本发明涉及一种清热祛毒饮料。由以下重量份的原料组成:葫芦壳提取液15份、菊花5份、决明子5份、金银花5份、冰糖70份、蜂蜜30份、水150份。本发明还提供一种清热祛毒饮料的制备方法。制备步骤如下:将新鲜葫芦壳晾干后,进行炒干、粉碎、水煮、过滤后得到葫芦壳提取液,按照上述重量份,将葫芦壳提取液、菊花、决明子、金银花、冰糖和水放入蒸煮池中进行蒸煮,得到蒸煮液;最后经过滤后将蜂蜜加入蒸煮滤液中,混合均匀后即得到清热祛毒饮料。有益效果是:本发明通过简单原料的复配,得到效果显著的清热祛毒产品;且本产品制备中未使用造价高的设备,制备方法简单易得。还涉及一种清热祛毒饮料的制备方法。

背景技术
目前市场上出售的饮料琳琅满目、功能亦多样化,尤以清热祛毒类饮料产品深受广大消费者的喜爱。但目前现有的清热祛毒类饮料产品,要么原料成分复杂、原料造价高,要么制备方法繁琐、设备造价高。
发明内容
本发明针对上述现有技术的不足,提供一种成本低、效果好的清热祛毒饮料。
本发明解决上述技术问题的技术方案如下:一种清热祛毒饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料组成:
葫芦壳提取液15份、菊花5份、决明子5份、金银花5份、冰糖70份、蜂蜜30份、水150份;
其中,所述葫芦壳提取液由以下步骤制得:
1)将新鲜葫芦壳晾干后,放入炒干机中进行炒干处理,得到含水量为4%的葫芦壳;
2)将上述步骤1)中含水量为4%的葫芦壳放入粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,粉碎后的目数为100-120目;
3)将上述步骤2)中经粉碎后的葫芦壳进行水煮处理,水煮温度为90-100℃、水煮时间为4-6h,其中水和粉碎后的葫芦壳的重量百分比为70:30,得到水煮液;
4)将上述步骤3)中水煮液经离心过滤后得到葫芦壳提取液。
本发明还提供一种清热祛毒饮料的制备方法。
制备步骤如下:
1)将新鲜葫芦壳晾干后,放入炒干机中进行炒干处理,得到含水量为4%的葫芦壳;
2)将上述步骤1)中含水量为4%的葫芦壳放入粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,粉碎后的目数为80-120目;
3)将上述步骤2)中经粉碎后的葫芦壳进行水煮处理,水煮温度为90-100℃、水煮时间为4-6h,其中水和粉碎后的葫芦壳的重量百分比为70:30,得到水煮液;
4)将上述步骤3)中水煮液经离心过滤后得到葫芦壳提取液;
5)按照权利要求1所述的重量份,将葫芦壳提取液、菊花、决明子、
金银花、冰糖和水放入蒸煮池中进行蒸煮,蒸煮温度为60-70℃、蒸煮时间为10-12h,得到蒸煮液;
6)将步骤5)中的蒸煮液进行过滤处理,将按照权利要求1所述重量份的蜂蜜加入蒸煮滤液中,混合均匀后即得到清热祛毒饮料。
本发明的有益效果是:
葫芦壳,味甘、性平、无毒,用于消热解毒,润肺利便;本发明通过简单原料的复配,得到效果显著的清热祛毒产品;且本产品制备中未使用造价高的设备,制备方法简单易得。

实施例1
一种清热祛毒饮料,由以下重量份的原料组成:
葫芦壳提取液15份、菊花5份、决明子5份、金银花5份、冰糖70份、蜂蜜30份、水150份;
其中,所述葫芦壳提取液由以下步骤制得:
1)将新鲜葫芦壳晾干后,放入炒干机中进行炒干处理,得到含水量为4%的葫芦壳;
2)将上述步骤1)中含水量为4%的葫芦壳放入粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,粉碎后的目数为100-120目;
3)将上述步骤2)中经粉碎后的葫芦壳进行水煮处理,水煮温度为90-100℃、水煮时间为4-6h,其中水和粉碎后的葫芦壳的重量百分比为70:30,得到水煮液;
4)将上述步骤3)中水煮液经离心过滤后得到葫芦壳提取液。

葫芦壳提取液15份、菊花5份、决明子5份、金银花5份、冰糖70份、蜂蜜30份、水150份;
所述清热祛毒饮料采用如下步骤制备:
A.将新鲜葫芦壳晾干后,放入炒干机中进行炒干处理,得到含水量为4%的葫芦壳;
B.将上述步骤A中含水量为4%的葫芦壳放入粉碎机中进行粉碎处理,粉碎后的目数为80-120目;
C.将上述步骤B中经粉碎后的葫芦壳进行水煮处理,水煮温度为90-100℃、水煮时间为4-6h,其中水和粉碎后的葫芦壳的重量百分比为70:30,得到水煮液;
D.将上述步骤C中水煮液经离心过滤后得到葫芦壳提取液;
E.按原料组成所述的重量份,将葫芦壳提取液、菊花、决明子、金银花、冰糖和水放入蒸煮池中进行蒸煮,蒸煮温度为60-70℃、蒸煮时间为10-12h,得到蒸煮液;
F.将步骤E中的蒸煮液进行过滤处理,将按照原料组成所述重量份的蜂蜜加入蒸煮滤液中,混合均匀后即得到清热祛毒饮料。
