技术领域
本发明涉及中药保健领域,尤其涉及一种具有明目功能的滁菊袋泡茶及其制备方法。
背景技术
引起眼目疾病的原因很多,外感四时不正之气,凌寒冒暑,风热上扰,环境的污染,气候的干燥,风沙、雾霾等易致外障眼病,出现目赤、干痒、目痛红肿等;或用眼过度,久之易致内障眼疾,出现视物不清、视力下降、干眼症、白内障等,以及严重时导致的视网膜、视神经的病变。尤其现今无论工作、娱乐,还是生活,电脑、电视等已成为我们紧密的朋友,电磁辐射对视觉系统造成的危害已引起人们的关注。
目前治疗眼目疾病,或针对性内服药物,或外用眼药膏、眼药水,均为有病后的治疗方法。另外,护眼用眼药水,易污染、感染,易刺激、损伤眼睛。
中医认为,肝开窍于目,肝受血而目能视,肝和则目能辨五色,也就是说,肝与目的关系最为密切。久视损耗肝血,过怒伤肝,过食辛热食物,火热内生。如肝火上炎,目赤红肿;肝血不足,目失所养,就会出现视物不清、两眼干涩等症。所以眼目的疾病常从肝治,而且要未病先防和早期治疗。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种内可养肝平肝明目,外可疏风清热明目的滁菊明目袋泡茶及其制备方法,而且对内、外障眼病均有预防和辅助治疗作用,制备方法简单,使用方便,可长期泡饮,安全无毒副作用。
为了实现上述目的本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种滁菊明目袋泡茶,其特征在于:由滁菊花、虎杖叶、野藤茶、枸杞叶制成,各组分的重量份配比为:滁菊花2-4,虎杖叶3-8,野藤茶1.5-5,枸杞叶1.5-5。
优选地,各组分重量份配比为:滁菊花2,虎杖叶3,野藤茶2,枸杞叶3。
所述的滁菊明目袋泡茶的制备方法,包括以下制备步骤:
(1)滁菊花制备:采集秋天的滁菊花,用清水洗净,60℃烘干,备用;
(2)采集春天的虎杖叶、野藤茶、枸杞叶嫩叶,用清水洗净,100-110℃灭菌4-6min,50℃烘干,备用;
(3)按上述重量份配比称取步骤(1)和步骤(2)中的原料,均匀混合,
然后粉碎至5-20目粗粉,最后按每包8-15g装入滤纸袋,密封,即得成品。
所述步骤(2)中105℃灭菌5min。
所述步骤(3)中粉碎细度为10目。
本发明的滁菊袋泡茶的使用方法:开水泡后代茶饮,1-2袋/日,也可取泡汁洗眼,或外敷眼部。
本发明所用的滁菊花为四大药菊之首,味甘苦,性微寒,具有疏散风热、平肝明目之功效。现代药理表明,菊花里含有丰富的维生素A,是维护眼睛健康的重要物质,所含黄酮类物质有抗自由基作用,能够软化血管、抗疲劳。特别对外感风热、肝火旺、用眼过度导致的双眼干涩有较好的疗效。
本发明所用的虎杖叶含有蒽醌类,富含白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇苷和多糖等。
本发明所用的藤茶具有清热解毒、抗菌消炎、祛风除湿、强筋骨、降血压、降血脂、保肝护肝等功效,含有大量的多酚及黄酮类化合物,不含有咖啡因,少数人饮藤茶后会出现一种微弱的催眠现象。
本发明所用的枸杞叶性凉味甘,能补虚益精、清热止渴、祛风明目。枸杞叶中主要含甜菜碱、胡萝卜素、抗坏血酸、亚油酸、有天门冬氨酸、谷氨酸、蛋氨酸、牛磺酸等十几种人体必需的氨基酸,且富含钙Ca、铁Fe、锌Zn、硒Se、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素C等多种人体必需的微量元素。对目赤昏痛,障翳夜盲,治急性结膜炎,治视力减退及夜盲症枸杞叶有着神奇功效,并能消除便秘,缓解失眠,调理血压,护肤养颜。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
(1)本发明选用四味天然药食两用中药,所选中药含有大量维生素和多种人体必需的微量元素,尤其是富含胡萝卜素、维生素A类物质有利于眼睛健康,长期饮用,内可养肝平肝明目,外可疏风清热明目,对多种眼病均有预防和治疗作用;另外,所含黄酮类、白藜芦醇等,有抗氧化、抗辐射、抗自由基作用,能抵御电脑辐射,不含咖啡因,而有微弱的催眠现象,长期饮用,可改善睡眠,有降血压、降血脂、保肝护肝等功效。
(2)本发明的滁菊明目袋泡茶制备方法简单,采用袋泡茶剂型,使用方便,可长期泡饮,安全无毒副作用。也可以泡后取汁,外洗眼,或外敷,可消除眼目干涩,疼痛浮肿。

1.一种滁菊明目袋泡茶,其特征在于:由滁菊花、虎杖叶、野藤茶、枸杞叶制成,各组分的重量份配比为:滁菊花2-4,虎杖叶3-8,野藤茶1.5-5,枸杞叶1.5-5。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滁菊明目袋泡茶,其特征在于:各组分的重量份配比为:滁菊花2,虎杖叶3,野藤茶2,枸杞叶3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的滁菊明目袋泡茶的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下制备步骤:
(1)滁菊花制备:采集秋天的滁菊花,用清水洗净,60℃烘干,备用;
(2)采集春天的虎杖叶、野藤茶、枸杞叶嫩叶,用清水洗净,100-110℃灭菌4-6min,50℃烘干,备用;
(3)按上述重量份配比称取步骤(1)和步骤(2)中的原料,均匀混合,然后粉碎至5-20目粗粉,最后按每包8-15g装入滤纸袋,密封,即得成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的滁菊明目袋泡茶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中105℃灭菌5min。
5.根据权利要求3所述的滁菊明目袋泡茶的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中粉碎细度为10目。
