Abstract
本发明提供了一种适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料及其制备方法,所述复合饮料主要由红枣汁、花生红衣汁、芦笋汁、银耳汁和水组成,其中,每100ml饮料中红枣汁30-50ml,花生红衣汁10-20ml,芦笋汁5-10ml,银耳汁10-20ml,其余为水,通过混合方式制备而成;所述复合饮料针对肿瘤患者而设计,可以有效提升肿瘤患者的机体免疫能力,各组分协同增效,为肿瘤患者提供适合的营养支持,配合肿瘤患者药物治疗效果极佳;其制备方法简单,适合规模化工业生产的需要。

本发明涉及一种复合饮料及其制备方法,尤其是一种适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料及其制备方法。
背景技术
癌症是一种生活方式疾病。其中约有30%肿瘤疾病可归因于不良饮食和营养。而近70%的恶性肿瘤病人在病情的发展过程中常常发生程度不等的营养不良,甚至出现恶液质。营养不良又常导致人体各系统器官的功能减退,包括免疫功能的减退。并且由于多数肿瘤患者在接受手术、放疗和化疗后受到副作用的影响,患者对营养成分接受能力降低,机体有效吸收能力差减弱。
中医食疗注重整体性和系统性,具有改变患者的不良饮食和营养,从而改变肿瘤生长的内外环境,修复肿瘤破坏脏器的结构功能,补充肿瘤消耗的能量,改善消瘦、贫血、乏力等恶病质症状,防止肿瘤传变的作用。此外,晚期肿瘤患者因病程的缠绵容易产生厌服药物、抗拒治疗的心理,而食疗源于食物,兼顾到了色香味,更加适于长期坚持服用。
我国地大物博,很多中草药药食同源,因此,利用我国传统中药理论,对中药进行筛选和优化组合,寻找一种适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,具有非常重要的实践价值。

