Abstract

Description

技术领域
本发明涉及用于容器盖(closure)系统的层叠物的制造方法。
背景技术
从药物产品到速溶咖啡的各种材料的包装中通常提供以下形式的盖,提供与容器颈部相连的密封物和覆盖并保护该密封物的螺盖,螺盖提供在去除密封物可以出入该容器后可再闭合的盖。所述盖通常设计成在密封物的下侧具有被金属箔覆盖的热敏粘合剂涂层或者可熔塑料层。密封物放在容器的颈部上,用施加的螺盖夹住。感应加热后,金属箔被加热,使热敏粘合剂层活化或塑料层熔化,这样冷却时,密封物与容器颈部粘合。
这种密封物存在的问题是难以从容器去除密封物。在这点上,可以通过包含从容器颈部侧向延伸的拉片(tabstock)得到解决,所述拉片可以被使用者抓握以便去除该密封物。这种系统的一个实例是所谓“上拉片”结构,在US4961986中完全描述了该结构。所述系统包括多层基片,将该基片部分地分层,提供通常位于容器颈部周围内的拉片。在US-A-4961986中,由只有一部分粘合在一起的多层形成基片,获得该多层基片。US-A-4961986还描述螺盖除了密封材料以外还可包含某种形式的衬料。在这种两元件系统中,密封物和衬料单独提供,即两个元件通过两个独立的操作装配。
这种系统成本高,并且增加装配过程的复杂性,因此人们一直集中于开发一种一个元件的密封和衬料系统,该系统免除了两个独立的装配操作的需要。例如,EP-A-1472153描述一种贴附在螺盖中的一个元件密封和衬料系统,该系统包括拉片。在详细的产品中,该系统的密封部分通过剥离层粘附于衬料部分,使得在25毫米宽的样品带上,以1500毫米/分钟速度,用20-90克的剥离强度才能够将密封部分和衬料部分相互剥离。
另一个拉片系统是成功的“上掀“n”剥离”(RTM)的商品化系统。该系统可由初级密封和次级衬料组成或者只有由初级密封物组成,通常只由初级密封物组成。拉片通过在初级密封物中插入聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯层形成,初级密封物只延伸覆盖衬料的一部分表面区域。将聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯层插入泡沫材料层和EVA/PET顶层之间。加热时,EVA粘附于该插入层,泡沫材料部分仍露出,因此,由于插入的塑料层,形成全部位于衬料边界内的拉片。
在WO97/02997中,揭示一种在初级密封层叠物中包含拉片的方法。在这种情况,将三种进料传至骤冷辊,骤冷辊与夹辊接触。形成初级密封层叠物的顶层的第一进料是夹在两个聚丙烯层之间的乙烯-乙烯醇阻挡层。第二进料是隔音元件,可以是PET;第三进料是挤出的拉片料如聚丙烯,可以形成在整个层叠物顶层宽度上的层。三个进料都在冷辊和夹辊的接触点进行接触。骤冷辊使挤出的拉片料骤冷,达到其最大无定形性能,并使所有三个层层压。
这种系统存在的问题是将包含拉片的系统贴附在要密封的容器时,与无拉片的部分相比,在衬料有拉片部分的下面趋向于形成更高强度的粘合,因此获得的与容器形成的粘合程度是不均匀的。另一个危险的问题是在感应系统加热金属箔时,密封的顶层可能燃烧,对该层传递的热量太大。
这种密封遇到的另一个问题是当用于在低温储存的容器,例如奶制品应用中,在低温储存后,密封基片与拉片之间的粘合具有失效的倾向。这意味着在打开去除容器的密封物时,因为粘合失效,拉片从密封基片上离开,留下与容器粘附的密封基片,而不能从容器去除该密封基片。
