本发明涉及一种养生茶。
背景技术
茶叶作为一种著名的保健饮品，是古代中国南方人民对中国饮食文化的贡献，也是中国人民对世界饮食文化的贡献。三皇五帝时代的神农有以茶解毒的故事流传。茶叶作为一种饮品，从唐朝开始，流传到中国大江南北各个民族地区，成为当地人民生活的必需品之一，“一日无茶则滞，三日无茶则病”生动形象地说明了茶对人们生活的重要性。
现代社会生活节奏快，工作压力大，很多人身体处于亚健康状态。亚健康人最容易患的就是肠胃不适、肥胖、失眠、三高、心脑血管病和免疫力低下。在日常生活中服用药物自然是减轻症状的一种方式，但是药物多数情况下有依赖性和副作用，长期服用对身体无益，因此，中药茶养生及治疗相关疾病被人们日益重视，养生茶也愈来愈成为亚健康人群首选的养生调理保健品。
目前，中国的养生茶处于起步阶段，所占市场份额较小，虽然市场发展空间很大，但市场发展需要一个过程。养生茶的质量存在良莠不齐的现象，产品功能、功效达不到要求，以次充好大行其道。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种滋补保健、可有效提高免疫力的养生茶。
本发明采用如下技术方案：
一种养生茶，由如下重量份的原料组成：红茶10份、金荞麦2份、夏枯草2份、野菊花2份、牡丹皮2份、白芷2份、桔梗2份、丁香2份、五加皮2份、白蔹2份、地黄2份、黄荆子2份、竹茹2份、紫菀2份、杜鹃花2份、白头翁2份、紫花地丁2份、白砂糖5份。
上述养生茶的制备方法为：按所述重量份称取红茶、金荞麦、夏枯草、野菊花、牡丹皮、白芷、桔梗、丁香、五加皮、白蔹、地黄、黄荆子、竹茹、紫菀、杜鹃花、白头翁、紫花地丁，混匀后清洗、烘干、消毒杀菌，在无菌环境下粉碎成颗粒状，然后加入所述重量份的白砂糖混合均匀后包装成每袋5g的袋泡茶，即得养生茶成品。
本发明的养生茶以纯中药为原料，多味中药有机地配伍组合，易于人体吸收，气味芬芳，口味甘甜，安全无毒副作用。与现有技术相比具有以下功效：健脾益胃，滋补肝肾，养肝明目，补气养血，有效提高身体免疫力，摆脱亚健康状态；缓解疲劳，安神益眠，调节大脑机体，使其处于平衡状态，长期饮用改善失眠者睡眠质量；清咽润喉，滋润爽口；降火消肿、排毒养颜。非常适用于现代亚健康人群调理养生。
具体实施方式：
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
一种养生茶，由如下重量份的原料组成：红茶10Kg、金荞麦2Kg、夏枯草2Kg、野菊花2Kg、牡丹皮2Kg、白芷2Kg、桔梗2Kg、丁香2Kg、五加皮2Kg、白蔹2Kg、地黄2Kg、黄荆子2Kg、竹茹2Kg、紫菀2Kg、杜鹃花2Kg、白头翁2Kg、紫花地丁2Kg、白砂糖5Kg。
上述养生茶的制备方法为：称取所述重量的红茶、金荞麦、夏枯草、野菊花、牡丹皮、白芷、桔梗、丁香、五加皮、白蔹、地黄、黄荆子、竹茹、紫菀、杜鹃花、白头翁、紫花地丁，混匀后清洗、烘干、消毒杀菌，在无菌环境下粉碎成颗粒状，然后加入所述重量的白砂糖混合均匀后包装成每袋5g的袋泡茶，即得养生茶成品。
本发明的饮用方式：取该养生茶一包，倒入壶中用沸开水冲泡2分钟左右即可饮用，每包可连续冲泡3-5次（约1000毫升）。
上述养生茶效果测试：
有200个人饮用该养生茶，其中有男性、女性各100名，年龄范围为25~65岁。普遍症状是气虚贫血，皮肤暗黄，失眠多梦，表现为易出汗，四肢肌肉失养，周身倦怠乏力，精神萎顿，头昏耳鸣。
上述200人饮用该养生茶，每天每人午间、晚间饭后1小时后饮用一次，每次饮用一袋，饮用三个月之后，90%的人气色改善，睡眠质量明显提高，气虚贫血、精神萎顿等症状基本消失或减轻，而且饮用后均无毒副作用。

1.一种养生茶，其特征在于由如下重量份的原料组成：红茶10份、金荞麦2份、夏枯草2份、野菊花2份、牡丹皮2份、白芷2份、桔梗2份、丁香2份、五加皮2份、白蔹2份、地黄2份、黄荆子2份、竹茹2份、紫菀2份、杜鹃花2份、白头翁2份、紫花地丁2份、白砂糖5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种养生茶，其特征在于制备方法为：按所述重量份称取红茶、金荞麦、夏枯草、野菊花、牡丹皮、白芷、桔梗、丁香、五加皮、白蔹、地黄、黄荆子、竹茹、紫菀、杜鹃花、白头翁、紫花地丁，混匀后清洗、烘干、消毒杀菌，在无菌环境下粉碎成颗粒状，然后加入所述重量份的白砂糖混合均匀后包装成每袋5g的袋泡茶，即得养生茶成品。
