本发明公开了一种辣椒制品的加工,原材料选择果肉丰富的灯笼椒,然后将灯笼椒根部去杆开一口部;接着经过口部将籽取出后磨成粉状,同时制作肉馅,将粉状籽撒入肉馅内并搅拌均匀;再将上述制得的肉馅通过口部塞入灯笼椒内部;最后放入油锅内小火煎炸至酥软得熟品。本发明用油煎软成熟品后辣椒的辛辣被肉馅所吸收,吃起来有丝甜甜的口感,而肉馅吃起来又有些少许的辛辣味,味道很独特,从不同方面满足了人们的口味需求。

本发明涉及一种食品加工工艺,特别是一种辣椒制品的加工,属于食品加工技术领域。
背景技术
长期以来,辣椒仅仅是作为一种蔬菜供人们炒食,或是被粉碎后作为一种调味品供人们用于烹调,或是被制成腌制品被人们用于佐餐。作为一种营养含量非常丰富的食品,目前的吃法较为单一,不能满足人们的口感需求。
发明内容
针对上述存在的技术问题,本发明的目的是:提出了一种口感、味道均较为独特的辣椒制品的加工。
本发明的技术解决方案是这样实现的:一种辣椒制品的加工,原材料选择果肉丰富的灯笼椒,然后将灯笼椒根部去杆开一口部;接着经过口部将籽取出后磨成粉状,同时制作肉馅,将粉状籽撒入肉馅内并搅拌均匀;再将上述制得的肉馅通过口部塞入灯笼椒内部;最后放入油锅内小火煎炸至酥软得熟品。
由于上述技术方案的运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
