本发明涉及食品技术领域,具体涉及一种芒果汁。
背景技术
芒果,原产印度,果实形态有椭圆形、肾脏形及倒卵形等。成熟果之果皮有绿色、黄色,而至紫红色,果肉为黄色或橙黄色。芒果果实营养价值极高,维生素A含量高达3.8%,比杏子还要多出1倍。维生素C的含量也超过橘子、草莓。芒果含有糖、蛋白质及钙、磷、铁等营养成分,均为人体所必需。芒果可溶性固形物14%-24.8%,含糖量11%-19%,蛋白质0.65%-1.31%,每100克果肉含胡萝卜素2281-6304微克,被誉为“热带水果之王”。食用芒果具有益胃、解渴、利尿的功用,成熟的芒果在医药上可作缓污剂和利尿剂,其果肉多汁,鲜美可口,兼有桃、杏、梨和苹果等的滋味,如盛夏吃上几个,能生津止渴,消暑舒神;还能降低胆固醇,常食芒果有利於防治心血管疾病,有益於视力,能润泽皮肤,是女士们的美容佳果。
饮料是指以水为基本原料,由不同的配方和制造工艺生产出来,供人们直接饮用的液体食品。饮料除了能提供水分外,由于在不同品种的饮料中含有不等量的糖、酸、维生素、氨基酸、矿物质及无机盐等营养成分,因此具有一定的营养。

一种芒果汁,由以下质量百分比的组分制成:芒果汁25-35%、黄瓜汁5-15%、中药提取液0.6-0.8%、糖9-12%、稳定剂0.16-0.20%、柠檬酸0.24-0.30%、余量为水;
其中,所述的中药提取液由以下重量份的组分制成:5-10份杭白菊、3-5份山楂、1-3份枸杞子、1-3份金银花。
优选地,所述的中药提取液由以下重量份的组分制成:7.5份杭白菊、4份山楂、2份枸杞子、2份金银花。
优选地,所述糖可以为白砂糖、蔗糖和蜂蜜中的一种。
优选地,所述的稳定剂为果胶、D-异抗坏血酸钠和柠檬酸钠中的一种。
本发明的优点是:
1、芒果富含丰富的维生素A与维生素C,同时苹果对于保持人体内血糖、血压与胆固醇含量具有良好效果,芒果汁可以在人们饮用饮品时为其提供丰富营养。
2、本发明芒果汁中还加入了含有杭白菊、山楂、枸杞子、金银花等中药提取液,具有益气养阴,滋肾养肝的功效,是很好的保健饮品,符合现代人即追求高营养又追求纯天然食品的潮流,且成本低,有益于推广。

一种芒果汁,由以下质量百分比的组分制成:芒果汁30%、黄瓜汁10%、中药提取液0.7、蔗糖10.5%、D-异抗坏血酸钠0.18%、柠檬酸0.27%、余量为水;
所述的中药提取液由以下重量份的组分制成:7.5份杭白菊、4份山楂、2份枸杞子、2份金银花。

一种芒果汁,由以下质量百分比的组分制成:芒果汁35%、黄瓜汁15%、中药提取液0.8%、蜂蜜12%、柠檬酸钠0.20%、柠檬酸0.30%、余量为水;其中,所述的中药提取液由以下重量份的组分制成:10份杭白菊、5份山楂、3份枸杞子、3份金银花。
