一种蛋黄糯米粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:糯米200-220、密蒙花3-4、蒲公英1-2、冬虫夏草0.8-1.2、枇杷叶1.5-1.8、花生壳1-1.2、五味草2-2.2、金星草1.8-2、洋葱浆20-24、银耳5-7、牛蹄筋4-5、鸭蛋黄15-17、鸭血3-4、芝士粉6-7、葡萄汁15-20、绿豆粉30-33、营养添加剂5-6。本发明制备工艺简单,易推广,且生产出的糯米粉清香扑鼻,适口性好,入口后余香绵绵,营养丰富,其中添加的银耳可美容养颜,鸭血可补血,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,经常食用可达到清热养肝、明目退翳、补肺益肾的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种糯米粉,尤其涉及一种蛋黄糯米粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
糯米粉是由糯米为原料制成,可用来制作汤团、元宵之类食品和家庭小吃。目前市场上销售的糯米粉的种类繁多,但多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种蛋黄糯米粉及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特,营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种蛋黄糯米粉,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:
糯米200-220、密蒙花3-4、蒲公英1-2、冬虫夏草0.8-1.2、枇杷叶1.5-1.8、花生壳1-1.2、五味草2-2.2、金星草1.8-2、洋葱浆20-24、银耳5-7、牛蹄筋4-5、鸭蛋黄15-17、鸭血3-4、芝士粉6-7、葡萄汁15-20、绿豆粉30-33、营养添加剂5-6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:菠菜子1-1.2、芙蓉叶1.3-1.4、梵天花1.5-1.7、玫瑰茄2-2.2、开心果7-8、话梅3-4、泥鳅70-80、矿泉水20-22;
制备方法为:(1)将菠菜子、芙蓉叶、梵天花、玫瑰茄置于矿泉水中密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,所得滤液加入话梅,大火煮沸,将话梅捞出,得话梅汤;
(2)将开心果去壳,小火炒香后研成粉末,备用;
(3)将泥鳅加话梅汤拌匀,隔水大火蒸熟,然后送入烘箱,烘干后粉碎,与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的蛋黄糯米粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将密蒙花、蒲公英、冬虫夏草、枇杷叶、花生壳、五味草、金星草装入纱布袋,与糯米混合入锅,加4-5倍的水大火煮沸,将纱布袋捞出后打浆,得糯米浆;
(2)将糯米浆与洋葱浆混合,小火加热,熬成糊状,再经冷冻干燥研成粉末;
(3)将银耳、牛蹄筋加葡萄汁大火煮沸,过滤除渣,所得滤液与鸭蛋黄、鸭血混合拌匀,隔水大火蒸至完全凝固时出料,再经冷冻干燥研成粉末;
(4)将步骤(2)、(3)所得物料及剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
本发明中的梵天花为锦葵科植物,五味草为罂粟科植物五味草的全草,金星草为水龙骨科植物大果假瘤蕨的全草。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明制备工艺简单,易推广,且生产出的糯米粉清香扑鼻,适口性好,入口后余香绵绵,营养丰富,其中添加的银耳可美容养颜,鸭血可补血,此外,本发明还含有多种中草药成分,经常食用可达到清热养肝、明目退翳、补肺益肾的功效。
具体实施方式
一种蛋黄糯米粉,其特征在于由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
糯米200、密蒙花3、蒲公英2、冬虫夏草1.2、枇杷叶1.8、花生壳1.2、五味草2.2、金星草1.8、洋葱浆24、银耳7、牛蹄筋5、鸭蛋黄17、鸭血4、芝士粉6、葡萄汁20、绿豆粉33、营养添加剂6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)的原料制成:菠菜子1.2、芙蓉叶1.4、梵天花1.5、玫瑰茄2.2、开心果8、话梅3、泥鳅80、矿泉水20;
制备方法为:(1)将菠菜子、芙蓉叶、梵天花、玫瑰茄置于矿泉水中密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,所得滤液加入话梅,大火煮沸,将话梅捞出,得话梅汤;
(2)将开心果去壳,小火炒香后研成粉末,备用;
(3)将泥鳅加话梅汤拌匀,隔水大火蒸熟,然后送入烘箱,烘干后粉碎,与步骤(2)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的蛋黄糯米粉的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将谷精草、杜仲叶、百合花、决明子、栝楼皮、鸡冠子、姜味草加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,得提取液;
(2)将莲藕去皮、切块,加米醋拌匀,隔水大火蒸30-40分钟后与香蕉混合打成泥,再经冷冻干燥研成粉末;
(3)将豆豉入油锅炸制4-5分钟,捞出沥干,备用;将鸡骨加豆奶大火煮沸,过滤除渣,所得滤液与经炸制的豆鼓混合送入胶体磨研磨匀质;
(4)将糯米入锅,小火炒香后加入提取液、步骤(3)所得物料,在60-65℃下焖制30-40分钟后将糯米捞出,烘干、粉碎,然后与步骤(2)所得物料、剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。

糯米200-220、密蒙花3-4、蒲公英1-2、冬虫夏草0.8-1.2、枇杷叶1.5-1.8、花生壳1-1.2、五味草2-2.2、金星草1.8-2、洋葱浆20-24、银耳5-7、牛蹄筋4-5、鸭蛋黄15-17、鸭血3-4、芝士粉6-7、葡萄汁15-20、绿豆粉30-33、营养添加剂5-6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份的原料制成:菠菜子1-1.2、芙蓉叶1.3-1.4、梵天花1.5-1.7、玫瑰茄2-2.2、开心果7-8、话梅3-4、泥鳅70-80、矿泉水20-22;
制备方法为:(1)将菠菜子、芙蓉叶、梵天花、玫瑰茄置于矿泉水中密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,所得滤液加入话梅,大火煮沸,将话梅捞出,得话梅汤;
(2)将开心果去壳,小火炒香后研成粉末,备用;

2.根据权利要求1所述的蛋黄糯米粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将密蒙花、蒲公英、冬虫夏草、枇杷叶、花生壳、五味草、金星草装入纱布袋,与糯米混合入锅,加4-5倍的水大火煮沸,将纱布袋捞出后打浆,得糯米浆;
(2)将糯米浆与洋葱浆混合,小火加热,熬成糊状,再经冷冻干燥研成粉末;
(3)将银耳、牛蹄筋加葡萄汁大火煮沸,过滤除渣,所得滤液与鸭蛋黄、鸭血混合拌匀,隔水大火蒸至完全凝固时出料,再经冷冻干燥研成粉末;
