背景技术
瓜子是广受人们喜爱的一种休闲食品,它含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素B、D等营养物质。但目前市场上销售的瓜子口味种类少,不具有保健功效,已不能满足人们的消费需求。

本发明的目的是提供一种高钙西瓜子及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种高钙西瓜子,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
西瓜子90-100、海藻2-3、槟榔3-3.5、决明子1-2、青皮4-5、莲子2-3、葱须1-2、粗黄草2-3、钓樟枝叶1-2、炼乳4-5、柠檬油0.1-0.2、葡萄糖酸钙0.2-0.3、蜂胶1-2、葡萄酒12-13、糙米1.5-2、营养保健液22-25;
所述营养保健液由下列重量份原料制成:海芙蓉1-2、黑点草2-2.5、护心草2-3、蛋白糖1-1.2、大蒜素0.2-0.3、当归油0.2-0.3、鱼肉20-22、木瓜蛋白酶0.2-0.25、维生素C1.5-2;
制备方法为:(1)将维生素C溶于18-20倍的水中,得到维生素C水溶液;将海芙蓉、黑点草、护心草粉碎成颗粒,加入维生素C水溶液,在45-50℃下浸提2-3小时,离心,取上清液;
(2)将鱼肉剁碎,加入步骤(1)所得物料,在40-45℃下加入木瓜蛋白酶酶解3-4小时,用尼龙网过滤,所得滤液与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的高钙西瓜子的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将蜂胶冷冻3-4小时后敲碎,浸入葡萄酒中,密封浸泡10-12小时后取上清液,得到蜂胶酒;
(2)将海藻、槟榔、决明子、青皮、莲子、葱须、粗黄草、钓樟枝叶用纱布包裹,与瓜子混合投入开水锅中,大火煮沸后再用小火继续熬制2-3小时,将西瓜子捞出沥干;
(3)将糙米送入锅中,小火炒香后加炼乳研磨匀质,与蜂胶酒混合拌匀;
(4)将步骤(2)、(3)所得物料混合入锅,炒至锅底干燥;
(5)将剩余物料混合搅拌,均匀喷洒在步骤(4)所得物料表面,烘干,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:

所述营养保健液由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:海芙蓉2、黑点草2.5、护心草2、蛋白糖1.2、大蒜素0.3、当归油0.3、鱼肉22、木瓜蛋白酶0.25、维生素C2;
制备方法为:(1)将维生素C溶于18-20倍的水中,得到维生素C水溶液;将海芙蓉、黑点草、护心草粉碎成颗粒,加入维生素C水溶液,在45-50℃下浸提2-3小时,离心,取上清液;
(2)将鱼肉剁碎,加入步骤(1)所得物料,在40-45℃下加入木瓜蛋白酶酶解3-4小时,用尼龙网过滤,所得滤液与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
