食品、饮料是人们消耗最快的消费品,食品、饮料关系到人们的身体健康,现在市场上的副食品越来越多,但是大多数的副食品只是能解决人们基本需求,人们的生活水平在不断的提高,对副食品的营养要求也越来越高。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种巧克力荔枝果脯的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种巧克力荔枝果脯,由以下重量份原料组成:鲜荔枝80-100、雪梨30-40、蓝莓30-40、巧克力粉70-80、海参粉8-10、葛根粉5-6、燕麦粉15-20、南瓜30-40、桂圆肉20-25、黄酒30-40、蜂蜜30-40、莲子5-7、百合5-6、甘草5-7、苦荞5-7、茯苓4-5、绞股蓝4-5、紫花地丁4-5、柠檬草2-3、玉米叶2-3、食品添加剂6-8、白糖60-70、水适量;
食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:啤酒酵母粉5-6、燕麦胚芽10-12、甜菜根15-18、鳕鱼粉10-15、芒果粉10-15、草菇粉4-5、酸梅汁40-50、米酒30-40;
食品添加剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将燕麦胚芽、甜菜根洗净,放入锅中,加入酸梅汁、米酒,加热焖煮30-35分钟,取锅中所有物料打成浆汁,将浆汁与啤酒酵母粉、鳕鱼粉、芒果粉、草菇粉合并,混匀即可。

所述食品添加剂,由以下重量份原料组成:啤酒酵母粉5-6、燕麦胚芽10-12、甜菜根15-18、鳕鱼粉10-15、芒果粉10-15、草菇粉4-5、酸梅汁40-50、米酒30-40;