发明内容
因此,显然需要一种在初级密封层叠物中包含拉片料的简便而有成本效益的方法,以解决需要制造有效的拉片并达到与要密封的容器的均匀粘合时存在的问题。
在这方面,本发明提供一种包含拉片料的初级层叠物的制备方法,该方法包括:
(a)将密封层叠物送入层叠工位,该层叠物包含热熔粘合剂层、箔层和泡沫材料顶层;
(b)向层叠工位连续送入拉片料,该拉片料宽度小于密封层叠物,使得拉片料的底部与密封层叠物的泡沫材料顶层发生非粘合性接触,形成初级基片,在到达层叠工位之前,该基片的顶面部分地由拉片料的顶面组成和部分地由密封层叠物的泡沫顶层组成;
(c)将具有顶表面和底表面的塑料薄膜料连续送入层叠工位,使塑料薄膜料底表面与初级基片的顶面接触,和
(d)将聚合物粘合剂连续挤出在初级基片的顶面与塑料薄膜料的底表面之间,使得初级基片的顶面与塑料薄膜料的底表面粘合在一起,所述聚合物粘合剂是乙烯和(烷基)丙烯酸烷基酯的共聚物,其熔体流动指数为1-10分克/分钟(19O℃,2.16千克)。

具体实施方式
当以180°的分离角度,在与拉片料的纵向边缘成90°条件下以330毫米/分钟的速度从密封层叠物拉去层叠的塑料薄膜和拉片料时,泡沫材料顶层和塑料薄膜料之间的粘合强度优选大于15牛/12.5毫米。在本说明书中述及元件上表面和下表面表示密封物用于直立位置的容器时,由该层叠物形成的密封物中的元件的取向。
本发明方法所需的设备必须具有单独的退卷工位,用于层叠物进料,所述进料设置成能够同时进行退卷。将层叠物进料送入层叠工位,层叠工位包含在两个辊之间的辊隙。在此处所述进料相互粘合制成包含拉片料的初级层叠物。粘合剂以帘流垂直向下施涂于辊隙中,供料辊在辊隙处接触。形成辊隙的供料辊的速度应大于粘合剂的施涂速度,以避免熔融粘合剂积累在辊隙中而导致不均匀涂布。粘合剂直接由挤出机的模头施涂。
密封层叠物的顶层是泡沫材料层。已经发现,为了确保获得对最终密封的容器的均匀密封,包含泡沫材料层是重要的。更具体地,所述泡沫材料层具有缓冲作用,使得在发生感应加热将衬料粘附于容器的颈部时,存在压力平衡化,所述压力施加在从装配在容器上的盖中的层叠物分出的容器闭合组件的周围。因此,非拉片部分与拉片部分相比的厚度差并不能导致在这些部分下形成的粘合的强度的差异。即,在全部周边周围,在层叠物和容器颈部之间获得基本上均匀的粘合强度。泡沫材料层还用于向结构体提供整体性和刚性的目的。
所述泡沫材料可包含几层,例如具有选择与相邻表面有相容性的表面层的共挤出材料的几层。泡沫材料优选由低级烯烃聚合物和共聚物,优选乙烯和/或丙烯形成。可以使用由掺混的聚合物形成的泡沫材料。所述几层中的各层可以由以不同比例掺混的相同聚合物形成。泡沫材料层可以是孔隙材料,可以通过拉伸含微粒材料的聚合物形成孔隙材料。聚合物可以在这些孔隙薄膜中,包含聚丙烯。较好地,所述薄膜可以通过包含发泡剂如溶解的气体、挥发性化合物或化学活性化合物形成。
较好地,泡沫材料层是纯泡沫材料,由中密度或高密度聚乙烯(MDPE或HDPE)组成。为了避免挤出的聚合物粘合剂可能通过该结构渗出,优选泡沫材料具有闭孔结构。在优选的实施方式中,泡沫材料层是由高密度泡沫材料形成。在特别优选的实施方式中,所述泡沫材料的密度在0.5-0.8克/毫升范围,优选0.55-0.75克/毫升,最优选0.6-0.7克/毫升。
在本发明的优选实施方式中,泡沫材料层的厚度为75-300微米。为了适合本文所述的密封,泡沫材料层需要具有合适程度的挠性。
