Abstract
本发明涉及用于眼镜的复合热塑性塑料板材、包含该复合热塑性塑料板材的装饰部件及其制备方法,特别地,在制备板材过程中结合热塑性片材时使用高频熔接机进行。本发明利用高频机对热塑性塑料板材之间进行瞬间熔接,不同层结合强度好,且中间层图案花纹完好无损,具有高清图像,图案位于中间层,不会受到外界环境因素的影响,不容磨损。进一步地,眼镜部件多个面具有图案花纹,增加了眼镜部件的美观,最大限度地满足的广大消费者的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合热塑性塑料板材、装饰部件及其制备方法。特别地,用于例如眼镜板材领域,或其它装饰部件领域。
背景技术
目前市面上具有图案的眼镜用热塑性塑料板材一般通过丝网印刷方法制作, 丝网印刷需要制作胶片,成本高,生产周期长。由于丝网印刷方法制作采用的油墨与板材接合强度较低,需采用胶粘剂或其它溶剂(如拼料水)加强其结合强度。
在利用转移技术制作图案花纹的热塑性塑料板材中, 日本专利文献申请号: JP2003-138051, 公开日: 2004年12月2日, 其提及利用热升华墨水热压转印, 由于油墨渗透/晕染到塑料板材中, 制作图案花纹模糊不清, 在热压时, 接合强度较低。且该方法制作的花纹树脂板花纹只在内部中间位置,否则粘附力较差。
发明内容
本领域现需要图案花纹,具有高清晰度,栩栩如生的复合热塑性塑料板材及其制备方法。本发明提供的复合热塑性塑料板材和装饰部件(如眼镜部件)色彩圆润丰富,不褪色,不会受到外界因素的影响,有立体感。特别地,用于例如眼镜板材领域,或其它装饰部件领域。
此外,该制备本发明复合热塑性塑料板材和装饰部件的加工方法工艺简单,生产周期短。进一步地,装饰部件(如眼镜部件)多个面具有图案花纹, 增加了眼镜部件的美观, 最大限度地满足本领域的需求。
本发明的一个目的是制备用于眼镜的复合热塑性塑料板材的方法以及根据该方法得到的复合热塑性塑料板材,特别是根据该方法得到的用于眼镜的复合热塑性塑料板材。该复合热塑性塑料板材是利用高频熔接机将具有图案和/或实物的多层热塑性塑料板材之间进行熔接,如瞬间熔接,具体地,将不同层的表面进行熔接, 加强结合强度的同时,图案花纹完好无损, 产生高清图像。转印后的图案不会任意浸染, 从而使图案花纹更清晰。同时,中间层的实物在本发明制备过程中保证了完好状态的同时,位置不会偏移。
为了达到上述目的,本发明涉及下述方面:
方面1. 制备用于眼镜的复合热塑性塑料板材的方法,其中复合热塑性塑料板材包括一层、两层或更多层热塑性的中间层、上层和/或下层,
所述方法包括下述步骤:
(1)提供具有图案和/或实物的中间层片材,
(2)将上面得到的具有图案和/或实物的中间层与上层和/或下层进行结合,该结合使用高频熔接机进行,
(3)得到所需板材。
方面2. 根据前述方面所述的方法,其中当中间层包括图案层的片材时,在中间层与相邻层结合的内表面上固定有用转印方法出来的图案中间层,任选地,所述各个中间层之间或中间层与上层或中间层与下层之间具有一层或更多层的热塑性塑料片材层作为阻隔层。
方面3. 根据前述方面任一项所述的方法,其中当中间层包括实物的片材时,在中间层与相邻层结合的内表面上固定有实物,任选地,至少在与中间层相邻层内表面上与中间层实物相适应处,有与实物形状大小相同的,其深度大于零的凹坑,任选地,所述各个中间层之间或中间层与上层或中间层与下层之间具有一层或更多层的热塑性塑料片材层作为阻隔层。
方面4. 根据前述方面任一项所述的方法,其中当中间层包括图案和实物的片材时,实物固定在与图案层同一面或不同面的片材上。
方面5. 根据前述方面任一项所述方法热塑性塑料板材,其中高频熔接机熔接时间是大于15秒,优选大于20秒,但小于5分钟,优选小于1分钟,甚至是30-50秒。
方面6. 根据前述方面任一项所述方法热塑性塑料板材,其中高频熔接机的电流是大于0.2A,优选大于0.5A,但小于5A,优选小于2A,甚至是0.6-1.3A。
方面7.根据前述方面任一项所述方法热塑性塑料板材,其中使用高频熔接机进行结合后冷却大于0.5分钟,优选大于1分钟,但小于5分钟,优选小于3分钟,甚至是约2分钟。
