一种肉类保鲜剂,其特征在于先将年桔清洗干净,然后将年桔表皮切开,将年桔果肉内所含的汁液挤掉,将挤掉汁液的年桔打碎至直径小于1mm的颗粒,往颗粒内加入颗粒重量8—12倍的清水,用锅将夹有清水的颗粒煮沸并沸腾3—5分钟,然后冷却至室温,过滤获得滤液,往滤液中加入乙醇含量为95%的食用乙醇,滤液与食用乙醇的重量用量比为:1:1—1.1,从而获得保鲜剂。本发明与已有技术相比,具有既能有效利用废弃的年桔,又能对肉类进行保鲜的优点。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种保鲜剂。
背景技术:
暴露早空气中的肉类,容易在细菌及空气中的氧气的作用下变质。另一方面,每年有上千吨的观赏年桔作为垃圾处理,而不能得到有效地利用。
发明内容:
本发明的发明目的在于提供一种既能有效利用废弃的年桔,又能对肉类进行保鲜的肉类保鲜剂。
本发明是这样实现的,先将年桔清洗干净,然后将年桔表皮切开,将年桔果肉内所含的汁液挤掉,将挤掉汁液的年桔打碎至直径小于1mm的颗粒,往颗粒内加入颗粒重量8—12倍的清水,用锅将夹有清水的颗粒煮沸并沸腾3—5分钟,然后冷却至室温,过滤获得滤液,往滤液中加入乙醇含量为95%的食用乙醇,滤液与食用乙醇的重量用量比为:1:1—1.1,从而获得保鲜剂。
保鲜时,往水产品或者禽畜类涂抹保鲜剂,由于保鲜剂含有丰富的柠檬酸、单宁酸果、果酸,柠檬酸和果酸能增加肉类的香味,单宁酸能隔绝肉类与空气的氧接触并具有杀菌的作用,食用乙醇能增加保鲜剂的渗透性,以便保鲜剂能有效地渗透进肉里。
本发明与已有技术相比,具有既能有效利用废弃的年桔,又能对肉类进行保鲜的优点。

本发明是这样实现的,先将年桔清洗干净,然后将年桔表皮切开,将年桔果肉内所含的汁液挤掉(挤掉的汁液可作为酸味调节液的原料),将挤掉汁液的年桔打碎至直径小于1mm的颗粒,往颗粒内加入颗粒重量8—12倍的清水,用锅将夹有清水的颗粒煮沸并沸腾3—5分钟,然后冷却至室温,过滤获得滤液,往滤液中加入乙醇含量为95%的食用乙醇,滤液与食用乙醇的重量用量比为:1:1—1.1,从而获得保鲜剂。

1.一种肉类保鲜剂,其特征在于先将年桔清洗干净,然后将年桔表皮切开,将年桔果肉内所含的汁液挤掉,将挤掉汁液的年桔打碎至直径小于1mm的颗粒,往颗粒内加入颗粒重量8—12倍的清水,用锅将夹有清水的颗粒煮沸并沸腾3—5分钟,然后冷却至室温,过滤获得滤液,往滤液中加入乙醇含量为95%的食用乙醇,滤液与食用乙醇的重量用量比为:1:1—1.1,从而获得保鲜剂。