本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料。

为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:
一种适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,主要由红枣汁、花生红衣汁、芦笋汁、银耳汁和水组成,其中,每100ml饮料中红枣汁30-50ml,花生红衣汁10-20ml,芦笋汁5-10ml,银耳汁10-20ml,其余为水。
优选的,上述适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,每100ml饮料中红枣汁40ml,花生红衣汁13ml,芦笋汁8ml,银耳汁17ml,其余为水。
优选的,上述适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,所述红枣汁是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)清洗烘烤:红枣用流动水反复搓洗,除去附着在红枣表面的泥沙等杂质,将洗净的红枣放入烘箱内,在50-60℃下烘烤20-40min,以枣肉收缩、枣皮微绽、产生焦香味而不焦糊为度;
(2)打浆浸提:将烘干后的红枣用捣碎机打成细小颗粒,将磨好的红枣粉加入8-10倍红枣重量的水置于恒温水浴锅中浸提2-3h,水温保持在60℃~70℃,浸提结束后用8层纱布过滤,滤渣再加入4-6倍红枣重量的水,进行二次浸提,温度60℃-70℃,时间1-2h,结束后仍用8层纱布过滤,将二次滤液合并;
(3)离心过滤:将合并后的滤液进行离心,在8000-10000r/min下离心10-20min,除去滤渣,既得红枣汁。
优选的,上述适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,所述花生红衣汁是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)烘烤:花生放入烘箱中烘烤8-10h,温度保持60℃~70℃,去红衣皮待用;
(2)浸提:取花生红衣,加入30-50倍花生红衣重量的水置于恒温水浴锅中浸提2-3h,温度80℃~90℃,浸提结束后用8层纱布过滤,所得滤渣再加入30-50倍滤渣重量的水,以同样的方法进行二次浸提,得到二次浸提液,合并两次滤液;
(3)干燥:所得滤液经旋转蒸发仪进行旋转蒸发,最后于烘箱内烘干,得到花生红衣粉,将红衣粉溶于8-10倍红衣粉重量的水中,即得花生红衣汁。
优选的,上述适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,所述芦笋汁是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)清洗预煮:取新鲜芦笋清洗后进行预煮去除苦味,预煮温度为90-95℃,时间2-5min;
(2)打浆榨汁:将预煮软化的芦笋原料迅速送入打浆机中打浆,向芦笋浆中加入果胶酶,所述果胶酶与芦笋原料的体积重量比按ml/g计为0.1-0.5%,混合后加热至30-50℃,保温1.5-3h后打浆榨汁,4层纱布过滤后,3000-8000r/min离心10-15min,取上清液,即得芦笋汁。
优选的,上述适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,所述银耳汁是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)水洗浸泡:银耳用水冲洗除去表面的附着物,加水浸泡5-15min;
(2)粉碎浸提:将浸泡后的银耳沥干,用组织捣碎机打成粉末状,再向银耳粉末中加入银耳粉末总重量40-50倍的水置于恒温水浴锅中浸提1-3h,温度控制在70℃-80℃,浸提结束后用8层纱布过滤,所得滤渣再加40-50倍滤渣重量的水,以同样的方法进行二次浸提,得到二次浸提液,合并两次浸提液;
(3)离心过滤:浸提液以8000-10000r/min速度离心10-20min除去滤渣,立即过滤收集滤液,即得银耳汁。
优选的,上述适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,还包括白砂糖、柠檬酸、蜂蜜、柠檬酸钠和Vc,其中,每100ml饮料中白砂糖0.1-0.4g、柠檬酸0.01-0.1g、蜂蜜3.5-8ml、柠檬酸钠0.01-0.05g、Vc 1.5-4g。
优选的,上述适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,每100ml饮料中白砂糖0.2g、柠檬酸0.05g、蜂蜜6.5ml、柠檬酸钠0.02g、Vc 2.5g。
上述适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料的制备方法,具体制备步骤如下:
(1)按配方量将红枣汁、花生红衣汁、芦笋汁和银耳汁加入水中搅拌均匀,得到复配果汁;
(2)将复配果汁灌装后115-135℃,压力1.0*105-2.1*105Pa,20-30分钟灭菌,真空脱气机脱除饮料中的空气后,封盖既得成品。
优选的,上述适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料的制备方法,具体制备步骤如下:
(1)按配方量将红枣汁、花生红衣汁、芦笋汁和银耳汁加入水中搅拌均匀;
(2)按配方量继续向水中加入白砂糖、柠檬酸、蜂蜜、柠檬酸钠、Vc,搅拌均匀,得到复配果汁;
(3)将复配果汁灌装后115-135℃,压力1.0*105-2.1*105Pa,20-30分钟灭菌,真空脱气机脱除饮料中的空气后,封盖既得成品。

(2)将复配果汁灌装后130℃,压力1.5*105Pa,25分钟灭菌,真空脱气机脱除饮料中的空气后,封盖既得成品。

(1)按配方量将红枣汁、花生红衣汁、芦笋汁和银耳汁加入水中搅拌均匀,得到复配果汁;
(2)将复配果汁灌装后125℃,压力1.5*105Pa,25分钟灭菌,真空脱气机脱除饮料中的空气后,封盖既得成品。

一种适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,主要由红枣汁、花生红衣汁、芦笋汁、银耳汁白砂糖、柠檬酸、蜂蜜、柠檬酸钠、Vc和水组成,其中,每100ml饮料中红枣汁40ml、花生红衣汁13ml、芦笋汁8ml、银耳汁17ml、白砂糖0.2g、柠檬酸0.05g、蜂蜜6.5ml、柠檬酸钠0.02g、Vc 2.5g,其余为水。