方面8. 根据前述方面任一项所述方法热塑性塑料板材,其中在使用热塑性塑料片材前,将所需热塑性塑料片材烘干和/或缩水处理。根据材料不同, 烘干和/或缩水的时间和温度不同, 一般在50-150℃, 4-48小时之间。
方面9. 根据前述方面任一项所述方法热塑性塑料板材,其中,在中间层包括图案层的情况下,该方法包括形成图案中间层的如下步骤:
-将所需图案打印至转印材质上,其中,优选,转印材质为纸,
- 任选地,将打印好图案的转印材质进行烘干去除溶剂和/或水分,以保证转印后的图案的清晰度,烘干温度例如为40℃-70℃,甚至50-65℃,
- 从烘干后的转印材质上把图案转印至中间层上,优选转印时温度是100℃-250℃。
方面10. 根据方面9所述的方法热塑性塑料板材,其中,打印使用的油墨为含有升华性染料的热升华油墨。
方面11. 根据方面9所述方法热塑性塑料板材,其中,将所需图案打印至转印材质上时将空气湿度保持在45-80%,
方面12. 根据方面9所述方法热塑性塑料板材,其中,转印时间是30秒-200秒。
方面13. 根据前述方面任一项所述方法热塑性塑料板材,其中在瞬间熔接步骤前将转印后具有图案的中间层进行烘干,防止油墨浸染, 以便图案更清晰。
在本发明中所使用的中间层可以以本领域技术人员所掌握的方式制备得到,也可以通过下述方法获得,如:
中间层的制作
在中间层包括图案层的情况下,该方法包括形成图案中间层的如下步骤:
利用计算器辅助设计所需的图案花纹, 将所需图案打印至转印材质上,其中,优选,转印材质为纸,打印机使用装有热升华油墨的喷墨打印机, 其中,打印使用的油墨例如为含有升华性染料的热升华油墨。为了增加后续复合板材的结合强度,优选油墨为水性油墨。其中,将所需图案打印至转印材质上时将空气湿度保持在45-80%,甚至50-70%。
任选地,将打印好图案的转印材质进行烘干去除多余的溶剂和/或水分,避免油墨在转印材质上的晕染和/或渗透,保证图案在转印材质的清晰度的同时,转印后的图案的清晰度相应得到提高,烘干温度例如为40℃-70℃。
将转印纸上打印好图案花纹热转印至中间层板材上,优选转印时温度是100℃-250℃,转印时间例如是30秒-200秒。为了达到较好的转印效果,优选地,图案转印到薄片板材上形成图案层,这样批量生产的转印效果稳定,不易产生色差。再优选地,将转印好图案板材薄片进行烘干,使图案层以及油墨固定在板材的表面,防止油墨向深层和表面渗透晕染,达到图案更佳清晰度。从烘干后的转印材质上把图案转印至中间层上。
其中当中间层包括实物时,在中间层与相邻层结合的内表面上固定有实物。如果实物为薄片状,可以采用胶粘剂将实物固定在设计的位置,这样熔接复合热塑性板材时,实物不会移动,达到设计需要的外形和位置要求。如果实物较厚,或有立体效果,应该根据设计,在中间层和/或相邻层的特定位置制作外形与实物相同或相近的凹坑,将根据设计摆放在相应的凹坑位置,熔接复合热塑性板材时,实物外形保持完整,不会移动、损坏或变形,达到设计需要的外形和位置要求,易于控制产品质量、重复生产、产品质量达到规模化生产一致性。任选地,所述各个中间层之间或中间层与上层或中间层与下层之间具有一层或更多层的热塑性片材层作为阻隔层。
同时,各个中间层之间或中间层与上层或中间层与下层之间具有一层或更多层的热塑性片材层作为阻隔层,以防止复合板材结合后,不同颜色层之间的渗透(例如油墨或色粉等的渗透)而产生的渗色效果,达到设计所需的清晰外观效果。
其中当中间层包括图案和实物的片材时,实物固定在与图案层同一面或不同面的片材上。实物摆放可以根据设计结合图案固定(胶粘剂/凹坑)在特定位置,达到图案和实物结合的设计效果,从而产生图案和实物有独特的对位效果。另外,也可以利用一个或多个中间层的结构,将不同的图案层,阻隔层,或/和实物层分开,从而产生图案和实物之间有一定空间的立体效果。
本发明中涉及的烘干和/或缩水处理,其可以例如如下方式实施:
将热塑性塑料板材的不同层(上中下)放入烘炉中进行烘干和/或缩水处理, 去除不必要的成分,例如,水,并保证产品尺寸的稳定性. 具体的加工条件,根据材料和产品要求具体进行调整,其中烘干温度为50-150℃,时间5-48小时。
进一步具体地,本发明中涉及的高频熔接复合热塑性塑料板材,其可以例如如下方式实施:
将上面得到的具有图案和/或实物的中间层与上层和/或下层进行结合,该结合使用高频熔接机进行。优选地,为了得到产品有图案、实物效果,上层和/或下层会根据设计选用透明, 半透明的热塑性塑料板材。
