背景技术
作为电动车辆的能源,车载蓄电池和燃料电池被实用化。由于燃料电池的价格较高,因此,电动车辆的能源主要是车载蓄电池。
提出有各种搭载于电动车辆的车载蓄电池(例如,参照专利文献1(图1、图2、图11)。)。
如专利文献1所示,在动力转向自行车中,沿着支承座椅的座椅管的后表面设有蓄电池收纳装置。该蓄电池收纳装置的外箱成为外观构件。
如专利文献1所示,在外箱中插拔自如地收纳有内置蓄电池的内箱。通过在连接机构中嵌合雌端子,从而将蓄电池侧与车身侧电连接,由车载发电机发出的电能通过连接机构向蓄电池充电,蓄积于蓄电池的电力通过连接机构向车身侧(电动机、车载电气件)供给。
此外,根据需要,通过从外部向充电开口插入插头,可利用外部电源对蓄电池进行充电。
这样,车载蓄电池以向车身侧(电动机、电装件)供电为目的而被搭载。在非行驶时除了向电装件供给微量的电力之外,不能谋求有效利用。

在所述车身的侧面设有用于供与所述充电部连接的插头或连接器通过的充电侧开口部及用于供给与所述放电部连接的插头或连接器通过的放电侧开口部。
在技术方案2所涉及的发明中,其特征在于,在车载蓄电池的侧面设有凸部或凹部,在蓄电池收纳部设有用于对凸部或凹部进行引导的凹状引导部或凸状引导部。
在技术方案3所涉及的发明中,其特征在于,在蓄电池收纳部附设有用于防止收纳的车载蓄电池脱落的卡定机构。
在技术方案4所涉及的发明中,其特征在于,车身侧供电端子从蓄电池收纳部的底部向上方突出地设置。
在技术方案5所涉及发明中,其特征在于,充电侧开口部及放电侧开口部由能够开闭的盖部件来闭塞。
在技术方案6所涉及的发明中,其特征在于,在蓄电池收纳部的车身后方位置附设有置物箱,在该置物箱收纳有卡定机构的操作件。

发明效果
在技术方案1所涉及的发明中,在车载蓄电池中内置有用于对电力进行变压及/或将直流转换为交流的变压器,在车载蓄电池的与车身左侧和右侧中的一方面对的一方的侧面设有用于从外部电源向车载蓄电池供电的充电部,在车载蓄电池的另一方的侧面设有用于将车载蓄电池的电力向外部供给的放电部。
在非行驶时,通过将电气制品的插头或连接器与放电部连接而能够使用电气制品。
而且,在非行驶时,能够从外部电源向充电部供电,利用内置的变压器进行变压,经由放电部向外部的电气制品供电。即,既能充电也能放电。
即,车载蓄电池在行驶时对电动机进行驱动,在非行驶时对外部的电气制品供给电力。能够始终使用车载蓄电池。
根据本发明,提供一种具备利用性扩大的车载蓄电池的电动车辆。
在技术方案2所涉及的发明中,在车载蓄电池的侧面设有凸部或凹部,在蓄电池收纳部设有凹状引导部或凸状引导部。
由于车载蓄电池侧的凸部(或凹部)被蓄电池收纳部侧的凹状引导部(或凸状引导部)引导,因此,能够不发生晃动地顺利地进行车载蓄电池的拉拔及插入。而且,由于定位性良好,因此,能够使蓄电池侧供电端子顺利地嵌合于车身侧供电端子。
在技术方案3所涉及的发明中,在蓄电池收纳部附设有用于防止所收纳的车载蓄电池脱落的卡定机构。在由于路面的凹凸而车辆发生跳动的情况下,利用卡定机构的卡定作用,无需担心车载蓄电池从蓄电池收纳部向上方脱落。即,利用卡定机构能够更可靠地固定车载蓄电池。
在技术方案4所涉及的发明中,车身侧供电端子从蓄电池收纳部的底部向上方突出地设置。能够发生水通过车身的间隙而向蓄电池收纳部侵入。即使水积存于蓄电池收纳部的底部,由于车身侧供电端子位于比蓄电池收纳部的底部靠上方,因此也无需担心车身侧供电端子浸水。
另外,由于车身侧供电端子向上方突出,因此,在车载蓄电池的下表面设有凹部,在该凹部设有蓄电池侧供电端子。将车身侧供电端子插入凹部即可,利用凹部的引导作用,车载蓄电池的安装变得容易,并且车载蓄电池的定位变得更准确。
在技术方案5所涉及的发明中,充电侧开口部及放电侧开口部由能开闭的盖部件闭塞。也可以将充电侧开口部及放电侧开口部开放,但不能防止雨水、尘埃的侵入。
关于该点,根据本发明,利用盖部件能够防止雨水、尘埃的侵入。
在技术方案6所涉及的发明中,在蓄电池收纳部的车身后方位置附设有置物箱,在该置物箱收纳有卡定机构的操作件。
利用置物箱的空间,能够将手插入该空间来操作操作件。卡定机构的操作变得更容易。
