本发明公开了一种山药鲫鱼汤的制作方法,包括:主料、佐料、和制作方法;主料为山药200g,鲫鱼300g,大葱10g,生姜10g;佐料为食用油10g,盐6g,鸡精1g,水500g;制作方法为,先将鱼洗净,在鱼肚子上均匀的撒2g盐,将生姜切成片状,将大葱切成段,将山药洗净去皮,切成5mm的片状,将油下锅烧热,将鱼放入锅内煎炸,待鱼皮煎成金黄色的时候,将鱼盛出锅,将锅内剩下的油倒掉,将水倒入锅内,大火烧开,将煎炸后的鲫鱼、山药、大葱、生姜分别放入锅内,用中火煮,待鱼汤变为白色时,改为小火慢炖30分钟,即可。本发明操作简单,生产出来的棉裤具有很好的保健功能。本发明操作简单,具有很好的美白养颜,补肾健脾,抗衰老的功效。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种补肾抗衰老的山药鲫鱼汤的制作方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种山药鲫鱼汤的制作方法,包括:主料、佐料、和制作方法;主料为山药200g,鲫鱼300g,大葱10g,生姜10g;佐料为食用油10g,盐6g,鸡精1g,水500g;制作方法为,先将鱼洗净,在鱼肚子上均匀的撒2g盐,将生姜切成片状,将大葱切成段,将山药洗净去皮,切成5mm的片状,将油下锅烧热,将鱼放入锅内煎炸,待鱼皮煎成金黄色的时候,将鱼盛出锅,将锅内剩下的油倒掉,将水倒入锅内,大火烧开,将煎炸后的鲫鱼、山药、大葱、生姜分别放入锅内,用中火煮,待鱼汤变为白色时,改为小火慢炖30分钟,即可。
