发明的内容:
  本发明的目的就是为了克服现有面条没有营养价值这一缺陷而提供的营养面条。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
营养面条,是由以下重量配比的原料制成:面粉100-200、玉米粉10-30、 青菜20-40、 菠菜 20-40、毛栗 10-20、荞麦10-20、 鸡蛋 10-20、韭菜 20-40、牛奶20-50、大葱 5-15、肉皮冻10-20。
所述营养面条还可以添加各种微量营养元素。
本发明具有成本低廉、营养丰富、味道好等优点。
具体实施方式一:
营养面条,是由以下重量配比的原料制成:面粉100-200千克、玉米粉10-30千克、 青菜20-40千克、 菠菜 20-40千克、毛栗 10-20千克、荞麦10-20千克、鸡蛋 10-20千克、韭菜 20-40千克、牛奶20-50千克、大葱 5-15千克、肉皮冻10-20千克。
制作营养面条分为以下几个步骤:
1、按照重量配比准备好上述原材料。
2、将上述配备好的的青菜、 菠菜、毛栗 、荞麦、韭菜洗净、然后剁碎加水放入搅拌机中制成粘稠状的液体。
3、把重量配比准备好的鸡蛋、牛奶、大葱、皮肉冻加入制成粘稠状的液体,然后加水稀释能液装。最后,加入重量配比好的面粉进行搅拌制成本发明。

1.营养面条,是由以下重量配比的原料制成:面粉100-200、玉米粉10-30、 青菜20-40、 菠菜 20-40、毛栗 10-20、荞麦10-20、 鸡蛋 10-20、韭菜 20-40、牛奶20-50、大葱 5-15、肉皮冻10-20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的营养面条,其特征在于所述营养面条还可以添加各种微量营养元素。
