一种椒盐西瓜子及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:西瓜子120-130、棕炭3-4、党参2-3、桑枝1-2、玫瑰花4-5、茯苓2-3.5、陈皮1-2、菜子七2-3、齿缘草3-3.5、淀粉糖浆35-38、海苔粉5-6、芹菜3-4、菠菜4-5、黑加仑4-5、腐乳汁7-8、椒盐4-5、营养保健液18-20。本发明将椒盐的咸香味融入瓜子的同时,也融合了玉米糖浆的香甜,是的本发明风味独特、咸甜适中,另一方面,本发明加工方法合理,容易实行,加工出的瓜子口感好,此外,本发明具有补中益气、理气健脾、清热解毒的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种瓜子,尤其涉及一种椒盐西瓜子及其制备方法。
背景技术
瓜子是广受人们喜爱的一种休闲食品,它含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素B、D等营养物质。但目前市场上销售的瓜子口味种类少,不具有保健功效,已不能满足人们的消费需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种椒盐西瓜子及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种椒盐西瓜子,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
西瓜子120-130、棕炭3-4、党参2-3、桑枝1-2、玫瑰花4-5、茯苓2-3.5、陈皮1-2、菜子七2-3、齿缘草3-3.5、淀粉糖浆35-38、海苔粉5-6、芹菜3-4、菠菜4-5、黑加仑4-5、腐乳汁7-8、椒盐4-5、营养保健液18-20;
所述营养保健液由下列重量份原料制成:海芙蓉1-2、黑点草2-2.5、护心草2-3、蛋白糖1-1.2、大蒜素0.2-0.3、当归油0.2-0.3、鱼肉20-22、木瓜蛋白酶0.2-0.25、维生素C1.5-2;
制备方法为:(1)将维生素C溶于18-20倍的水中,得到维生素C水溶液;将海芙蓉、黑点草、护心草粉碎成颗粒,加入维生素C水溶液,在45-50℃下浸提2-3小时,离心,取上清液;
(2)将鱼肉剁碎,加入步骤(1)所得物料,在40-45℃下加入木瓜蛋白酶酶解3-4小时,用尼龙网过滤,所得滤液与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的椒盐西瓜子的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将棕炭、党参、桑枝、玫瑰花、茯苓、陈皮、菜子七、齿缘草装入纱布袋中,与西瓜子混合投入开水锅中,大火煮沸,再用改用小火熬煮2-3小时,将西瓜子捞出、沥干;
(2)将芹菜、菠菜、黑加仑混合打浆,过滤除渣后所得滤液与腐乳汁、营养保健液混合拌匀;
(3)在瓜子中加入步骤(2)所得物料,在65-70℃下焖制60-70分钟后出料,送入烘房烘至干燥;
(4)将淀粉糖浆倒入锅中,小火加热搅拌4-5分钟后加入步骤(3)所得物料,不停翻炒,同时撒入剩余物料,炒至淀粉糖浆均匀包裹在西瓜子表面后起锅,烘干,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:

具体实施方式
一种椒盐西瓜子,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
西瓜子120、棕炭4、党参3、桑枝2、玫瑰花5、茯苓3.5、陈皮2、菜子七3、齿缘草3.5、淀粉糖浆38、海苔粉6、芹菜3、菠菜5、黑加仑5、腐乳汁8、椒盐4、营养保健液20;
所述营养保健液由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:海芙蓉2、黑点草2.5、护心草2、蛋白糖1.2、大蒜素0.3、当归油0.3、鱼肉22、木瓜蛋白酶0.25、维生素C2;
制备方法为:(1)将维生素C溶于18-20倍的水中,得到维生素C水溶液;将海芙蓉、黑点草、护心草粉碎成颗粒,加入维生素C水溶液,在45-50℃下浸提2-3小时,离心,取上清液;
(2)将鱼肉剁碎,加入步骤(1)所得物料,在40-45℃下加入木瓜蛋白酶酶解3-4小时,用尼龙网过滤,所得滤液与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。

所述营养保健液由下列重量份原料制成:海芙蓉1-2、黑点草2-2.5、护心草2-3、蛋白糖1-1.2、大蒜素0.2-0.3、当归油0.2-0.3、鱼肉20-22、木瓜蛋白酶0.2-0.25、维生素C1.5-2;