对于泡沫材料的关键事项是PE组成。如果LDPE的比例太高,则采用DSC测定的熔点将太低。这会导致泡沫材料在感应密封时熔化,因此在该密封物周边周围留下裸露铝的环状物。优选的泡沫材料的熔点为129℃,熔点优选至少为12O℃,更优选至少125℃,例如至少128℃。
密封层叠物的箔和热熔粘合剂层是常规的感应密封系统。热熔粘合剂适合于形成食品或饮料(即食物)容器的粘合剂密封,例如,室温下,以45°从容器剥离衬料时的剥离强度为3-6牛。
优选初级层叠物的一个元件是印刷的。可以采用两种方式之一进行。形成初级层叠物或塑料薄膜料的一部分的拉片可包含印刷层。
如上所述,采用本发明方法制备的初级层叠物的主要特征是包含拉片料,因此密封物具有自由拉片。在制成的初级密封层叠物中,虽然对拉片的相对尺寸没有限制,但是优选例如拉片全部在容器口的周边之内,拉片通常占密封区域的约50%,初级层叠物的直径小于36毫米。拉片料宽度可以为10-100毫米,例如15-45毫米。通过将拉片料粘附于可热密封层叠物的聚酯顶层提供拉片。如在步骤(b)中详细说明的送入层叠工位的拉片料的宽度小于可热密封的层叠物。
较好地,拉片料由聚酯,更优选聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯形成。在本发明的一个实施方式中,拉片料的底表面最终与可热密封的层叠物的泡沫材料顶层接触,该拉片料的底表面上可涂布剥离材料例如硅酮。这样可以使制成的初级密封层叠物通过感应加热密封粘附于容器时,在挤出过程拉片料粘在泡沫材料顶层可能性最小。这种剥离涂层通常并不是必需的,但是,拉片料可以进一步包含聚酯形成的着色层或者印刷层,该层通过粘合剂粘结层贴合在其它聚酯层的顶表面上。
在步骤(b)中,在本发明的一个实施方式中,不送入单个拉片料,而是进料包括多个窄拉片料,这些拉片料以规则间距排列在设备方向上。这样,可以形成包含拉片料的初级层叠物的宽片,然后可按需要纵切(在线或者在随后的操作中),因此提高了系统的效率。
如步骤(c)详细所述,送入层叠工位的第三进料是塑料薄膜料。较好地,塑料薄膜选自下组:聚酯,优选聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯,聚酰胺,聚丙烯或复合材料。最优选的塑料薄膜是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯。该料宽度和可热密封的层叠物的宽度相同或略小。粘合剂帘流延伸超过塑料薄膜料的边缘,形成较厚珠粒的边缘部分集中在密封层叠物的泡沫材料侧,用于修整和去除,使高费用PET的浪费最小。
这种塑料薄膜层优选是透明的,以使下层的印刷物能被最终用户看到。较好地,塑料薄膜料厚度至少为20微米。更优选,塑料薄膜料的厚度在20-40微米。在本发明的优选实施方式中,塑料薄膜料是PET,优选其具有例如通过共挤出形成的表面层,该表面层具有改进的粘合性能。较好地,塑料薄膜料的表面经电晕处理,该表面在产品中是最底下的表面,该处理在层叠工位的上游进行。完成电晕处理是为了保证在步骤(d)形成与聚合物粘合剂的足够强的粘合。合适PET原料的例子包括Lumirror10.47(是在一侧上共挤出的薄膜,可从东丽公司(Toray)购得)。
