本发明提供一种薏米粉与小米粉的复合配粉及营养功能薏米饮料,其复合配粉由薏米粉:500~580份,小米粉:420~500份,柏子仁粉:20~50份,葛根粉:5~10份,黄精粉:5~10份,玫瑰花粉:5~10份复配而成。营养功能薏米饮料是采用95-100摄氏度的水按照料液比1:10-1:15(质量体积比)煮制5-8分钟过滤收集澄清液,循环三次煮沸过滤,收集澄清溶液,溶液中加入纤维素酶1-2份,果胶酶1-3份,混合均匀,在40-45的摄氏度下保温10-15分钟后,采用均质、精密过滤后,采用超高温瞬时灭菌工艺,工艺参数为温度125-130摄氏度,杀菌10-15秒,最后采用无菌灌装制得营养功能薏米饮料成品。本发明的薏米粉与小米粉的复合配粉营养均衡,具有健脾、补肺、清热、利湿、除烦消渴及养颜美容等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品和饮料的加工技术,具体地说是一种薏米粉与小米粉的复合配粉及营养功能薏米饮料。
背景技术
薏米是禾本科植物薏苡的种仁。薏米的营养价值很高,被誉为“世界禾本科植物之王”,在欧洲,它被称为“生命健康之友”。薏米大多种于山地,武夷山地区就有着悠久的栽培历史。古代人把薏米看做自然之珍品,用来祭祀,现代人把薏米视为营养丰富的盛夏消暑佳品,既可食用,又可药用;小米能供给人体丰富的营养,它的粟粒中含有较多的蛋白质、脂肪、糖类、维生素和矿物质。粟米胚中脂肪含量在粮食作物中仅次于大豆。粟米脂肪中的维生素E含量较高,有益于促进人体内分泌活动;其蛋白质和维生素的含量亦高于大米,粟米中含有的谷氨酸都有健脑作用;柏子仁为柏科植物侧柏的种仁。含有脂肪泊约14%,多为不饱和脂肪酸组成,还含有少量挥发油,皂甙、蛋白质、钙、磷、铁多种维生素等。柏子仁性平味甘。具养心安神、润肠通便的功效。治惊悸、失眠、遗精、盗汗、便秘等症。葛根,是中国南方一些省区的一种常食蔬菜,其味甘凉可口,常作煲汤之用。其主要成分是淀粉,此外还含有约12%的黄酮类化合物。因此,本发明旨在研究出薏米脱壳、磨粉和与小米粉、葛根粉、黄精粉、玫瑰花粉等复合配粉,从而为薏米的综合利用开辟一条新的途径。

本发明的技术任务是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种薏米粉与小米粉的复合配粉及营养功能薏米饮料。

一种薏米粉与小米粉的复合配粉,它是由以下重量份数的原料混合而成:
薏米粉:500~580份,小米粉:420~500份,柏子仁粉:20~50份,葛根粉:5~10份,黄精粉:5~10份,玫瑰花粉:5~10份;
将薏米挑选、脱壳、除杂后磨粉,然后与小米粉、柏子仁粉、葛根粉、黄精粉、玫瑰花粉复配。

2)本发明对薏米脱壳去皮和磨粉的工艺及参数,磨粉后复配的比例进行控制,可以实现薏米脱壳而不伤及籽仁,脱皮磨粉复配后又能保持并增进薏米原有营养价值,有助于薏米从单一医用综合利用的产业链拓展。

薏米粉:500份,小米粉:480份,柏子仁粉:50份,葛根粉:7份,

一种由薏米粉与小米粉的复合配粉加工而成的营养功能薏米饮料,是采用95-100摄氏度的水按照料液比1:15(质量体积比)煮制5分钟过滤收集澄清液,循环三次煮沸过滤,收集澄清溶液,溶液中加入纤维素酶2份,果胶酶1份,混合均匀,在40-45的摄氏度下保温15分钟后,采用均质、精密过滤后,采用超高温瞬时灭菌工艺,工艺参数为温度125-130摄氏度,杀菌10秒,最后采用无菌灌装制得营养功能薏米饮料成品。

薏米粉:500~580份,小米粉:420~500份,柏子仁粉:20~50份,葛根粉:5~10份,黄精粉:5~10份,玫瑰花粉:5~10份;
将薏米挑选、脱壳、除杂后磨粉,然后与小米粉、柏子仁粉、葛根粉、黄精粉、玫瑰花粉复配。
