本发明的目的在于提供一种具有行气和胃、燥湿健脾功效的养生中药茶饮品及制备方法,对胃脘胀痛、痰热湿毒、胃炎、胃下垂具有良好的预防和治疗作用。

苍术:菊科植物茅苍术或北苍术的干燥根茎。燥湿健脾,祛风散寒,明目。用于脘腹胀满,泄泻水肿,脚气痿躄,风湿痹痛,风寒感冒,夜盲。主湿困脾胃;倦怠嗜卧;胞痞腹胀;食欲不振;哎吐泄泻;痰饮;湿肿;表证夹湿;头身重痛;痹证温性;肢节酸痛重着;痿襞。用于风湿痹痛、肢体关节疼痛。
厚朴:【性味】:苦;辛;性温【归经】:脾经;胃经;大肠经。【功能】:行气消积;燥湿除满;降逆平喘【主治】:食积气滞;腹胀便秘;湿阻中焦,脘痞吐泻;痰壅气逆;胸满喘咳【用法用量】:内服:煎汤,3-10克;或入丸、散。【食物相克】:厚朴不宜与豆类一起食用,因为厚朴中含有鞣质,豆类食品中富含蛋白质,二者相遇会起化学反应,形成不易消化吸收的鞣质蛋白。另外,二者所含有机成分都比较复杂,同食可能还会产生其他不良反应,致使豆类难以消化,形成气体充塞肠道,导致腹胀。
橘皮:橘皮,又称为陈皮,为芸香科植物橘及其栽培变种的成熟果皮。【性味归经】:味辛而微苦,温,入脾、肺经。【功能主治】:有理气调中,燥湿化痰功效,可用于治疗脾胃气滞,脘腹胀满,呕吐,或湿浊中阻所致胸闷、纳呆、便溏,但阴津亏损,内有实热者慎用。
砂仁:砂仁(Fructus Amomi),是热带和亚热带姜科植物的的果实或种子,是中医常用的一味芳香性药材。目前药用的砂仁的基源主要有三种:一种是主要产于中国广东省的春砂;一种是中国海南的壳砂;还有一种叫缩砂密,主产于东南亚国家。其中,春砂(果实)入药的疗效比较显著,品质也比较好,在国际药材市场上享有比较高的声誉。中医认为,砂仁主要作用于人体的胃、肾和脾,能够行气调味,和胃醒脾。砂仁常与厚朴、枳实、陈皮等配合,治疗胸脘胀满、腹胀食少等病症。
竹茹:中医药材,是禾本科植物青秆竹、大头典竹或淡竹的茎秆的干燥中间层。性味性微寒,味甘。功能主治:清热化痰,除烦止呕。用于痰热咳嗽、胆火挟痰、烦热呕吐、惊悸失眠、中风痰迷、舌强不语、胃热呕吐、妊娠恶阻、胎动不安。【功效特点】本品善于涤痰止呕,清热除烦,适用于痰热咳嗽、胃热呕哕、呃逆烦躁等证,兼可凉血安胎,用于胎动不安,是一味治胃热胃虚呕逆的良药。
生姜:生姜指姜属植物的块根茎。性温,其特有的“姜辣素”能刺激胃肠黏膜,使胃肠道充血,消化能力增强,能有效地治疗吃寒凉食物过多而引起的腹胀、腹痛、腹泻、呕吐等。吃过生姜后,人会有身体发热的感觉,这是因为它能使血管扩张,血液循环加快,促使身上的毛孔张开,这样不但能把多余的热带走,同时还把体内的病菌、寒气一同带出。当身体吃了寒凉之物,受了雨淋或在空调房间里呆久后,吃生姜就能及时消除因肌体寒重造成的各种不适。
大枣:味甘性温、归脾胃经,有补中益气、养血安神、缓和药性的功能;而现代的药理学则发现,红枣含有蛋白质、脂肪、醣类、有机酸、维生素A、维生素C、微量钙多种氨基酸等丰富的营养成份。枣能提高人体免疫力,并可抑制癌细胞:药理研究发现,红枣能促进白细胞的生成,降低血清胆固醇,提高血清白蛋白,保护肝脏,红枣中还含有抑制癌细胞,甚至可使癌细胞向正常细胞转化的物质。
甘草:是一种补益中草药。药用部位是根及根茎,甘草多生长在干旱、半干旱的沙土、沙漠边缘和黄土丘陵地带,在引黄灌区的田野和河滩地里也易于繁殖,性平,味甘。功能主治:补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药。用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性,在中医上,甘草补脾益气,止咳润肺,缓急解毒,调和百药。
红茶:是在绿茶的基础上经发酵创制而成的。以适宜的茶树新芽叶为原料,经工萎凋、揉捻(切)、发酵、干燥等典型工艺过程精制而成。因其干茶色泽和冲泡的茶汤以红色为主调,故名红茶。红茶的功效我们大致可以分为:抗氧化延缓衰老、强壮骨骼、舒张血管、养胃护胃、抗癌、消炎杀菌、解毒、生津清热、利尿、提神消疲。
本发明中药茶饮品的行气和胃、燥湿健脾功效在临床应用当中得到了证实,基本资料如下:2005-2013年,门诊临床应用本发明所述养生中药茶饮品对532例体验者用;有胃脘胀痛、痰热湿毒、胃炎、胃下垂病症,平均年龄45岁;服用方法:开水冲饮,每日早晚饮用200-250ml;连续服用21-28日后,有效或显效471例;有效或显效的评价标准为:症状有所改善或者症状消失。
本发明养生中药茶饮品的有益效果:有轻微中药香味,无任何毒副作用,行气和胃、燥湿健脾效果明显,用于治疗胃脘胀痛、痰热湿毒、胃炎、胃下垂病症。
具体实施方法
所述平胃养生中药茶饮品及制备方法,其主要原料及重量份分别是,苍术15份、厚朴、橘皮、砂仁、竹茹各8份,生姜、大枣各2份,甘草5份、红茶10份。
本发明所述中药茶饮品的制备方法为以下步骤:
步骤一)、称取原料苍术15份、厚朴、橘皮、砂仁、竹茹各8份,生姜、大枣各2份,甘草5份,经过高压锅蒸煮杀菌20-30分钟,晾干并研成粗末,获得无菌原材料;
步骤二)、所获得的无菌原材料,加入红茶10份混合,即获得养生中药茶饮品。

1.一种平胃养生中药茶饮品,其特征在于,其主要原料及重量份分别是,苍术15份、厚朴、橘皮、砂仁、竹茹各8份,生姜、大枣各2份,甘草5份、红茶10份。
2.按照权利要求1所述的中药茶饮品,其特征在于,制备方法为以下步骤:
步骤一)、称取原料苍术15份、厚朴、橘皮、砂仁、竹茹各8份,生姜、大枣各2份,甘草5份,经过高压锅蒸煮杀菌20-30分钟,晾干并研成粗末,获得无菌原材料;
步骤二)、所获得的无菌原材料,加入红茶10份混合,即获得养生中药茶饮品。
