本发明适用于高血压患者使用的面食的制备方法,其特征在于包括下述步骤:取洗净的新鲜土豆皮,新鲜豌豆各10份捣碎成浆液;按浆液:面粉:酵母粉=2:10:0.5的比例加入,搅拌均匀,和成面团,发酵30-50分钟;将发酵好的面按传统方法制成馒头、花卷、包子或各种点心,即可。本发明的面食具有降压,营养全面双重作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种适用于高血压患者使用的面食的制备方法。
背景技术
 高血压是中老年人一种常见病,患者除了应坚持药物治疗外,还应结合食疗,也能起到很好的辅助治疗作用。目前,有很多高血压病人,绝大部分没有任何表现,只有极少一部分患者有头晕、头痛表现。因此治疗率在20%左右,控制率在10%左右。对多数患者而言,高血压是无声无息的疾病,很多患者患病多年仍未察觉。大家都很清楚,高血压诊断很简单、治疗也很容易,但就是因为有可能是不痛不痒,因此不为人所知晓和重视,往往很多是到了严重的情况才引起重视。  随着病情的发展,血压明显而持续性地升高,则可出现脑、心、肾、眼底等器质性损害和功能障碍,并出现相应的临床表现。在并发主动脉粥样硬化时,其收缩压增高常较显著,并发心肌梗塞或发生脑溢血。所以在现代社会中,预防高血压病,从青少年,壮年就应当注意。从日常生活开始注意保健。
发明内容
 本发明的目的就是提供一种适用于高血压患者使用的面食的制备方法,本发明的面食具有降压,营养全面双重作用。
本方法包括下述步骤:
   A.取洗净的新鲜土豆皮,新鲜豌豆各10份捣碎成浆液;
   B.按浆液:面粉:酵母粉=2:10:0.5的比例加入,搅拌均匀,和成面团,发酵30-50分钟;
   C.将发酵好的面按传统方法制成馒头、花卷、包子或各种点心,即可。
研究显示,紧贴土豆皮下层部分所含的维生素高达80%,远远高于土豆内部的肉。钾是钠的克星,可以防止高食盐摄入引起的血压升高,具有明显降压作用。
豌豆为豆科草本植物豌豆的种子。又称毕豆、麻累、寒豆、雪豆、麦豆。有色白粒大和青麻粒小之异,以前者为优。中国各地均有栽培。夏季采收鲜嫩或成熟荚果,除去荚壳,鲜用或晒干用。
在豌豆荚和豆苗的嫩叶中富含维生素C和能分解体内亚硝胺的酶,可以分解亚硝胺,具有抗癌防癌的作用。豌豆与一般蔬菜有所不同,所含的止杈酸、赤霉素和植物凝素等物质,具有抗菌消炎,增强新陈代谢的功能。在荷兰豆和豆苗中含有较为丰富的膳食纤维,可以防止便秘,有清肠作用。 民间有用豌豆煮熟,辅助治疗糖尿病、高血压、冠心病的验方。 
 此外,每100g豌豆含有:能量105千焦(27大卡)、蛋白质7.4g、脂肪0.3g、碳水化合物21.2g、叶酸82.6μg、膳食纤维3g、维生素A37μg、胡萝卜素220μg、硫胺素0.43mg、核黄素0.09mg、烟酸2.3mg、维生素C14mg、维生素E1.21mg、钙21mg、磷127mg、钾332mg、钠1.2mg、碘0.9μg、镁43mg、铁1.7mg、锌1.29mg、硒1.74μg、铜0.22mg、0.65mg;营养十分丰富。将其制成面食,既有营养,又具有对高血压的辅助治疗作用。