将不同层的热塑性塑料板材根据设计所需进行上,中和/或下层的摆放,高频熔接机熔接时需要控制电流,熔接时间和冷却时间。其中高频熔接机熔接时间是大于15秒,优选大于20秒,但小于5分钟,优选小于1分钟,甚至是30-50秒。电流是大于0.2A,优选大于0.5A,但小于5A,优选小于2A,甚至是0.6-1.3A。控制电流,熔接时间需要根据材料,板材厚度和中间层材质(图案,实物等)进行调整,以达到结合强度的同时,中间层的外观保持良好(图案清晰,实物外形以及定位良好)。为了保持复合板材的外形,需要进行冷却,冷却时间大于0.5分钟,优选大于1分钟,但小于5分钟,优选小于3分钟,甚至是约2分钟。
通过以上不同工艺的改进和控制,利用热升华油墨打印图案转印技术,转印图案到热塑性片材上之后,并采用烘干工艺,对每个转印工序的产品进行处理,再用高频机进行瞬间熔接,避免了油墨的渗透和/或晕染,热塑性片材得到的复合热塑性板材图案清晰, 色彩丰富且边缘也具有图案,结合强度也非常好。
本发明的另一个目的是利用上述的复合热塑性塑料板材制作的多面具有装饰性图案和/或实物的装饰部件(如眼镜部件)以及制备多面具有装饰性图案和/或实物的装饰部件的加工方法。其中,所采用的具有装饰性图案和/或实物复合热塑性板材采用上述方法制备。
方面14,第一种方法包括下述步骤:
1)根据前述方面1-13任一项所述方法制备的具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材包覆待包覆的装饰部件基材;
2)去除待包覆的装饰部件基材上相应部分形成最终装饰部件基材;
3)将最终装饰部件基材待包覆部份涂上粘接剂;
4)将根据前述方面1-13任一项所述方法制备的具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材热压折合至待包覆的装饰部件基材上未包覆部分的一面、二面、或三面上以包覆装饰部件基材。
方面15,第二种方法包括下述步骤:
1)提供作为待包覆装饰部件;
2)根据前述方面1-13任一项所述方法制备具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材作为包覆材料;
3)将步骤2)中得到的具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材作为包覆材料通过热压及粘接剂与待包覆装饰部件主体的一面、二面、三面、四面或更多面结合。
方面16. 根据方面15所述的方法,其中第3)步骤中将具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材及待包覆装饰部件放入模具中进行热压。
方面17,制备装饰部件的方法,其包括下述步骤:
1)根据前述方面1-13任一项所述方法制备具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材作为包覆材料;
2)将具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材热压成型为装饰部件所需装饰效果的外包覆层;
3)将步骤2)的外包覆层放入模具中,将装饰部件主体所需材料注入模具中注塑成型;
4)注塑成型完成,从模具中取出包覆有根据前述方面1-13任一项所述方法制备具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材的装饰部件。
方面18. 根据方面1-13任一项所述的方法制备得到的复合热塑性塑料板材。
方面19. 根据前述方面任一项所述的复合热塑性塑料板材在制备眼镜部件,如眼镜前框、眼镜腿或其它眼镜配件如脾套中的应用。
方面20. 根据方面13-18任一项所述的方法制备得到的装饰部件。
方面21. 根据方面20所述的装饰部件在制备眼镜部件,如眼镜前框、眼镜腿或其它眼镜配件如脾套中的应用。
在本发明一个具体实施方案中,具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材厚度小于 5.0mm或甚至小于 3.0mm。
