芦笋是世界十大名菜之一,又名石刁柏。在国际市场上享有“蔬菜之王”的美称,芦笋富含多种氨基酸、蛋白质和维生素,其含量均高于一般水果和蔬菜,特别是芦笋中的天冬酰胺和微量元素硒、钼、铬、锰等,具有调节机体代谢,提高身体免疫力的功效,在对高血压、心脏病、白血病、血癌、水肿、膀胱炎等的预防和治疗中,具有很强的抑制作用和药理效应。
以芦笋为原料制作饮料,不仅可以满足人们的健康需求,还可以大大提高芦笋的综合利用价值。

一种芦笋饮料,其特征在于:所述芦笋饮料由芦笋汁、白砂糖、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、食用香精和水混合而成。
优选的,所述芦笋饮料中各组分的重量百分比为:芦笋汁10~15%、白砂糖4~7%、柠檬酸0.1~0.5%、柠檬酸钠0.15~0.75%、食用香精0.1~0.3%、水78~85%。
优选的,所述芦笋饮料中各组分的重量百分比为:芦笋汁11%、白砂糖6%、柠檬酸0.3%、柠檬酸钠0.4%、食用香精0.3%、水78%。
优选的,所述芦笋饮料中各组分的重量百分比为:芦笋汁10%、白砂糖4%、柠檬酸0.2%、柠檬酸钠0.55%、食用香精0.25%、水85%。
优选的,所述芦笋饮料中各组分的重量百分比为:芦笋汁12%、白砂糖7%、柠檬酸0.1%、柠檬酸钠0.15%、食用香精0.15%、水80.6%。
优选的,所述芦笋饮料中各组分的重量百分比为:芦笋汁15%、白砂糖4%、柠檬酸0.5%、柠檬酸钠0.75%、食用香精0.1%、水79.65%。
本发明中芦笋含有天冬酰胺和微量元素硒、钼、铬、锰等,具有调节机体代谢,提高身体免疫力的功效,在对高血压、心脏病、白血病、血癌、水肿、膀胱炎等的预防和治疗中,具有很强的抑制作用和药理效应,白砂糖、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠和食用香精调节口味。本发明天然安全,长期饮用,有利于人们的健康。

本发明芦笋饮料由芦笋汁、白砂糖、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、食用香精和水混合而成。所述芦笋饮料中各组分的重量百分比为:芦笋汁10~15%、白砂糖4~7%、柠檬酸0.1~0.5%、柠檬酸钠0.15~0.75%、食用香精0.1~0.3%、水78~85%。

实施例2:与实施例1不同在于所述芦笋饮料中各组分的重量百分比为:芦笋汁10%、白砂糖4%、柠檬酸0.2%、柠檬酸钠0.55%、食用香精0.25%、水85%。
实施例3:与实施例1不同在于所述芦笋饮料中各组分的重量百分比为:芦笋汁12%、白砂糖7%、柠檬酸0.1%、柠檬酸钠0.15%、食用香精0.15%、水80.6%。
实施例4:与实施例1不同在于所述芦笋饮料中各组分的重量百分比为:芦笋汁15%、白砂糖4%、柠檬酸0.5%、柠檬酸钠0.75%、食用香精0.1%、水79.65%。
所述食用香精为通过物理方法从植物中提取的天然香精,具体优选采用萃取法提取的香草提取物,使本发明芦笋饮料口感更加清香自然。

1.一种芦笋饮料,其特征在于:所述芦笋饮料由芦笋汁、白砂糖、柠檬酸、柠檬酸钠、食用香精和水混合而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种芦笋饮料,其特征在于:所述芦笋饮料中各组分的重量百分比为:芦笋汁10~15%、白砂糖4~7%、柠檬酸0.1~0.5%、柠檬酸钠0.15~0.75%、食用香精0.1~0.3%、水78~85%。
