一种补铁西瓜子及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:西瓜子150-160、莲子芯2-3、冬瓜皮1-2、三七花2-2.3、牛膝1-2、五加皮1-1.5、寸节七2-2.5、刺针草1-2、啤酒40-45、柠檬酸亚铁0.2-0.3、绿豆糕3-4、猪肝5-6、营养保健液30-35。本发明添加的猪肝营养丰富,富含维生素C及多种矿物质,结合柠檬酸亚铁,为人体补充铁元素,以达到强身健体、预防或辅助治疗疾病目的,同时猪肝的鲜味与绿豆糕的香甜为相互融合,赋予本发明独特的风味,且本发明制备工艺合理,操作简单,易于推广,此外,本发明还具有降血脂、降血压、抗癌、补肝益肾的功效。

本发明属于食品加工技术领域,涉及一种瓜子,尤其涉及一种补铁西瓜子及其制备方法。
背景技术
    瓜子是广受人们喜爱的一种休闲食品,它含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素B、D等营养物质。但目前市场上销售的瓜子口味种类少,不具有保健功效,已不能满足人们的消费需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种补铁西瓜子及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
    一种补铁西瓜子,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
西瓜子150-160、莲子芯2-3、冬瓜皮1-2、三七花2-2.3、牛膝1-2、五加皮1-1.5、寸节七2-2.5、刺针草1-2、啤酒40-45、柠檬酸亚铁0.2-0.3、绿豆糕3-4、猪肝5-6、营养保健液30-35;
所述营养保健液由下列重量份原料制成:海芙蓉1-2、黑点草2-2.5、护心草2-3、蛋白糖1-1.2、大蒜素0.2-0.3、当归油0.2-0.3、鱼肉20-22、木瓜蛋白酶0.2-0.25、维生素C1.5-2;
     制备方法为:(1)将维生素C溶于18-20倍的水中,得到维生素C水溶液;将海芙蓉、黑点草、护心草粉碎成颗粒,加入维生素C水溶液,在45-50℃下浸提2-3小时,离心,取上清液;
(2)将鱼肉剁碎,加入步骤(1)所得物料,在40-45℃下加入木瓜蛋白酶酶解3-4小时,用尼龙网过滤,所得滤液与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
    所述的补铁西瓜子的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
   (1)将莲子芯、冬瓜皮、三七花、牛膝、五加皮、寸节七、刺针草粉碎成颗粒,放置于啤酒中密封浸泡5-6小时后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
   (2)将猪肝剁碎,投入到步骤(1)所得滤液中,大火煮沸后加入绿豆糕,改用小火加热搅拌,将绿豆糕熬化后过滤除渣,得到调味液;
   (3)将西瓜子与调味液混合入锅,小火翻炒,炒至锅底干燥后出锅;
   (4)将剩余物料混合搅拌,均匀喷洒在步骤(3)所得物料表面,烘干,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明添加的猪肝营养丰富,富含维生素C及多种矿物质,结合柠檬酸亚铁,为人体补充铁元素,以达到强身健体、预防或辅助治疗疾病目的,同时猪肝的鲜味与绿豆糕的香甜为相互融合,赋予本发明独特的风味,且本发明制备工艺合理,操作简单,易于推广,此外,本发明还具有降血脂、降血压、抗癌、补肝益肾的功效。
具体实施方式
    一种补铁西瓜子,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
西瓜子150、莲子芯3、冬瓜皮2、三七花2.3、牛膝2、五加皮1.5、寸节七2.5、刺针草1、啤酒45、柠檬酸亚铁0.3、绿豆糕4、猪肝6、营养保健液35;
所述营养保健液由下列重量份(公斤)原料制成:海芙蓉2、黑点草2.5、护心草2、蛋白糖1.2、大蒜素0.3、当归油0.3、鱼肉22、木瓜蛋白酶0.25、维生素C2;
     制备方法为:(1)将维生素C溶于18-20倍的水中,得到维生素C水溶液;将海芙蓉、黑点草、护心草粉碎成颗粒,加入维生素C水溶液,在45-50℃下浸提2-3小时,离心,取上清液;
(2)将鱼肉剁碎,加入步骤(1)所得物料,在40-45℃下加入木瓜蛋白酶酶解3-4小时,用尼龙网过滤,所得滤液与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
    所述的补铁西瓜子的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
   (1)将莲子芯、冬瓜皮、三七花、牛膝、五加皮、寸节七、刺针草粉碎成颗粒,放置于啤酒中密封浸泡5-6小时后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
   (2)将猪肝剁碎,投入到步骤(1)所得滤液中,大火煮沸后加入绿豆糕,改用小火加热搅拌,将绿豆糕熬化后过滤除渣,得到调味液;
   (3)将西瓜子与调味液混合入锅,小火翻炒,炒至锅底干燥后出锅;
   (4)将剩余物料混合搅拌,均匀喷洒在步骤(3)所得物料表面,烘干,即得。

1.一种补铁西瓜子,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
西瓜子150-160、莲子芯2-3、冬瓜皮1-2、三七花2-2.3、牛膝1-2、五加皮1-1.5、寸节七2-2.5、刺针草1-2、啤酒40-45、柠檬酸亚铁0.2-0.3、绿豆糕3-4、猪肝5-6、营养保健液30-35;
所述营养保健液由下列重量份原料制成:海芙蓉1-2、黑点草2-2.5、护心草2-3、蛋白糖1-1.2、大蒜素0.2-0.3、当归油0.2-0.3、鱼肉20-22、木瓜蛋白酶0.2-0.25、维生素C1.5-2;
     制备方法为:(1)将维生素C溶于18-20倍的水中,得到维生素C水溶液;将海芙蓉、黑点草、护心草粉碎成颗粒,加入维生素C水溶液,在45-50℃下浸提2-3小时,离心,取上清液;
(2)将鱼肉剁碎,加入步骤(1)所得物料,在40-45℃下加入木瓜蛋白酶酶解3-4小时,用尼龙网过滤,所得滤液与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的补铁西瓜子的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
将莲子芯、冬瓜皮、三七花、牛膝、五加皮、寸节七、刺针草粉碎成颗粒,放置于啤酒中密封浸泡5-6小时后过滤除渣,收集滤液;
将猪肝剁碎,投入到步骤(1)所得滤液中,大火煮沸后加入绿豆糕,改用小火加热搅拌,将绿豆糕熬化后过滤除渣,得到调味液;
将西瓜子与调味液混合入锅,小火翻炒,炒至锅底干燥后出锅;
将剩余物料混合搅拌,均匀喷洒在步骤(3)所得物料表面,烘干,即得。