在技术方案7所涉及的发明中,在蓄电池收纳部的底部设有排水孔。
利用排水孔,能够使侵入蓄电池收纳部的水迅速地排出。能够防止由浸水引起的蓄电池的劣化。

具体实施方式
以下,参照附图来详细说明本发明的实施例。在以下的说明中,“前后”、“左右”的用语表示以驾驶者为基准观察的方向。
【实施例】
如图1所示,电动车辆10在箱形的车身11上具备前轮12和后轮13,在车身11的前表面具备前照灯14、左前方向指示灯15L(L是表示左的注脚。以下相同)及右前方向指示灯15R(R是表示右的注脚。以下相同),在车身11的上表面前部具备车把支柱16L、16R,在车身11的上表面后部具备座椅17,在车身11的侧面具备折叠式踏板18L、18R,电动车辆10是由内置于后轮13的电动机20驱动的电动两轮车。
为了方便说明,左面的踏板18L表示为立起状态(非使用状态、收纳状态),右面的踏板18R表示为放倒的状态(使用状态)。
驾驶者坐在座椅17上,脚放置在踏板18L、18R上,在握住左车把支柱16L上部的手把19L的同时握住右车把支柱16R上部的手把19R,转动右手把19R,从而能够行驶。在行驶中,能利用左右的制动杆21L、21R施加制动,能利用左右的后视镜22L、22R目视确认后方。通过在手把19L、19R的车宽外侧设置车宽灯23L、23R来在外部识别车宽。
图2是车身11的主要部分的分解立体图,车身11的主要素为配置于车宽方向中央的中央框架25、沿着该中央框架25的左侧面的左侧框架26和沿着中央框架25的右侧面的右侧框架27。
中央框架25由构成蓄电池收纳部28的前壁部31、底部32、后壁部33和连续地设于该后壁部33的车辆后方的置物箱34构成。在该收纳室34的后部借助铰链35能够开闭地安装座椅17。
座椅17在底面(下表面)具有插拔自如地收纳板形终端36的凹部37。在凹部37的一端具备端子部38,能够将板形终端36与车身侧电连接。该板形终端36在行驶时能兼做车载计算机(详细说明见后述)。在非行驶时,通过如图所示那样打开座椅17使其立起,能够像电视机那样观看影像或玩游戏。或者能够作为个人电脑(个人计算机)而用作获取网络信息的工具。
在蓄电池收纳部28中,在底部32设有多个腿收纳凹部39,这些腿收纳凹部39通过连通槽41相连。在由这些腿收纳凹部39包围的区域配置有车身侧供电端子42。
在后壁部33设有纵长的凹状引导部43。在前壁部31也设有凹状引导部,但为了方便图示而未示出。
而且,在后壁部33安装有卡定机构44。该卡定机构44的详细说明见后述,但操作件45延伸至置物箱34。该操作件45优选靠近置物箱34的右端或左端进行配置。通过该配置,在向置物箱34中取出或放入小件物品时,不担心与操作件45发生干涉。
车载蓄电池50是比较简单的六面体,在上表面50a具有把手51,在前表面50b及后表面50c具有纵长的凸部52,在左侧面50d具有充电部53,在右侧面50e具有放电部54、55,在下表面50f具有蓄电池侧供电端子56。
通过使凸部52与凹状引导部43嵌合并下降,能够将车载蓄电池50顺利地收纳于蓄电池收纳部28。通过凸部52和凹状引导部43的嵌合,能够将蓄电池侧供电端子56不会发生摆动地嵌合于车身侧供电端子42。同样地,通过凸部52和凹状引导部43的嵌合,能够不发生摆动地将车载蓄电池50向上方拔出。
也可以将凸部52改变为凹部。在该情况下,将凹状引导部43改变为凸状引导部即可。
在左侧框架26的与车载蓄电池50的充电部53相对应的位置设有充电侧开口部57。
在右侧框架27的与车载蓄电池50的放电部54、55相对应的位置设有放电侧开口部58、58。
如图3所示,在车载蓄电池50的底部突出设有多个腿部59。由于具备多个腿部59,因此,车载蓄电池50能单独地置于地上、路上。
以收容这些腿部59的方式在底部32设有腿收纳凹部39。而且,腿收纳凹部39之间通过连通槽41连结。在四个中的一个腿收纳凹部39设有排水孔61。
积存于其他腿收纳凹部39的水通过连通槽41向腿收纳凹部39汇聚,通过排水孔61向车身外排出。