在到达层叠工位之前,使拉片料的底面和密封层叠物的泡沫材料顶层接触。这两个进料之间不存在粘合。将两个进料在相互接触态下送入层叠工位。为达到相互接触,两个进料必须从相对于挤出机的同一侧面进入层叠工位。密封层叠物和拉片料相互接触的组合物,当它们一起传到层叠工位时称作初级基片。由于拉片料的宽度必须小于密封层叠物,送入层叠工位的初级基片的顶面部分地由拉片料的顶面形成和部分地由密封层叠物的泡沫材料顶层形成。
在层叠工位中,使初级基片与塑料薄膜料接触,将塑料薄膜料同时但是从粘合剂帘流的相反侧送入层叠工位。在初级基片的顶面与塑料薄膜料的底表面的接触处,聚合物粘合剂从两个表面之间连续挤出。结果是塑料薄膜料粘附在初级基片的顶面的整个表面区域。这表示在一部分宽度,塑料料将粘附在密封层叠物的泡沫材料顶层,而在其余宽度部分,塑料薄膜料将粘附于拉片料的顶面。这表示在对初级层叠物进行分割的优选实施方式中,则结果是形成全部位于密封周边内的拉片部分。
当以180°的分离角度,在与拉片料的纵向边缘成90°(是制造设备的纵向)条件下以330毫米/分钟的速度,从密封层叠物拉去拉片料和塑料薄膜料形成的拉片时,密封层叠物的泡沫材料顶层和塑料薄膜料之间的粘合强度优选必须大于15牛/12.5毫米。这是为了保证当使用拉片从容器去除密封物时,拉片的塑料薄膜在向拉片施加拉力时保持与初级层叠物的粘合。
剥离测试适合采用Hounsfield拉伸测试仪进行。每次测试在三个样品上进行。所述样品是从横跨层叠物宽12.5毫米的条上分割的。样品应至少是两个拉片条之间的距离的长度。样品一端应通过靠近一个纵向边缘的拉片料分割,使得包含拉片料和塑料薄膜料的拉片与密封层叠物分离。将拉片料安装在拉伸测试仪的一个夹具中,将密封层叠物固定在另一个夹具中。将两个夹具以180°角分开。测试中使用5O牛载荷传感器。设定该设备,使以330毫米/分钟的速度扩展至少25毫米。
记录的结果包括“开始破坏的力(break-in force)”,其是克服拉片分层的初始阻力所需的力。然后测量“正在破坏的力(running force)”,即继续从密封层叠物分离拉片所需的力。正在破坏的力一般基本上恒定,对本发明产品,开始破坏的力更重要,因为只要该力大于从容器顶部剥离贴附于该容器的密封物所需的力,拉片/塑料薄膜在剥离开始时保持粘附于密封物,当从容器剥离密封物时继续该剥离所需的力较低。
图4中用示意图说明了该剥离测试。图4示出由拉片料8、粘合剂9和塑料薄膜10形成的拉片安装在拉伸测试仪的上夹具30中。在该拉伸测试仪的下夹具31中安装由泡沫材料层7、箔5和热熔粘合剂4形成的密封层叠物元件。然后,按箭头方向将两个夹具移动分开,记录以180°的角度将材料分开所需的力。该图是示意的,厚度被着重放大。
更多的研究工作是选择能按本发明方法中所述挤出的聚合物粘合剂,但是该聚合物粘合剂不会出现在低温储存时形成的粘合变成脆性的问题。此外,粘合剂需要是具有能够粘附于塑料材料如PET的足够高表面能的粘合剂,但是所述粘合剂不会对使用的金属辊造成损害。在这方面,本申请人发现,惊奇的是这些问题可通过选择熔体流动指数在1-10分克/分钟范围,优选小于5分克/分钟(19O℃,2.16千克,采用ASTM DI328)的聚合物粘合剂得到解决。粘合剂应能在避免损害(熔化)泡沫材料层的足够低的温度下挤出,但是该粘合剂在低储存温度和室温具有足够高的剥离强度,在利用粘附的拉片从密封的容器去除期间可避免密封物的分层。合适材料的熔点(ASTM D3418)在70-100℃范围,密度在0.920-0.955克/厘米3,例如约0.940-0.945克/厘米3。可以使用乙烯与(烷基)丙烯酸C1-12烷基酯(如,丙烯酸酯或甲基丙烯酸酯),优选丙烯酸C1-4烷基酯,尤其是丙烯酸丁酯或丙烯酸甲酯的共聚物。所述共聚物是无规共聚物,例如丙烯酸酯的摩尔比例为0.5-25%,尤其在1-20%范围。
