食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:啤酒酵母粉5-6、燕麦胚芽10-12、甜菜根15-18、鳕鱼粉10-15、芒果粉10-15、草菇粉4-5、酸梅汁40-50、米酒30-40;
食品添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将燕麦胚芽、甜菜根洗净,放入锅中,加入酸梅汁、米酒,加热焖煮30-35分钟,取锅中所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁与啤酒酵母粉、鳕鱼粉、芒果粉、草菇粉合并,混匀即可。
