Abstract
一种营养海带小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:小麦胚芽300-350、罗勒1-1.3、柚子叶1.3-1.6、莲子芯0.8-1.2、胖大海1.3-1.5、白菜根2-2.2、槲实仁1.6-1.8、蚌兰叶1.4-1.7、燕麦片5-6、大蒜7-8、香蕉30-40、海带90-100、西瓜汁7-8、葡萄酒10-12、玉米膨化粉10-11、营养添加剂5-6。本发明制备工艺精良,制备出的小麦胚芽粉口感好,具有推广应用价值,且本发明还融入了果蔬的清香与葡萄酒的香醇,食用后满口香气,此外,本发明还具有清肝明目、健胃润肠、清热解毒的功效,是一种绿色保健食品。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种小麦胚芽,尤其涉及一种营养海带小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法。
背景技术
小麦胚芽是是小麦中营养价值最高的部分,含丰富的维他命E、B1及蛋白质。现在市场上销售的有关小麦胚芽的产品口味品种少,且多不具有保健功能,已不能满足消费者日益增长的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种营养海带小麦胚芽粉及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种营养海带小麦胚芽粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
小麦胚芽300-350、罗勒1-1.3、柚子叶1.3-1.6、莲子芯0.8-1.2、胖大海1.3-1.5、白菜根2-2.2、槲实仁1.6-1.8、蚌兰叶1.4-1.7、燕麦片5-6、大蒜7-8、香蕉30-40、海带90-100、西瓜汁7-8、葡萄酒10-12、玉米膨化粉10-11、营养添加剂5-6;
所述营养添加剂由下列重量份原料制成:薏仁油0.1-0.2、豆豉60-70、旋花根1-1.2、鸡冠花0.8-1、桑黄1.1-1.2、梨叶0.9-1、柚子皮4-5;
制备方法为:(1)将柚子皮加5-6倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入旋花根、鸡冠花、桑黄、梨叶密封浸泡3-4小时后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将豆豉与滤液混合送入锅中,小火炒香后出锅,烘干后粉碎,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的营养海带小麦胚芽粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将罗勒、柚子叶、莲子芯、胖大海、白菜根、槲实仁、蚌兰叶加4-5倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣,所得提取液与西瓜汁合并;
(2)将海带加步骤(1)所得物料拌匀,送入烘箱,待含水量降至7-8%时出料,进行粉碎,得海带粉;
(3)将大蒜、香蕉加一倍的水打浆,加入葡萄酒,小火加热搅拌,熬至粘稠;
(4)将小麦胚芽与步骤(3)所得物料混合送入锅中,小火翻炒20-25分钟后出锅,送入烘箱,烘至含水量降至5-6%时出料,进行粉碎,然后与海带粉、剩余物料拌匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:

所述营养添加剂由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:薏仁油0.2、豆豉70、旋花根1、鸡冠花1、桑黄1.2、梨叶1、柚子皮5;
制备方法为:(1)将柚子皮加5-6倍的水打浆,在所得浆液中加入旋花根、鸡冠花、桑黄、梨叶密封浸泡3-4小时后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将豆豉与滤液混合送入锅中,小火炒香后出锅,烘干后粉碎,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