一种适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,主要由红枣汁、花生红衣汁、芦笋汁、银耳汁白砂糖、柠檬酸、蜂蜜、柠檬酸钠、Vc和水组成,其中,每100ml饮料中红枣汁50ml、花生红衣汁10ml、芦笋汁5ml、银耳汁10ml、白砂糖0.4g、柠檬酸0.1g、蜂蜜8ml、柠檬酸钠0.01g、Vc 1.5g,其余为水。
上述适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料的制备方法,具体制备步骤如下:
(1)按配方量将红枣汁、花生红衣汁、芦笋汁和银耳汁加入水中搅拌均匀;
(2)按配方量继续向水中加入白砂糖、柠檬酸、蜂蜜、柠檬酸钠、Vc,搅拌均匀,得到复配果汁;
(3)将复配果汁灌装后135℃,压力1.0*105Pa,20分钟灭菌,真空脱气机脱除饮料中的空气后,封盖既得成品。

(1)按配方量将红枣汁、花生红衣汁、芦笋汁和银耳汁加入水中搅拌均匀;
(2)按配方量继续向水中加入白砂糖、柠檬酸、蜂蜜、柠檬酸钠、Vc,搅拌均匀,得到复配果汁;

上述适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料的制备方法,具体制备步骤如下:
(1)按配方量将红枣汁、花生红衣汁、芦笋汁和银耳汁加入水中搅拌均匀;
(2)按配方量继续向水中加入白砂糖、柠檬酸、蜂蜜、柠檬酸钠、Vc,搅拌均匀,得到复配果汁;
(3)将复配果汁灌装后125℃,压力1.3*105Pa,25分钟灭菌,真空脱气机脱除饮料中的空气后,封盖既得成品。
上述实施例1-8中,所述组分红枣汁、花生红衣汁、芦笋汁、银耳汁是由下述方法制得的,其中,
所述红枣汁是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)清洗烘烤:红枣用流动水反复搓洗,除去附着在红枣表面的泥沙等杂质,将洗净的红枣放入烘箱内,在55℃下烘烤30min,以枣肉收缩、枣皮微绽、产生焦香味而不焦糊为度;
(2)打浆浸提:将烘干后的红枣用捣碎机打成细小颗粒,将磨好的红枣粉加入10倍红枣重量的水置于恒温水浴锅中浸提3h,水温保持在70℃,浸提结束后用8层纱布过滤,滤渣再加入6倍红枣重量的水,进行二次浸提,温度70℃,时间2h,结束后仍用8层纱布过滤,将二次滤液合并;
(3)离心过滤:将合并后的滤液进行离心,在10000r/min下离心20min,除去滤渣,既得红枣汁。
所述花生红衣汁是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)烘烤:花生放入烘箱中烘烤10h,温度保持70℃,去红衣皮待用;
(2)浸提:取花生红衣,加入50倍花生红衣重量的水置于恒温水浴锅中浸提3h,温度90℃,浸提结束后用8层纱布过滤,所得滤渣再加入40倍滤渣重量的水,以同样的方法进行二次浸提,得到二次浸提液,合并两次滤液;
(3)干燥:所得滤液经旋转蒸发仪进行旋转蒸发,最后于烘箱内烘干,得到花生红衣粉,将红衣粉溶于8倍红衣粉重量的水中,即得花生红衣汁。
所述芦笋汁是由下述方法制备得到的:

所述银耳汁是由下述方法制备得到的:

(3)离心过滤:浸提液以10000r/min速度离心20min除去滤渣,立即过滤收集滤液,即得银耳汁。
组方分析:
红枣中含有丰富的氨基酸,糖类,脂类,维生素A、维生素B、维生素C和铁、钙、锌、锰、磷等微量元素,以及红枣多糖,芦丁,环磷酸腺苷,三萜类物质等特殊营养成分,有补气益气、健胃养脾、和解药毒、保护肝脏和增强肌力的作用,可润肺、止咳、养胃、治虚。
花生红衣富含脂质、焦性儿茶酚型鞣质、花色苷、甾醇、无色矢车菊素和无色飞燕草素,具有一定的止血补血作用。经研究发现,它对抗纤维蛋白的溶解、缩短凝血时间、减缓出血、改善凝血因子的缺陷而增加凝血因子的水平,增加血小板数量,促进骨髓造血功能,对贫血具有良好的治疗功效。
芦笋,《本草纲目》称其为“解诸内毒”。现代科学研究证明:芦笋中含有大量的甾体皂苷、多糖、黄酮、维生素、胡萝卜素、葡萄糖、天门冬酰胺、天门冬氨酸、叶酸和核酸,具有抗肿瘤、免疫调节、抗衰老等特殊的生物学功能。
银耳性味甘、平,具有滋阴润肺、养胃生津之功效,自古以来被人们看作是延年益寿的佳品。其中的有效成分银耳多糖具有抑制肿瘤生长、提高机体免疫、延缓衰老、抗突变及抗放射等作用。
蜂蜜除了含有葡萄糖、果糖之外,还含有与人体血清浓度相近的多种无机盐和维生素、铁、钙、铜、锰、钾、磷等多种有机酸和有益人体健康的微量元素,以及淀粉酶、氧化酶、还原酶等,具有滋养、润燥、解毒、美白养颜、润肠通便之功效。
Vc,是一种抗氧化剂,同时也是一种辅酶,保护身体免于自由基的威胁,为抗体及胶原形成,组织修补(包括某些氧化还原作用),苯丙氨酸、酪氨酸、叶酸的代谢,铁、碳水化合物的利用,脂肪、蛋白质的合成,维持免疫功能,羟化与羟色胺,保持血管的完整,促进非血红素铁吸收等所必需。
上述各组分通过特定配比组合,相互协同增效,在增强患者自身免疫力方面效果突出,尤其可提高肿瘤患者的免疫力、提供营养支持,有效提升肿瘤患者药物治疗的效果,具体体现在如下测试实验中:
测试例
60例肿瘤患者随机分为三组,其中男32例,女28例;年龄42-78岁。疾病种类:肺癌18例、肝癌20例、胃癌10例、乳腺癌12例。分组情况见表1。对照组:正常饮食。实验组1:正常饮食并口服实施例1所述复合饮料100ml,早晚各一次。实验组2:正常饮食并口服实施例5所述复合饮料100ml,早晚各一次。连续喂养48天。

受试者年龄、性别、肿瘤分期均无显著差异(P>0.05)。
统计方法:各变量以表示。采用t检验,P值小于或等于0.05将被认为所检验的差别有统计意义。
1、营养生化指标:网织红细胞、血红蛋白、前白蛋白。记录各监测指标喂养前后动态变化。如表2所示,实验组1与实验组2各指标较实验前差异存在统计学意义,且实验组2效果更优(P<0.01);试验后实验组2网织红细胞与前白蛋白与对照组相比存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。
2、免疫抗原指标:放射免疫分型法监测免疫球蛋白IgG、IgA、IgM,记录各监测指标在喂养前后的动态变化。如表3所示,试验后试验组1和实验组2中IgG较实验前存在显著性差异(P<0.05),实验组2中IgM较实验前差异显著(P<0.05),且试验后实验组2中IgG、IgA与对照组相比存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。