合适的共聚物可从杜邦公司按2200Bynel系列获得。其他适合于层叠物但在低于冷冻的温度不使用的较高熔体指数的共聚物是Lotryl MA系列。较好地,聚合物粘合剂的熔体流动指数约为2分克/分钟(19O℃,2.16千克)。特别优选的聚合物粘合剂是乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯的共聚物,其熔体流动指数约为2分克/分钟,按Bynel22E780销售。
在本发明的方法中,在步骤(d)中,聚合物粘合剂通过模头挤出。模头温度优选在300-330℃。自辊隙的模头高度优选为10-30厘米,更优选在15-25厘米,例如约20厘米。缝隙宽度约0.5-1.0毫米。层叠工位中夹辊的速度优选在20-100米/分钟,更优选50-80米/分钟。为使供料辊能够处理因存在拉片的区域和不存在拉片的区域而具有不均匀表面的进料,优选供料辊的肖氏硬度约为70-90,例如压向金属骤冷辊的涂覆特氟龙的辊。
挤出聚合物粘合剂后,通过在层叠工位下游的骤冷夹辊向初级层叠物施加压力,促进粘合。骤冷夹辊的温度优选约为23℃。
在本发明的优选实施方式中,粘合剂层的涂层重量在25-45克/米2。
为可看到拉片原料上的任意印刷物,聚合物粘合剂优选是透明的。
在本发明的另一个方面,包括拉片料的初级层叠物随后可以任选在纵切后卷在最后的辊上。或者,在独立步骤如在单独位置进行纵切。
本发明的密封料层叠物一般形成为宽带形式。因此,为了形成拉片,必须将密封料层叠物的宽带切割成窄条。然后可对这些窄条进行冲孔或切割,形成准备施用于容器的密封物。将宽带切成窄条的纵切操作必须精确进行,以保证在正确的位置进行切割,制备拉片。然后可从来自纵切步骤的窄条冲切密封物,将该密封物装配在螺盖的顶部内。该过程可以在独立于制造密封料层叠物的方法的过程和/或位置进行。贴合密封物的容器可以由玻璃或如聚乙烯、聚酯、聚氯乙烯、聚丙烯或丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯聚合物的塑料材料构成。
可以将配有上述密封物的螺盖旋在容器的开口颈部,因此将密封物夹在容器的开口颈部和螺盖顶部之间。然后,通过感应加热,用在层叠物的下表面的热熔粘合剂将密封物粘附在容器开口颈部。
如上所述,本发明的目的之一是提供包含拉片的初级层叠物,该层叠物即使在低温长期储存后仍能达到有效密封。在这方面,本申请人开发一种确定指定密封物是否在低温可能失效的严格试验。将按照本发明方法制造的包含拉片料的初级层叠物切出三个样品盘,贴合在容器颈部。所述样品是从层叠物的三个不同位置获取的,具体地,在左侧、中间和右侧的位置。测试两种不同类型的容器,第一种是1升的聚乙烯烟囱型瓶子,用于乳品应用,第二种是150毫升的所谓聚酯“圆形包装机(round packer)”瓶子。使用密封头和下表所示条件将样品盘密封在这些容器的颈部:同时,在冷冻器底部设置金属片,并用配有磁热电偶的校准的温度计监测其温度。

密封后使样品冷却至少2分钟。然后取下螺盖,将瓶子颠倒放置在冷冻器中,与该冷冻器底部上的金属片直接接触。使样品静置最少2分钟。然后从瓶子的颈部取下密封物,同时仍在冷冻器中。从容器颈部取下整个密封物,而没有发生顶层塑料薄膜料与粘合剂的任何分层时,标注为正的结果。当塑料层从泡沫材料分层时,可观察到塑料薄膜顶层的表面是完全透明的,而不是泡沫材料仍与其粘附时,认为样品失效。样品失效时,可在第二天再次进行测试。如果问题仍存在,样品不合格。