在本发明中装饰部件例如是眼镜部件,如眼镜前框、眼镜腿或其它眼镜配件如脾套。
在本发明中,所使用的眼镜领域的热塑性塑料材料可以是任意可实现本发明技术方案的热塑性塑料材料,例如,选自醋酸纤维素、丙酸纤维素、尼龙(例如尼龙-12)和聚碳酸酯等等。
下面结合附图和实施方式对本发明利用上述的复合热塑性塑料板材制作的多面具有装饰性图案和/或实物的装饰部件(如眼镜部件)以及制备多面具有装饰性图案和/或实物的装饰部件的加工方法作进一步详细说明。
1. 制备具有图案的复合热塑性塑料板材
根据图1所示,热塑性塑料板材31上具有通过转印方法得到的图案层21,利用高频机将热塑性塑料板材31上具有图案层21的相邻面与热塑性塑料板材11进行瞬间熔接, 得到具有图案的复合板材4。
2. 制备具有实物的复合热塑性塑料板材
根据图2所示,金属薄片22组成的具有美观的图案LOGO固定在热塑性塑料板材31上,再将热塑性塑料板材11与热塑性塑料板材31实物相邻面通过高频机瞬间熔接, 得到具有实物的复合热塑性塑料板材。
3. 制备具有图案及实物的复合热塑性塑料板材
根椐图3或4 所示,热塑性塑料板材31上具有通过转印方法得到的图案层21,金属薄片22组成的具有美观的图案LOGO固定在图案层21上, 亦或与图案层21在不同的面上,优选的是, 金属薄片根据设计的要求, 固定在图案的特定位置。而后利用高频机将热塑性塑料板材11,热塑性塑料板材31及热塑性塑料板材311进行瞬间熔接,得到具有图案和实物的复合热塑性塑料板材。
根椐图5 所示为具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材中间层2一个或多个为图案和/或实物的多层构造,利用高频机将多层中间层2及上层1,下层3瞬间熔接,得到复合热塑性塑料板材。
4. 第一种制备多面具有图案和/或实物的装饰部件
图6是本发明第一种制备两面具有图案和/或实物的装饰部件的方式示意图。其中具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材制成的装饰部件41去除相应部分的热塑性塑料材料5后, 将装饰部件上空余部份51热压折合后得到两面具有图案和/或实物的装饰部件42。
图7本发明第一种类制备三面具有图案和/或实物的装饰部件的方式示意图。其中具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材制成的装饰部件41去除相应部分的热塑性塑料材料5及5’后, 将装饰部件上空余部份51热压折合后得到三面具有图案和/或实物的装饰部件43。

具体实施方式
实施例1 制备具有图案的复合热塑性塑料板材
将醋酸纤维(CA)板材薄片厚度0.5mm放入烤炉中进行烘干和/或缩水处理. 其中烘干温度为80℃,时间4小时。利用计算器辅助设计所需的图案花纹, 并将图案花纹打印至转印纸上。打印机使用装有热升华油墨的喷墨打印机。将打印好图案花纹的转印纸进行烘干后将图案花纹热转印至已烘干和/或缩水处理好的醋酸纤维(CA)板材薄片上。将转印好图案的醋酸纤维(CA)板材薄片进行烘干,防止油墨向深层和表面渗透晕染,达到更佳清晰度。另一块透明的厚度为0.5mm的醋酸纤维(CA)板材薄片,通过高频机将其与具有图案层的醋酸纤维(CA)板材薄片进行瞬间熔接, 其中高频机高频熔接机熔接时间是10秒,电流是1.0A。 得到的为具有图案的复合热塑性塑料板材。 进一步可以根据所需复合热塑性塑料板材的厚度, 将热塑性塑料板材与转印好图案的板材进行叠加后再利用高频机进行瞬间熔接。
利用上述方法制得的复合热塑性塑料板材与现有技术制得的复合热塑性塑料板材效果对比如下表1如示:

转印过程中, 对于将打印好图案花纹的转印纸和转印好图案的醋酸纤维(CA)板材薄片进行烘干工艺和传统的转印工艺对比如下表2如示:

从表1和表2中可以看出, 利用热升华油墨打印图案转印技术,并采用烘干工艺,对每个转印工序的产品进行处理,避免了油墨的渗透/晕染,转印图案到热塑性塑料片材上之后, 再用高频机进行瞬间熔接各热塑性塑料片材得到的复合热塑性塑料板材图案清晰, 色彩丰富且边缘也具有图案,结合强度也非常好。
对比实施例1A 制备具有图案的复合热塑性塑料板材
1. 制备第一块根据本发明的具有图案的复合热塑性塑料板材,其中包括将原料板材、转印好图案的转印介质和转印好图案的中间层板材进行烘干的步骤
将所需的醋酸纤维(CA)板材放入烤炉中进行烘干和/或缩水处理。其中烘干温度为55℃,时间8小时。利用计算器辅助设计所需的图案花纹, 并将图案花纹打印至转印纸上。打印机使用装有热升华油墨的喷墨打印机。将打印好图案花纹的转印纸进行烘干后将图案花纹热转印至已烘干和/或缩水处理好的醋酸纤维(CA)板材薄片上。将转印好图案的醋酸纤维(CA)板材薄片进行烘干,防止油墨向深层和表面渗透和/或晕染,达到更佳清晰度。
2. 制备第二块具有图案的复合热塑性塑料板材,其中不包括烘干的步骤
另一块透明的厚度为0.5mm的醋酸纤维(CA)板材薄片放置在有图案的一面,通过高频机将其与具有图案层的醋酸纤维(CA)板材薄片进行瞬间熔接, 其中高频机高频熔接机熔接时间是20秒,电流是0.8A。 得到的为具有图案的复合热塑性塑料板材。 进一步可以根据所需复合热塑性塑料板材的厚度, 将热塑性塑料板材与转印好图案的板材进行叠加后再利用高频机进行瞬间熔接。同样,可以根据设计将其它醋酸纤维(CA)板材叠加在有图案的另一面然后再通过高频机将多层醋酸纤维(CA)板材与具有图案层的醋酸纤维(CA)板材薄片进行瞬间熔接。
从附图14中可以看出第一块根据本发明复合热塑性塑料板材的图案清晰度远远高于第二块未进行烘干的复合热塑性塑料板材。
实施例2 制备三面具有图案的眼镜腿
提供一块厚度为5.0mm的醋酸纤维(CA)板材,利用眼镜车花式机, 将板材车成眼镜腿的形状。制作眼镜腿形状的模具。 将实施例1中所得的复合热塑性塑料板材,放入眼镜腿形的模具中, 制作包覆层。在包覆层上均匀地涂上粘接剂,优选型号为日本JP-202, 主要成份为柠檬酸三乙基酯(triethyl citrate)与环己酮(cyclohexanone)的拼料水。将具有图案的包覆层及眼镜腿放入模具中进行热压,从而得到三面具有清晰图案的眼镜腿。
Claims (26)
1. 制备用于眼镜的复合热塑性塑料板材的方法,其中复合热塑性塑料板材包括一层或多层热塑性的中间层、上层和/或下层,
所述方法包括下述步骤:
(1)提供具有图案和/或实物的中间层片材,
(2)将上面得到的具有图案和/或实物的中间层与上层和/或下层进行结合,该结合使用高频熔接机进行,
(3)得到所需板材。
2. 根据前述权利要求所述的方法,其中当中间层包括图案层的片材时,在中间层与相邻层结合的内表面上固定有用转印方法出来的图案中间层,任选地,所述各个中间层之间或中间层与上层或中间层与下层之间具有一层或更多层的热塑性塑料片材层作为阻隔层。
3. 根据前述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其中当中间层包括实物的片材时,在中间层与相邻层结合的内表面上固定有实物,任选地,至少在与中间层相邻层内表面上与中间层实物相适应处,有与实物形状大小相同的,其深度大于零的凹坑,任选地,所述各个中间层之间或中间层与上层或中间层与下层之间具有一层或更多层的热塑性塑料片材层作为阻隔层。
4. 根据前述权利要求任一项所述的方法,其中当中间层包括图案和实物的片材时,实物固定在与图案层同一面或不同面的片材上。
5. 根据前述权利要求任一项所述方法热塑性塑料板材,其中高频熔接机熔接时间是大于15秒,优选大于20秒,但小于5分钟,优选小于1分钟,甚至是30-50秒。
6. 根据前述权利要求任一项所述方法热塑性塑料板材,其中高频熔接机的电流是大于0.2A,优选大于0.5A,但小于5A,优选小于2A,甚至是0.6-1.3A。
7. 根据前述权利要求任一项所述方法热塑性塑料板材,其中使用高频熔接机进行结合后冷却大于0.5分钟,优选大于1分钟,但小于5分钟,优选小于3分钟,甚至是约2分钟。
8. 根据前述权利要求任一项所述方法热塑性塑料板材,其中在使用热塑性塑料片材前,将所需热塑性塑料片材烘干和/或缩水处理。
9. 根据前述权利要求任一项所述方法热塑性塑料板材,其中,在中间层包括图案层的情况下,该方法包括形成图案中间层的如下步骤:
-将所需图案打印至转印材质上,其中,优选,转印材质为纸,
- 任选地,将打印好图案的转印材质进行烘干去除溶剂和/或水分,以保证转印后的图案的清晰度,烘干温度例如为40℃-70℃,甚至50-65℃.
- 从烘干后的转印材质上把图案转印至中间层上,优选转印时温度是100℃-250℃。
10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法热塑性塑料板材,其中,打印使用的油墨为含有升华性染料的热升华油墨。
11. 根据权利要求9所述方法热塑性塑料板材,其中,将所需图案打印至转印材质上时将空气湿度保持在45-80%。
12. 根据权利要求9所述方法热塑性塑料板材,其中,转印时间是30秒-200秒。
13. 根据前述权利要求任一项所述方法热塑性塑料板材,其中在瞬间熔接步骤前将转印后具有图案的中间层进行烘干。
14. 制备多面具有图案和/或实物的装饰部件的方法,其包括下述步骤:
1)根据前述权利要求1-13任一项所述方法制备的具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材包覆待包覆的装饰部件基材;
2)去除待包覆的装饰部件基材上相应部分形成最终装饰部件基材;
3)将最终装饰部件基材待包覆部份涂上粘接剂;
4)将根据前述权利要求1-13任一项所述方法制备的具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材热压折合至待包覆的装饰部件基材上未包覆部分的一面、二面、或三面上以包覆装饰部件基材。
15. 根据权利要求14所述的方法,其中装饰部件是眼镜部件,如眼镜前框、眼镜腿或其它眼镜配件如脾套。
16. 制备多面具有图案和/或实物的装饰部件的方法,其包括下述步骤:
1)提供作为待包覆装饰部件;
2)根据前述方面1-13任一项所述方法制备具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材作为包覆材料;
3)将步骤2)中得到的具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材作为包覆材料通过热压及粘接剂与待包覆装饰部件主体的一面、二面、三面、四面或更多面结合。
17. 根据权利要求16所述的方法,其中装饰部件是眼镜部件,如眼镜前框、眼镜腿或其它眼镜配件如脾套。
18. 根据权利要求16或17所述的方法,其中具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材厚度小于5mm,或甚至小于 3mm。
19. 根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中第3)步骤中将具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材及待包覆装饰部件放入模具中进行热压。
20. 制备装饰部件的方法,其包括下述步骤:
1)根据前述权利要求1-13任一项所述方法制备具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材作为包覆材料;
2)将具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材热压成型为装饰部件所需装饰效果的外包覆层;
3)将步骤2)的外包覆层放入模具中,将装饰部件主体所需材料注入模具中注塑成型;
4)注塑成型完成,从模具中取出包覆有根据前述权利要求1-13任一项所述方法制备具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材的装饰部件。
21. 根据权利要求20所述的方法,其中具有图案和/或实物的复合热塑性塑料板材厚度小于 5mm。
22. 根据权利要求1-13任一项所述的方法制备得到的复合热塑性塑料板材。
23. 根据权利要求22所述的复合热塑性塑料板材在制备眼镜部件,如眼镜前框、眼镜腿或其它眼镜配件如脾套中的应用。
24. 根据权利要求13-20任一项所述的方法制备得到的装饰部件。
25. 根据权利要求24所述的装饰部件,其中装饰部件是眼镜部件,如眼镜前框、眼镜腿或其它眼镜配件如脾套。
26. 根据权利要求25所述的装饰部件在制备眼镜部件,如眼镜前框、眼镜腿或其它眼镜配件如脾套中的应用。