也可以在所有腿收纳凹部39设置排水孔61。但是,对于排水孔61,在车辆陷入水坑时,水坑的水的一部分通过排水孔61向蓄电池收纳部28侵入的危险性变大。
关于该点,在本实施例中,相对于四个腿收纳凹部39而设置一个排水孔61,因此,水发生逆流的可能性较小。
从原理上说,积存于底部32的上表面的水能迅速地排出。但是,可能出现侵入的水比排出的水多的情况、排水孔61堵塞而排水变得不充分的情况。
作为对策,如图4所示,使车身侧供电端子42从底部32向上突出。通过采取该对策,在少量的积存水62的情况下不担心车身侧供电端子42会浸入水中。
此外,在车载蓄电池50侧设有与车身侧供电端子42相对应的凹部50g,在该凹部50g设有蓄电池侧供电端子56。由于车身侧供电端子42向上方突出,因此,对应的凹部50g变深,其结果是,凹部50g发挥引导作用,可以更准确地将蓄电池侧供电端子56向车身侧供电端子42定位并嵌合。
接着,说明卡定机构的详细情况。
如图5所示,卡定机构44包括:通过销64摆动自如地固定于后壁部33的上部的按压爪65;从该按压爪65延伸而相当于搭指部的操作件45;以使按压爪65强力地与车载蓄电池50的上表面抵接的方式对按压爪65施力的扭簧66。
优选的是,操作件45向置物箱34延伸。此外,在置物箱34旋转自如地设有用于临时固定操作件45的临时固定片67。
如图6所示,在插拔车载蓄电池50时,通过按压操作件45,从而使按压爪65向远离车载蓄电池50的方向旋转,在该位置处利用临时固定片67将操作件45临时固定。在该状态下,放入车载蓄电池50。放入结束后,转动临时固定片67,而使操作件45自由,如图5所示,利用按压爪65来按压车载蓄电池50的上表面50a。
在图2中,设于左侧框架26的充电侧开口部57、设于右侧框架27的放电侧开口部58也可以仅是开口,但是在担心雨水从这些开口侵入而对车载蓄电池50带来恶劣影响的情况下,需要采取对策。
下面说明该对策。
如图7所示,期望在设于左侧框架26的充电侧开口部57设置开闭自如的盖部件。作为盖部件,依次说明开闭板和塞子这两个例子。
图8(a)是图7的主要部分放大图,图8(b)是图8(a)的背视图。
如图8(b)所示,在左侧框架26的背面(车身中心侧的面)安装两根L截面轨道68、68。在两根轨道68、68之间嵌合作为盖部件的开闭板69,利用压缩弹簧71对该开闭板69向关闭侧施力。优选的是,在关闭位置设置用于阻止开闭板69的止挡销72。
如作为图8(a)的作用图的图8(c)所示,将手指搭在搭指片73上而将开闭板69向开侧移动。其结果是,充电侧开口部57打开,能看见内部的充电部53。向该充电部53插入供电插头74(或供电连接器),对车载蓄电池进行充电。若在充电结束后撤去供电插头74,则开闭板69在压缩弹簧71的作用下向关闭位置移动,如图8(a)所示,充电侧开口部57被开闭板69闭塞。
如图9所示,期望在设于右侧框架27的放电侧开口部58、58也设置开闭自如的盖部件。
如图10(a)所示,在放电侧开口部58、58嵌合或覆盖橡胶制或软质树脂制的塞子76、76。
如图10(b)所示,当卸下塞子76时,能看见内部的放电部54(或55)。在该放电部54连接电气产品侧的受电插头75(或受电连接器)。期望塞子76通过链条等绳状构件77连结于右侧框架27。这是为了能够预先防止塞子76的遗失。
也可以将充电侧开口部57、放电侧开口部58、58皆利用塞子76来闭塞。塞子76的结构简单且便宜。但是,绳状构件77会成为障碍或塞子76的一部分会从框架27突出。
考虑到上述点,可以将充电侧开口部57、放电侧开口部58、58皆利用开闭板69来闭塞。
因而,盖部件由塞子76、开闭板69或类似于这些构件的关闭构件来构成即可,种类、形式是任意的。
接着,说明车载蓄电池的作用。
图11是从后方观察电动车辆10的立体图,在左右的车把支柱16L、16R之间具备便携形终端80。该便携形终端80包括:进行车速速度、方向指示显示、蓄电量、其他状态显示的显示部81;内置运算回路及存储器的终端主体82。即,电动车辆10不固定地具备仪表单元,取而代之,使用便携形终端80来代替仪表单元。
