Abstract
本发明公开了一种均衡身体含有钟乳石生物钙的制剂及其生产方法,包括下列重量份的原料:牡蛎壳50~65%;龙骨15~25%;钟乳石40~50%;珍珠粉12~22%;珊瑚石1~2%;寒水石1~2%;紫硇砂0.001~0.01%;腊肠果粉末0.8~2%;海洋甲壳30~40%;蛋壳40~45%;复合维生素1~3%;营养粉2~4%,本发明该发明含有丰富的钙、镁、锌、锰、铁、铜、钾、磷、硒等多种矿物质,满足人体所需的各种微量元素,并保持了各种微量元素的均衡适宜;并且不会因为长期服用造成便秘,有效保护肠胃,治疗腹泻,有利于肠胃健康;经过试验证明具有良好的降血压效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及干药片制剂技术领域,尤其涉及一种均衡身体含有钟乳石生物钙的制剂及其生产方法。
背景技术
随着环境污染的日益严重,以及食品安全问题层出不穷,例如,在食物中存在的农药残留及激素残留等,人体健康水平越来越趋向于弱酸性的亚健康体质。但现有的相关产品在调节人体的酸碱平衡等方面的效果都很不理想;
元素是构成人体的最基本单元,科学研究证明:地壳、海水中的元素丰度决定了人体元素丰度,环境元素分布的不平衡是人类患地方病的根本原因。人类属于异养型生物,是通过食物链从环境中摄取营养元素。人的生、老、病、死无不与体内元素平衡有关,人类在征服着自然界同时自然界也在改变着人类,科学的发展使人类远离饥饿,大量的化肥、农药使各种粮食蔬菜生产周期缩短,产量一年高过一年,缺少了土壤中富积过程,甚至有的粮食蔬菜已采用无土栽培,值得注意的是这些微量元素通常情况下必须直接或间接由土壤供给,科技的进步使得人类基本不能通过饮食获得足够的微量元素。
分子生物学的研究揭示,微量元素通过与体内各种蛋白质和其他有机基团结合,形成了酶、激素、维生素等生物大分子,发挥着重要的生理生化功能。
人类正在努力寻找延年益寿的方法,研究衰老机理,以达到延缓衰老,对抗衰老的目的。机体细胞的活力与良好的新陈代谢,依赖于机体内环境及其生理平衡,而微量元素的摄取对机体内环境及其生理平衡起重要作用。人体摄入微量元素不足或过量或元素间比例失调,都会对机体产生不利的影响,甚至导致某些疾病的发生,加速机体衰老,必需微量元素的缺乏,将导致机体中与该元素密切相关的生物活性物质的缺乏,造成生理功能障碍。而必需微量元素及非必需微量元素“过量”同样打破机体元素平衡,表现在拮抗另一些必需元素的吸收或直接造成机体细胞中毒,改变遗传环境,引发细胞畸变、死亡,促使机体衰老。有人做过试验,在高硒培养基中细胞不能生长,如加进适量的氟、钙、镁等,细胞则生长良好,说明单个元素对生物体是重要的,但更重要的是含量适宜,应特别强调“适量”,并且构成合理的微量元素谱,这样才能收到良好的防病抗衰效果。

1)清洗,将牡蛎壳、龙骨、海洋甲壳、蛋壳、珊瑚石进行清洗筛选,随后初步破碎后放入消毒灭菌液,然后冲洗,干燥;
2)研磨,将钟乳石、珍珠粉、寒水石、紫硇砂分别进行初步研磨;
3)高温真空电解,取步骤1)中50~65%重量份牡蛎壳、15~25%重量份的龙骨;30~40%重量份的海洋甲壳;40~45%重量份的蛋壳;40~50%钟乳石;1~2%重量份的珊瑚石;1~2%重量份的寒水石;0.001~0.01%重量份的紫硇砂,在1600~2000℃条件下,真空进行电解;
4)活化,将电解后的产物与12~22%重量份珍珠粉、0.8~2%重量份的腊肠果粉末混合,混合后的物料按照1:4.5的比例加入乙醇加热回流1.5~2.5小时;
5)反渗透、真空浓缩与干燥,将活化后的物料进行渗透提取;随后将渗透液进行真空浓缩,浓缩物进行干燥;
6)调配,将2~4%重量份的营养粉与干燥后的浓缩物进行混合,然后加入适量的水,堆积后在通风的储存仓下阴干,储存仓的温度在27~33℃;
7)粉碎,将阴干后的混合物与2~4%的复合维生素进行混合,然后进行粉碎,达到900~1000目,磁化;
8)包装,将制备制剂包装获得均衡身体含有钟乳石生物钙的制剂。
作为优选的技术方案,所述步骤2)中紫硇砂研磨后,在食醋中浸泡10~30分钟。

本发明的优点:
1.该发明含有丰富的钙、镁、锌、锰、铁、铜、钾、磷、硒等多种矿物质,满足人体所需的各种微量元素,并保持了各种微量元素的均衡适宜;
2.服用本发明通过调和身体五脏六腑的健康状况,并进行调畅、平衡,强化骨骼、净化血液、激活细胞、预防冠心病、稳定心率、消除浮肿、安神定惊、解毒、解酒、除臭、祛斑美容、活化酶的作用;
3.可以调节人体的酸碱平衡,补充人体所需的多种微量元素和矿物质;
4.可以迅速析离果蔬食物中的酸毒;
5.本发明制剂在粉末状态下涂抹伤口止血的效果非常好,还可以直接用粉末涂抹蚊虫叮咬处止痒,并且在粉末状态时下喷洒有异味物品上去除异味效果极佳,延长食品的保质期;

一种均衡身体含有钟乳石生物钙的制剂,包括下列重量份的原料:

实施例1:
1)清洗,将牡蛎壳、龙骨、海洋甲壳、蛋壳、珊瑚石进行清洗筛选,随后初步破碎后放入消毒灭菌液,然后冲洗,干燥;
2)研磨,将钟乳石、珍珠粉、寒水石、紫硇砂分别进行初步研磨;
3)高温真空电解,取步骤1)中50%重量份牡蛎壳、15%重量份的龙骨;30%重量份的海洋甲壳;40%重量份的蛋壳;40%钟乳石;1%重量份的珊瑚石;1%重量份的寒水石;0.001%重量份的紫硇砂,在1600℃条件下,真空进行电解;
4)活化,将电解后的产物与12%重量份珍珠粉、0.8%重量份的腊肠果粉末混合,混合后的物料按照1:4.5的比例加入乙醇加热回流1.5小时;
5)反渗透、真空浓缩与干燥,将活化后的物料进行渗透提取;随后将渗透液进行真空浓缩,浓缩物进行干燥;
6)调配,将2%重量份的营养粉与干燥后的浓缩物进行混合,然后加入适量的水,堆积后在通风的储存仓下阴干,储存仓的温度在27℃;

3)高温真空电解,取步骤1)中65%重量份牡蛎壳、25%重量份的龙骨;40%重量份的海洋甲壳;45%重量份的蛋壳;50%钟乳石;2%重量份的珊瑚石;2%重量份的寒水石、0.01%重量份的紫硇砂,在2000℃条件下,真空进行电解;
4)活化,将电解后的产物与22%重量份珍珠粉、2%重量份的腊肠果粉末混合,混合后的物料按照1:4.5的比例加入乙醇加热回流2.5小时;
5)反渗透、真空浓缩与干燥,将活化后的物料进行渗透提取;随后将渗透液进行真空浓缩,浓缩物进行干燥;
6)调配,将4%重量份的营养粉与干燥后的浓缩物进行混合,然后加入适量的水,堆积后在通风的储存仓下阴干,储存仓的温度在33℃;
7)粉碎,将阴干后的混合物与4%的复合维生素进行混合,然后进行粉碎,达到1000目,磁化;
8)包装,将制备制剂包装获得均衡身体含有钟乳石生物钙的制剂。
所述步骤2)中紫硇砂研磨后,在食醋中浸泡30分钟。
所述营养粉为黄木耳。
所述步骤6)中堆积后在通风的储存仓下阴干,堆积24小时。
所述海洋甲壳包括蟹壳、虾壳与九孔贝其中的一种或多种的混合物。
实施例3:
1)清洗,将牡蛎壳、龙骨、海洋甲壳、蛋壳、珊瑚石进行清洗筛选,随后初步破碎后放入消毒灭菌液,然后冲洗,干燥;
2)研磨,将钟乳石、珍珠粉、寒水石、紫硇砂分别进行初步研磨;
3)高温真空电解,取步骤1)中55%重量份牡蛎壳、20%重量份的龙骨;35%重量份的海洋甲壳;42%重量份的蛋壳;45%钟乳石;1.5%重量份的珊瑚石;1%重量份的寒水石;0.006%重量份的紫硇砂,在18010℃条件下,真空进行电解;
4)活化,将电解后的产物与18%重量份珍珠粉、0.9%重量份的腊肠果粉末混合,混合后的物料按照1:4.5的比例加入乙醇加热回流2小时;
5)反渗透、真空浓缩与干燥,将活化后的物料进行渗透提取;随后将渗透液进行真空浓缩,浓缩物进行干燥;
6)调配,将3%重量份的营养粉与干燥后的浓缩物进行混合,然后加入适量的水,堆积后在通风的储存仓下阴干,储存仓的温度在30℃;
7)粉碎,将阴干后的混合物与2%的复合维生素进行混合,然后进行粉碎,达到900~1000目,磁化;
8)包装,将制备制剂包装获得均衡身体含有钟乳石生物钙的制剂。
所述步骤2)中紫硇砂研磨后,在食醋中浸泡25分钟。
所述营养粉为黄木耳。
所述步骤6)中堆积后在通风的储存仓下阴干,堆积20小时。
所述海洋甲壳包括蟹壳、虾壳与九孔贝其中的一种或多种的混合物。
将实施例3制备好的制剂给下列实验者进行实验:
10名18~25岁实验者;10名26~35岁实验者;10名36~45;10名46~65岁,连续服用3个月,这三个月当中没有一例便秘腹泻问题出现,并且46~65岁中有6人有轻微便秘,在参与实验的3个月中无便秘情况出现。

5.一种如权利要求1或2所述的均衡身体含有钟乳石生物钙的制剂生产方法,其特征在于,包括下列步骤:
1)清洗,将牡蛎壳、龙骨、海洋甲壳、蛋壳、珊瑚石进行清洗筛选,随后初步破碎后放入消毒灭菌液,然后冲洗,干燥;
2)研磨,将钟乳石、珍珠粉、寒水石、紫硇砂分别进行初步研磨;
3)高温真空电解,取步骤1)中50~65%重量份牡蛎壳、15~25%重量份的龙骨;30~40%重量份的海洋甲壳;40~45%重量份的蛋壳;40~50%钟乳石;1~2%重量份的珊瑚石;1~2%重量份的寒水石;0.001~0.01%重量份的紫硇砂,在1600~2000℃条件下,真空进行电解;

8.如权利要求5所述的一种均衡身体含有钟乳石生物钙的制剂生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤6)中堆积后在通风的储存仓下阴干,堆积12~24小时。
9.如权利要求5所述的一种均衡身体含有钟乳石生物钙的制剂生产方法,其特征在于:所述步骤6)中储存仓的温度在30℃。
