本发明主要涉及食品及其制备方法技术领域,尤其涉及一种莲藕糯米糕。
背景技术
市场上的休闲小吃,种类繁多,口味也各种各样,一般都是在口感上做一些改善,满足人们对口感的要求,但是随着生活水品的提高,人们越来越重视健康养生,因此市场上的休闲食品并不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种莲藕糯米糕的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种莲藕糯米糕,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:糯米粉240-260、麦芽粉10-15、莲藕30-40、魔芋15-20、米酒45-60、水蜜桃20-30、蓝莓20-30、甘蔗汁50-60、马鞭草4-5、萱草根5-6、连翘4-5、火炭母草根5-6、天门冬5-6、水藻4-5、石斛4-5、忍冬藤3-4、白砂糖65-80、玫瑰精油0.1-0.2、水适量。
一种莲藕糯米糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将莲藕、魔芋洗净去皮后,切成片,至于锅中,倒入米酒,加热焖煮,将莲藕、魔芋煮熟后,取锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
(2)将水蜜桃、蓝莓洗净,取其果肉,做成小果粒,至于容器中,倒入甘蔗汁,隔水炖煮20-30分钟,将水蜜桃果粒、蓝莓果粒取出备用;
(3)将马鞭草、萱草根、连翘、火炭母草根、天门冬、水藻、石斛、忍冬藤用5-9倍量的水提取,将提取液浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将糯米粉、麦芽粉、水蜜桃果粒、蓝莓果粒、白砂糖合并,混匀后,加入步骤1中的浆汁、玫瑰精油、适量的水,搅拌混合均匀后,做成糕,蒸熟。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种莲藕糯米糕,清爽可口,含有莲藕,具有很好的清火的作用,含有真果粒,酸甜可口,维生素含量高,还特别添加马鞭草、萱草根、连翘等中药材的提取物,具有一定的保健功效,适合大多数人食用。
具体实施方式
一种莲藕糯米糕,由以下重量份(Kg)原料组成:糯米粉240、麦芽粉10、莲藕30、魔芋15、米酒45、水蜜桃20、蓝莓20、甘蔗汁50、马鞭草4、萱草根5、连翘4、火炭母草根5、天门冬5、水藻4、石斛4、忍冬藤3、白砂糖65、玫瑰精油0.1、水适量。
一种莲藕糯米糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将莲藕、魔芋洗净去皮后,切成片,至于锅中,倒入米酒,加热焖煮,将莲藕、魔芋煮熟后,取锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;

1.一种莲藕糯米糕,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:糯米粉240-260、麦芽粉10-15、莲藕30-40、魔芋15-20、米酒45-60、水蜜桃20-30、蓝莓20-30、甘蔗汁50-60、马鞭草4-5、萱草根5-6、连翘4-5、火炭母草根5-6、天门冬5-6、水藻4-5、石斛4-5、忍冬藤3-4、白砂糖65-80、玫瑰精油0.1-0.2、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种莲藕糯米糕的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将莲藕、魔芋洗净去皮后,切成片,至于锅中,倒入米酒,加热焖煮,将莲藕、魔芋煮熟后,取锅中所有物料打成浆汁备用;
(2)将水蜜桃、蓝莓洗净,取其果肉,做成小果粒,至于容器中,倒入甘蔗汁,隔水炖煮20-30分钟,将水蜜桃果粒、蓝莓果粒取出备用;