采用本发明方法制备的密封物的一个优点是所述密封物可以普遍用于需要在低温或高温,甚至低至-30℃或高达30℃的温度储存的食品密封容器。本发明的特定实用的储存温度在0-6℃范围。
实施例1
从Isco Jacques Schindler购得密封层叠物(1),该层叠物包含:可热密封(热熔)层(4),用于和要密封的容器的粘附;箔层(5)和聚乙烯泡沫材料的顶层(7)。将该密封层叠物卷在层叠装置的第一供料辊(13)上。
层叠装置中的第二供料辊(14)是拉片料源,在这种情况,是聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯层(8)。聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯层(8)的宽度在25-60毫米。
第三供料辊(15)上负载有塑料薄膜料,在这种情况,PET原料(10)可以从欧洲东丽公司(Toray,Europe)商购。PET原料(10)的厚度在23-36微米范围。使用的PET原料(10)是共挤出的PET材料,可以Lumirror10.47从东丽公司商购。共挤出的表面层保证了与密封层叠物的相邻泡沫材料层的最佳粘合。
将密封层叠物(1)、拉片料(8)和PET料(10)同时送入至层叠工位(6),在层叠工位中,挤出机(17)垂直位于辊(18和19)之间的辊隙上。在到达层叠工位(6)之前,密封层叠物(1)和拉片料(8)接触,形成初级基片(1a)。
然后,将熔体流动指数为2分克/分钟(19O℃,2.16千克(ASTM D1238))的乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(9)以帘流的形式从挤出机(17)连续挤出在初级层叠物(1a)的顶面和PET原料(10)的底面之间。模头在辊隙之上的高度约为20厘米。挤出条件即挤出的粘合剂的重量,挤出速度和挤出机头的温度能使用于粘合的辊隙处达到高于约20O℃温度,例如,高达约250℃。辊18是不锈钢的骤冷辊,而辊19具有涂覆特氟龙的表面,其肖氏A硬度为75。辊(18)和(19)相对于施涂粘合剂的速度,以70米/分钟速度转动,选择两个辊之间的压力,以避免帘流在辊隙处折皱。在PET原料的底面与约23℃温度的骤冷辊(18)接触的情况下使PET原料(10)的底面和产生的包含拉片料的初级层叠物(1b)通过,卷在最后的产品辊(32)上。该过程在图2用示意图说明。
按照上面的描述以及图4所示,测量初级层叠物的开始破坏的剥离强度(break-in peel strength),该初级层叠物使用厚度为36微米的PET原料(10)和厚度为12微米的PET拉片料在密封层叠物的聚乙烯泡沫材料的上表面上形成,其中,挤出的乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物(9)的涂层重量为40克/米2。该值大于在330毫米/分钟速度下的15牛顿/12.5毫米。
涂层重量如下测定:将在初级基片1a和树脂9之间的宽度为1米,长度为0.5-1米的背衬纸的聚酯传至层叠工位。然后在生产线运转条件下,将乙烯-丙烯酸甲酯共聚物的帘流连续挤出在纸背衬的聚酯的聚酯顶面和PET原料(10)的底面之间。然后在该卷材的宽度上切割几个10×10厘米的样品,记录样品的重量。从该重量数值减去纸背衬的聚酯和PET原料(10)的重量,将结果乘以100,获得涂层重量,单位为克/米2。
然后,将密封料层叠物切割成窄条。从这些窄条上冲切圆盘,形成密封料层叠物的盘(16),即密封物。将该密封物固定在螺盖内。然后,将该配有密封物的螺盖旋在瓶子的开口颈部上。然后,所述螺盖和瓶子进行感应加热步骤,通过在箔内产生涡电流,在箔的周边周围加热该箔,而该感应加热再使可热密封层(4)熔化,将密封物粘合在瓶子的开口颈部。
Claims (14)
1.一种初级层叠物,该初级层叠物适于密封在约-30℃到约30℃温度下容器的开口,所述初级层叠物包含:
密封层叠物,该层叠物包含热密封层、箔层和泡沫材料顶层;
具有顶面和底面的拉片料,其中,所述底面与密封层叠物的泡沫材料顶层接触;和
通过乙烯和丙烯酸烷基酯的无规共聚物粘结到拉片料顶面和泡沫材料顶层上的塑料薄膜层,用于密封包含食物的容器;所述无规共聚物的熔体流动指数在19O℃,2.16千克条件下为1-5分克/分钟。
2.如权利要求1所述的初级层叠物,其特征在于,所述乙烯和丙烯酸烷基酯的无规共聚物有效地将塑料薄膜层粘结到泡沫材料顶层,使得当密封容器在-30℃到30℃温度下储存以及当对初级层叠物施加分离力以从容器上去除时,所述塑料薄膜层不会从其上分层。
3.如权利要求2所述的初级层叠物,其特征在于,所述乙烯和丙烯酸烷基酯的无规共聚物有效地将塑料薄膜层粘结到泡沫材料顶层,使得当密封容器在0℃到6℃温度下储存以及当对初级层叠物施加分离力以从容器上去除时,所述塑料薄膜层不会从其上分层。
4.如权利要求1所述的初级层叠物,其特征在于,所述乙烯和丙烯酸烷基酯的无规共聚物的熔点为约70-100℃,密度为约0.920-0.955克/厘米3。
5.如权利要求1所述的初级层叠物,其特征在于,所述乙烯和丙烯酸烷基酯的无规共聚物是乙烯和丙烯酸C1-12烷基酯的共聚物。
6.如权利要求1所述的初级层叠物,其特征在于,所述乙烯和丙烯酸烷基酯的无规共聚物是在330mm/分钟下、在塑料薄膜层和泡沫材料顶层之间有效地提供大于15牛/12.5毫米的起始剥离强度的乙烯丙烯酸甲酯共聚物。
7.如权利要求1所述的初级层叠物,其特征在于,所述乙烯和丙烯酸烷基酯的无规共聚物的熔点为约70-100℃,所述泡沫材料顶层具有更高的熔点,为120-129℃。
8.如权利要求1所述的初级层叠物,其特征在于,所述乙烯和丙烯酸烷基酯的无规共聚物是丙烯酸酯摩尔百分数为0.5-25%的乙烯和丙烯酸C1-12烷基酯的无规共聚物。
9.如权利要求1所述的初级层叠物,其特征在于,所述塑料薄膜层是共挤出的聚酯薄膜。
10.如权利要求1所述的初级层叠物,其特征在于,所述乙烯和丙烯酸烷基酯的无规共聚物是丙烯酸酯摩尔百分数为0.5-25%、且熔点为约70-100℃的乙烯和丙烯酸C1-12烷基酯的无规共聚物。
11.如权利要求1所述的初级层叠物,其特征在于,所述乙烯和丙烯酸烷基酯的无规共聚物的密度为约0.920-0.955克/厘米3。
12.如权利要求1所述的初级层叠物,其特征在于,所述密封层叠物的泡沫材料顶层的厚度是约75-300微米。
13.如权利要求1所述的初级层叠物,其特征在于,泡沫材料顶层的密度为约0.5-0.8克/毫升。
14.一种拉片密封件,其构建成固定到围绕容器开口的边缘,所述拉片密封件由权利要求1所述的初级层叠物形成。
