329741号公报、日本特开2005-131762号公报中公开有如下技术,在这种情况下使用切削液冲刷切屑并将切屑回收至切削液供给装置。
但是,在上述日本特开平5-329741号公报的技术中,由于在机床的内部设置有用于供给切削液的方管,因此存在在该方管的上表面部堆积切屑的问题。另外,日本特开2005-131762号公报的技术虽然解决了日本特开平5-329741号公报的问题,但是由于供给流体的流道设置于覆盖机床的罩的外侧,因此构造复杂并导致成本上升,另外还存在破坏机床外观的问题。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于鉴于上述现有技术的问题而提供一种具备切削液流道的机床,该切削液流道构造简单、能够避免成本上升并且不破坏机床的外观。
本发明的机床具有将作为加工空间的机床内部与外部隔离的罩,在安装于主轴的工具与设置于工作台的工件之间进行相对移动以加工工件。在该机床的内部配置切削液供给流道,该切削液流道采用在其上部在整个流道方向上开放的方式。并且,通过该切削液供给流道向加工中的上述工件以及上述工具或是堆积有因加工而飞散的切屑的上述机床内部的规定位置供给切削液。
根据本发明,提供一种具备构造简单、能够避免成本上升并且不破坏机床的外观的切削液流道的机床。

图3A~图3F是说明设置于图1的机床的加工空间的切削液流道的截面形状的几个例子的图。
具体实施方式
机床1具备将机床的加工空间从外部遮蔽并隔离的罩10。在被该罩10覆盖的加工空间中,在未图示的床体与床鞍上配置有工作台7。在该工作台7上载置被加工的工件20,并通过安装于主轴8的工具9对该工件20进行加工。在加工工件20时,工具9与工作台7相对地移动。
机床1具备向罩10内的加工空间供给切削液的切削液供给装置2。该切削液供给装置2通过切削液供给流道4、5向堆积有因加工而飞散的切屑的机床内部的规定位置供给切削液,并用于将在机床1的加工空间内加工工件20时产生的切屑从被罩10覆盖的加工空间(机床内部)排出至外部。另外,该切削液供给装置2通过未图示的切削液供给流道向工具9、工件20供给切削液。该切削液供给装置2具有清水槽12、污水槽11、切削液供给泵3、向机床内部导入切削液的切削液供给流道4以及切削液供给流道5。切削液供给流道5配置于机床内部,并且其上部开放。
切削液供给流道4由与现有流道相同的配管形成。如图3A~图3F所示,切削液供给流道5具有该流道上部开放的截面形状。切削液供给流道5具有如下形状,从切削液供给泵3通过切削液供给流道4供给至该切削液供给流道5的切削液通过该切削液供给流道5向罩10内的加工空间(机床内部)的规定位置流出。附图标记30表示从切削液供给流道4流出并流入切削液供给流道5的切削液,附图标记32表示从切削液供给流道5的侧部(切削液供给流道5的上部开放部分)溢出的切削液,附图标记34表示从切削液供给流道的端部流出的切削液。
通过该切削液的流动,从罩10内的加工空间(机床内部)除去的切屑40与切削液一起通过切削液排出流道6,回收至切削液供给装置2的污水槽11。回收至污水槽11的含有切屑的切削液通过未图示的净化单元除去切屑后,流入清水槽12。
对上部开放的切削液供给流道5进行说明。从切削液供给流道4供给来的切削液被该切削液供给流道5引导至由罩10隔离的加工空间(机床内部)的规定位置。如图1以及图2所示,切削液供给流道5水平地配置于加工空间(机床内部)时,以其上部开放的方式在整个流道方向上上部都开放(即,如图3A~图3F所示,使切削液供给流道5的截面为没有被封闭曲线包围的形状)。
此外,没有必要使切削液供给流道5在整个长度方向上上部都开放,切屑不会落下的部位也可以不开放。另外,切削液供给流道的端部5a可以形成为壁状而封闭端部,也可以不形成壁状而开放。
即使在加工工件时产生的切屑40落下至切削液供给流道5之上,也由于该切削液供给流道5的上部开放着,该切屑40同从切削液供给装置2供给来的切削液一起从切削液供给流道5的上部开放部分向外溢出并供给至规定位置。因此,不存在现有技术中切屑堆积于向机床内部供给切削液的单元自身的问题。
并且,切削液因其流动,与从作为机床内部的罩内部、其他的部件除去的切屑40一起,经由切削液排出流道6回收至切削液供给装置2(污水槽11)。另外,在向上部开放的切削液供给流道5供给切削液时,因为与向封闭的流道供给的情况相比压力损失减少,所以能够向该切削液供给流道5供给更大量的切削液,即使切削液从切削液供给流道5溢出,也仅会向罩10中落下而不产生问题。再有,因为上部开放的切削液供给流道5能够采用简单的形状,所以能够将成本上升抑制为较低水平。另外,由于在罩10的内部设置切削液供给流道5,因此相比于在罩外侧设置切削液供给流道的情况,能够避免外观美观性变差。
该切削液供给流道5能够设置在罩10内部的两侧或是单侧。另外,切削液供给流道5的上部开放的截面形状并不限定于图3A~图3F所例示的形状,也可采用这以外的各种形状。

Claims (1)

1.一种机床,其具有将作为加工空间的机床内部与外部隔离的罩,在安装于主轴的工具与设置于工作台的工件之间进行相对移动来对工件进行加工,
上述机床的特征在于,
在上述机床内部配置有切削液流道,该切削液流道向加工中的上述工件及上述工具,或是堆积有因加工而飞散的切屑的上述机床内部的规定位置供给切削液,并且,上述切削液流道采用其上部在整个流道方向上开放的方式。