上述参照实施例对该一种适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料及其制备方法进行的详细描述,是说明性的而不是限定性的,可按照所限定范围列举出若干个实施例,因此在不脱离本发明总体构思下的变化和修改,应属本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,其特征在于:主要由红枣汁、花生红衣汁、芦笋汁、银耳汁和水组成,其中,每100ml饮料中红枣汁30-50ml,花生红衣汁10-20ml,芦笋汁5-10ml,银耳汁10-20ml,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,其特征在于:每100ml饮料中红枣汁40ml,花生红衣汁13ml,芦笋汁8ml,银耳汁17ml,其余为水。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,其特征在于:所述红枣汁是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)清洗烘烤:红枣用流动水反复搓洗,除去附着在红枣表面的泥沙等杂质,将洗净的红枣放入烘箱内,在50-60℃下烘烤20-40min,以枣肉收缩、枣皮微绽、产生焦香味而不焦糊为度;
(2)打浆浸提:将烘干后的红枣用捣碎机打成细小颗粒,将磨好的红枣粉加入8-10倍红枣重量的水置于恒温水浴锅中浸提2-3h,水温保持在60℃~70℃,浸提结束后用8层纱布过滤,滤渣再加入4-6倍红枣重量的水,进行二次浸提,温度60℃-70℃,时间1-2h,结束后仍用8层纱布过滤,将二次滤液合并;
(3)离心过滤:将合并后的滤液进行离心,在8000-10000r/min下离心10-20min,除去滤渣,既得红枣汁。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,其特征在于:所述花生红衣汁是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)烘烤:花生放入烘箱中烘烤8-10h,温度保持60℃~70℃,去红衣皮待用;
(2)浸提:取花生红衣,加入30-50倍花生红衣重量的水置于恒温水浴锅中浸提2-3h,温度80℃~90℃,浸提结束后用8层纱布过滤,所得滤渣再加入30-50倍滤渣重量的水,以同样的方法进行二次浸提,得到二次浸提液,合并两次滤液;
(3)干燥:所得滤液经旋转蒸发仪进行旋转蒸发,最后于烘箱内烘干,得到花生红衣粉,将红衣粉溶于8-10倍红衣粉重量的水中,即得花生红衣汁。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,其特征在于:所述芦笋汁是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)清洗预煮:取新鲜芦笋清洗后进行预煮去除苦味,预煮温度为90-95℃,时间2-5min;
(2)打浆榨汁:将预煮软化的芦笋原料迅速送入打浆机中打浆,向芦笋浆中加入果胶酶,所述果胶酶与芦笋原料的体积重量比按ml/g计为0.1-0.5%,混合后加热至30-50℃,保温1.5-3h后打浆榨汁,4层纱布过滤后,3000-8000r/min离心10-15min,取上清液,即得芦笋汁。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,其特征在于:所述银耳汁是由下述方法制备得到的:
(1)水洗浸泡:银耳用水冲洗除去表面的附着物,加水浸泡5-15min;
(2)粉碎浸提:将浸泡后的银耳沥干,用组织捣碎机打成粉末状,再向银耳粉末中加入银耳粉末总重量40-50倍的水置于恒温水浴锅中浸提1-3h,温度控制在70℃-80℃,浸提结束后用8层纱布过滤,所得滤渣再加40-50倍滤渣重量的水,以同样的方法进行二次浸提,得到二次浸提液,合并两次浸提液;
(3)离心过滤:浸提液以8000-10000r/min速度离心10-20min除去滤渣,立即过滤收集滤液,即得银耳汁。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,其特征在于:还包括白砂糖、柠檬酸、蜂蜜、柠檬酸钠和Vc,其中,每100ml饮料中白砂糖0.1-0.4g、柠檬酸0.01-0.1g、蜂蜜3.5-8ml、柠檬酸钠0.01-0.05g、Vc 1.5-4g。
8.根据权利要求7所述的适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料,其特征在于:每100ml饮料中白砂糖0.2g、柠檬酸0.05g、蜂蜜6.5ml、柠檬酸钠0.02g、Vc 2.5g。
9.权利要求1所述的适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:具体制备步骤如下:
(1)按配方量将红枣汁、花生红衣汁、芦笋汁和银耳汁加入水中搅拌均匀,得到复配果汁;
(2)将复配果汁灌装后115-135℃,压力1.0*105-2.1*105Pa,20-30分钟灭菌,真空脱气机脱除饮料中的空气后,封盖既得成品。
10.根据权利要求9所述的适于肿瘤患者饮用的复合饮料的制备方法,其特征在于:具体制备步骤如下:
(1)按配方量将红枣汁、花生红衣汁、芦笋汁和银耳汁加入水中搅拌均匀;
(2)按配方量继续向水中加入白砂糖、柠檬酸、蜂蜜、柠檬酸钠、Vc,搅拌均匀,得到复配果汁;
(3)将复配果汁灌装后115-135℃,压力1.0*105-2.1*105Pa,20-30分钟灭菌,真空脱气机脱除饮料中的空气后,封盖既得成品。