如图12所示,车载蓄电池50在蓄电池壳体84中内置蓄电池主体85并且内置变压器86、87。一方的变压器86是将直流变压为电压不同的直流的DC/DC转换器,另一方的变压器87例如是将直流12V转换为交流100V的DC/AC变换器。
非行驶时,从商用电源(AC100V、110V、200V、220V等)经由充电器88向充电部53供给规定的直流电流(例如DC24V)进行充电。
行驶时,从充电部53经由驱动回路89向电动机20供电来进行行驶。此时,也可以利用传感器来检测右手把19R的旋转量,将该信息向便携形终端80发送,利用该便携形终端80的指令来控制驱动回路89,从而对行驶速度进行调节。需要说明的是,也可以将右手把19R的旋转信息直接向驱动回路89发送。
另外,在非行驶时、例如在野外露营时,可以将车载蓄电池50作为电源。即,可以使用一方的放电部54接受AC100V(或AC110V)的供给而用于饭煲、照明。
而且,可以使用另一方的放电部55来接受DC12V的供给而用于个人计算机。
车载蓄电池50除了能够在收纳于车身的状态下接受供电之外,在从车身卸下的状态、即车载蓄电池50单体的状态下也能接受供电。
另外,通过从变压器86延伸出虚线所示的供电系统a而与便携形终端80电连接,始终或随时对便携形终端80供电。由此,能够防止内置于便携形终端80的内置蓄电池的电气余量的减少。
图13是表示图12的变更例的图,将图12中的驱动回路89置换为板形终端36。除此之外与图12相同,因此使用相同的附图标记而省略详细的说明。
通过从变压器87延伸出虚线所示的供电系统b而与板形终端36电连接,始终或随时对板形终端36供电。由此,能防止内置于板形终端36的内置蓄电池的电气余量的减少。
需要说明的是,本发明在实施方式中应用于电动两轮车,但也能应用于电动三轮车,也可以应用于一般的电动车辆。
工业实用性
本发明适用于电动两轮车。

Claims (7)
1.一种电动车辆,其具备车身、搭载于所述车身的车载蓄电池和从所述车载蓄电池供电的电动机,该电动车辆利用所述电动机的驱动力来行驶,其特征在于,
在电动车辆的车身设有能够插拔地收纳所述车载蓄电池的蓄电池收纳部,在该蓄电池收纳部的底部设有用于将所述车载蓄电池的电力向车身侧供给的车身侧供电端子,
在所述车载蓄电池的下表面设有用于与所述车身侧供电端子结合的蓄电池侧供电端子,在所述车载蓄电池的一方的侧面设有用于从外部电源向所述车载蓄电池供电的充电部,该一方的侧面与车身左侧和右侧中的一方面对,并且在所述车载蓄电池的另一方的侧面设有用于将所述车载蓄电池的电力向外部供给的放电部,该另一方的侧面与车身左侧和右侧中的另一方面对,在所述车载蓄电池内内置用于对电力进行变压及/或将直流转换为交流的变压器,
在所述车身的侧面设有用于供与所述充电部连接的插头或连接器通过的充电侧开口部及用于供与所述放电部连接的插头或连接器通过的放电侧开口部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电动车辆,其中,
在所述车载蓄电池的侧面设有凸部或凹部,在所述蓄电池收纳部设有用于对所述凸部或所述凹部进行引导的凹状引导部或凸状引导部。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的电动车辆,其中,
在所述蓄电池收纳部附设有用于防止收纳于该蓄电池收纳部的所述车载蓄电池脱落的卡定机构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电动车辆,其中,
所述车身侧供电端子从所述蓄电池收纳部的底部向上方突出地设置。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电动车辆,其中,
所述充电侧开口部及所述放电侧开口部由能够开闭的盖部件闭塞。
6.根据权利要求3所述的电动车辆,其中,
在所述蓄电池收纳部的车身后方位置附设有置物箱,在该置物箱收纳有所述卡定机构的操作件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的电动车辆,其中,
在所述蓄电池收纳部的底部设有排水孔。
