本发明公开了一种解疲劳面条,由下列重量份的原料制成:面粉80-90、珍珠米30-40、高粱50-60、香蕉20-25、青梅18-24、油麦菜18-22、紫菜10-14、冬虫夏草1-2、白术1-2、通草1-2、金花草1-3、面条改良剂1-2、水适量;本发明的面条,采用面粉、珍珠米、高粱作为主原料,高粱具有和胃、健脾、止泻,有固涩肠胃、抑制呕吐、益脾温中、催治难产等功能。香蕉具有增强抵抗力、促进食欲、助消化、保护神经系统、松弛肌肉的作用。青梅具有消除疲劳、增加活力、抗肿瘤、清除血液垃圾、改善肠胃、保护肝脏、延缓衰老、保持美容的作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品及其工艺技术领域,特别涉及一种解疲劳面条及其制备方法。
背景技术
面条是人们日常生活中主要食品,其主要成分是面粉,经加水和面制成,面条出现之前,饭、粥为普遍中国人的主食,但当面出现后,面条地位即跟米食平起平坐–北方人主以面食为主粮。由于面条易于消化吸收,有改善贫血、增强免疫力、平衡营养吸收等功效,所以一直是人们喜爱的主食之一。但是,面粉的营养成分主要是淀粉和少量蛋白质,人体需要的其他营养成分含量极少,普通面条营养单一,不适合针对目标人群,予以强化营养,补充易流失元素,强身健体。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,普通面条已经不能满足人们对营养的需求。
发明内容
本发明弥补了现有技术的不足,提供一种解疲劳面条及其制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
面条由下列重量份的原料制成:面粉80-90、珍珠米30-40、高粱50-60、香蕉20-25、青梅18-24、油麦菜18-22、紫菜10-14、冬虫夏草1-2、白术1-2、通草1-2、金花草1-3、面条改良剂1-2、水适量;
所述面条改良剂由下列重量份的原料制成:糯米30-40、荠菜20-25、胡萝卜20-30、鸭蛋15-20、黄瓜籽粉10-15、破壁灵芝孢子粉6-7、枳壳4-5、小飞蓬3-4、葫芦茶3-4、天香炉4-5、溪黄草5-6、紫锥菊5-6、诃子3-4、薏仁油1-2、水适量;制备方法是将糯米放入炒锅中炒香,研磨成粉;将胡萝卜洗净去皮与洗净的荠菜一起研磨成菜汁,打入鸡蛋后加入薏仁油搅拌均匀,得混合液;将枳壳、小飞蓬、葫芦茶、天香炉、溪黄草、紫锥菊、诃子加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,过滤得滤液;将所得的糯米粉、混合液、滤液以及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌20-30分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
所述面条的制备的具体步骤如下:
(1)将珍珠米、高粱加入水中浸泡10-12小时,再放入研磨机中研磨成浆,得杂粮浆,备用;
(2)将油麦菜、紫菜用适量水研磨成菜汁,备用;
(3)将青梅去核后与冬虫夏草、白术、通草、金花草混合后加入适量水文火煎煮1-2小时,滤掉中药,剩余物料打成浆汁,喷雾干燥,得干燥粉,备用;
(4)将香蕉去皮捣成泥状,与面粉混合均匀,再与步骤1的杂粮浆、步骤2的菜汁、步骤3的干燥粉以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀,调制成面团,再加工成面条,即可。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的面条,采用面粉、珍珠米、高粱作为主原料,高粱具有和胃、健脾、止泻,有固涩肠胃、抑制呕吐、益脾温中、催治难产等功能。香蕉具有增强抵抗力、促进食欲、助消化、保护神经系统、松弛肌肉的作用。青梅具有消除疲劳、增加活力、抗肿瘤、清除血液垃圾、改善肠胃、保护肝脏、延缓衰老、保持美容的作用。
具体实施方案
下面结合以下具体实施方式对本发明作进一步的详细描述:
称取下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:面粉85、珍珠米35、高粱55、香蕉23、青梅20、油麦菜20、紫菜12、冬虫夏草1、白术1、通草1、金花草2、面条改良剂1、水适量;
所述面条改良剂由下列重量份(kg)的原料制成:糯米36、荠菜22、胡萝卜25、鸭蛋17、黄瓜籽粉13、破壁灵芝孢子粉6、枳壳4、小飞蓬3、葫芦茶3、天香炉4、溪黄草5、紫锥菊5、诃子3、薏仁油1、水适量;制备方法是将糯米放入炒锅中炒香,研磨成粉;将胡萝卜洗净去皮与洗净的荠菜一起研磨成菜汁,打入鸡蛋后加入薏仁油搅拌均匀,得混合液;将枳壳、小飞蓬、葫芦茶、天香炉、溪黄草、紫锥菊、诃子加入适量水文火煎煮1.5小时,过滤得滤液;将所得的糯米粉、混合液、滤液以及其它剩余成分混合,小火煮沸、搅拌25分钟,冷却、喷雾干燥,即得。
所述面条的制备方法的具体步骤如下:
(1)将珍珠米、高粱加入水中浸泡11小时,再放入研磨机中研磨成浆,得杂粮浆,备用;
(2)将油麦菜、紫菜用适量水研磨成菜汁,备用;
(3)将青梅去核后与冬虫夏草、白术、通草、金花草混合后加入适量水文火煎煮2小时,滤掉中药,剩余物料打成浆汁,喷雾干燥,得干燥粉,备用;
(4)将香蕉去皮捣成泥状,与面粉混合均匀,再与步骤1的杂粮浆、步骤2的菜汁、步骤3的干燥粉以及其它剩余成分混合,搅拌均匀,调制成面团,再加工成面条,即可。

1.一种解疲劳面条,其特征在于,由下列重量份的原料制成:面粉80-90、珍珠米30-40、高粱50-60、香蕉20-25、青梅18-24、油麦菜18-22、紫菜10-14、冬虫夏草1-2、白术1-2、通草1-2、金花草1-3、面条改良剂1-2、水适量;

2.根据权利要求书1所述解疲劳面条,其特征在于,制备方法的具体步骤如下:
