背景技术
元素是构成人体的最基本单元,科学研究证明:地壳、海水中的元素丰度决定了人体元素丰度,环境元素分布的不平衡是人类患地方病的根本原因。人类属于异养型生物,是通过食物链从环境中摄取营养元素。人的生、老、病、死无不与体内元素平衡有关,人类在征服着自然界同时自然界也在改变着人类,科学的发展使人类远离饥饿,大量的化肥、农药使各种粮食蔬菜生产周期缩短,产量一年高过一年,缺少了土壤中富积过程,甚至有的粮食蔬菜已采用无土栽培,值得注意的是这些微量元素通常情况下必须直接或间接由土壤供给,科技的进步使得人类基本不能通过饮食获得足够的微量元素。
分子生物学的研究揭示,微量元素通过与体内各种蛋白质和其他有机基团结合,形成了酶、激素、维生素等生物大分子,发挥着重要的生理生化功能。
人类正在努力寻找延年益寿的方法,研究衰老机理,以达到延缓衰老,对抗衰老的目的。机体细胞的活力与良好的新陈代谢,依赖于机体内环境及其生理平衡,而微量元素的摄取对机体内环境及其生理平衡起重要作用。人体摄入微量元素不足或过量或元素间比例失调,都会对机体产生不利的影响,甚至导致某些疾病的发生,加速机体衰老,必需微量元素的缺乏,将导致机体中与该元素密切相关的生物活性物质的缺乏,造成生理功能障碍。而必需微量元素及非必需微量元素“过量”同样打破机体元素平衡,表现在拮抗另一些必需元素的吸收或直接造成机体细胞中毒,改变遗传环境,引发细胞畸变、死亡,促使机体衰老。有人做过试验,在高硒培养基中细胞不能生长,如加进适量的氟、钙、镁等,细胞则生长良好,说明单个元素对生物体是重要的,但更重要的是含量适宜,应特别强调“适量”,并且构成合理的微量元素谱,这样才能收到良好的防病抗衰效果。
牡蛎又名海蛎子,国外称其为“海上牛奶”。肉和壳都富含大量的生物活性物质,研究表明,牡蛎売中含有17种氨基酸及24种微量元素,如锌、铁、铜、镁、锰、硒、锗等。牡蛎中的各种矿物质及微量元素成份搭配天然均衡,各矿物质元素相互之间协同吸收协同发挥各种生理作用,共同维护着人体的健康。并且适合人体所需。
卫生部卫法监发[2002]51号批准牡蛎属既是食品又是药品的物品可以无任何毒副作用,可长期饮用。
发明内容
目前市场的各种矿物质补充剂,一种为单一矿物质成份,进入体内难于被靶点细胞捕获,难于激活生理活性;另一种为复配型化学合成矿物质补充剂,通过人为调配加入各种矿物质化合物组成,此类补充剂的搭配不均衡、含量不适宜、不完善、不协调统一。
针对现有产品的不足,本发明提供了如下解决方案:一种牡蛎粉固体饮料是以牡蛎为主要原料,经过一系列特定的生产工艺制成的一种含量适宜搭配完善、全面、均衡、协调统一的适合各类人群饮用的健康饮品,其含有丰富的钙、镁、锌、锰、铁、铜、钾、磷、硒等多种矿物质。该生产技术的特点就是最大限度的减少各种矿物质损失,保持了各种矿物质的天然有机组成,大大提高了各种矿物质的吸收利用度。
一种牡蛎粉固体饮料的生产工艺为:
(一)、原料选择:选择近海无污染的鲜活牡蛎,挑选的牡蛎要求干净、个体大、质厚;
(二)、原料清洗:首先以自来水浸泡冲洗,用刷子将牡蛎表面附着的泥沙及其它杂质刷洗干净,对于难以冲刷干净及夹层中难以清洗的杂质应用硾子硾开后去除杂质;再次以稀盐酸浸泡,除去表面及夹层内附着的难于清洗的藻类及一些寄生物杂质;最后以清水冲洗,清除牡蛎表面稀盐酸及其它杂质;
(三)、干燥:将清洗干净的牡蛎等原料于干燥箱内以100℃充分干燥;
(四)、高温真空电解:将充分干燥的牡蛎等原料置于1200℃~1500℃温度下,真空条件下进行电解;
(五)、活化:将高温真空电解后的物料按1:3的比例加入乙醇加热回流3小时;
(六)、反渗透:通过反渗透将完全活化的物料渗透提取;
(七)、真空浓缩:将反渗透液真空下浓缩;
(八)、干燥:浓缩物于热风循环干燥箱中充分干燥;
(九)、超微粉碎:干燥后的物料进行超微细粉碎,达到800~1000目;
(十)、强磁场磁化:粉碎后的物料密封好,置于强磁场中进行磁化一周;
(十一)、恒温饱和湿度下熟化:将磁化好的物料于恒温饱和湿度下贮存一周;
(十二)、水分控制:控制熟化后的物料的水分在0.4%~0.8%之间。
随后该物料填充入胶囊,通过铝塑包装和外包两道包装,经过检验合格后即成成品。

选择近海无污染的鲜活牡蛎,挑选的牡蛎要求干净、个体大、质厚;随后首先以自来水浸泡冲洗,用刷子将牡蛎表面附着的泥沙及其它杂质刷洗干净,对于难以冲刷干净及夹层中难以清洗的杂质应用硾子硾开后去除杂质;再次以稀盐酸浸泡,除去表面及夹层内附着的难于清洗的藻类及一些寄生物杂质;最后以清水冲洗,清除牡蛎表面稀盐酸及其它杂质。然后将清洗干净的牡蛎等原料于干燥箱内以100℃充分干燥;再将充分干燥的牡蛎等原料置于1200℃~1500℃温度下,真空进行电解;再将高温真空电解后的原料按1:3的比例加入乙醇加热回流3小时;随后进行反渗透处理;将反渗透处理液真空浓缩;将浓缩物于热风循环干燥箱中充分干燥;将干燥后的物料进行超微细粉碎,达到800~1000目;将粉碎后的物料密封好,置于强磁场中进行磁化一周;将磁化好的物料于恒温饱和湿度下贮存一周;控制熟化后的物料的水份在0.4%~0.8%之间;最后将该物料填充入胶囊,通过铝塑包装和外包两道包装,经过检验合格后即0为成品。
一种牡蛎粉固体饮料饮用方法为:一粒胶囊的粉末冲泡1250ML纯净水,分多次饮用,禁用铁制容器冲泡。
Claims (1)
1.一种牡蛎粉固体饮料的生产工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
原料选择:选择近海无污染的鲜活牡蛎,挑选的牡蛎要求干净、个体大、质厚;
原料清洗:首先以自来水浸泡冲洗,用刷子将牡蛎表面附着的泥沙及其它杂质刷洗干净,对于难以冲刷干净及夹层中难以清洗的杂质应用硾子硾开后去除杂质;再次以稀盐酸浸泡,除去表面及夹层内附着的难于清洗的藻类及一些寄生物杂质;最后以清水冲洗,清除牡蛎表面稀盐酸及其它杂质;
干燥:将清洗干净的牡蛎原料于干燥箱内以100℃充分干燥;
高温真空电解:将充分干燥的牡蛎原料置于1200℃~1500℃温度下,真空条件下进行电解;活化:将高温真空电解后的原料按1:3的比例加入乙醇加热回流3小时;
反渗透:通过反渗透将完全活化的物料渗透提取;
真空浓缩:将反渗透液真空浓缩;
干燥:浓缩物于热风循环干燥箱中充分干燥;
超微粉碎:干燥后的物料进行超微细粉碎,达到800~1000目;
强磁场磁化:粉碎后的物料密封好,置于强磁场中进行磁化一周;
恒温饱和湿度下熟化:将磁化好的物料于恒温饱和湿度下贮存一周;
水分控制:控制熟化后的物料的水分在0.4%~0.8%之间;
随后该物料填充入胶囊,通过铝塑包装和外包两道包装,经过检验合格后即成成品。
