一种蜜汁瓜子粉及其制备方法,其特征在于由下列重量份的原料制成:西瓜子120-130、槐实2-3、枇杷叶1.5-2、金线莲3-4、松花1-1.5、小火草2-2.3、香茅花3-4、细沙虫草1-2、蜂王浆3-4、果酱6-7、胡麻油7-8、鱼籽15-18、元贞糖1-2、抹茶粉3-4、盐汽水30-33、营养保健液10-12。本发明融入了槐蜜、蕃茄浆的口味,使得本发明酸甜适中,具有清淡幽香的槐花清香,且其营养丰富,富含丰富的维生素C;同时,本发明制备方法简单易行,制出的瓜子粉保质期长、易保存,且食用方便;此外,本发明具有润肠通便、活血舒经、健胃消食、补养心脾、理气降逆的功效。

背景技术
瓜子是广受人们喜爱的一种休闲食品,它含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素B、D等营养物质。但目前市场上销售的瓜子口味种类少,不具有保健功效,已不能满足人们的消费需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种蜜汁瓜子粉及其制备方法,本发明具有风味独特、营养丰富的特点。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种蜜汁瓜子粉,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
瓜子仁100-110、竹黄2-3、柑皮1.5-1.8、啤酒花3-4、花生叶1-2、仙掌子1.5-1.8、乌榄叶2-3、午香草1-2、苔水花4-5、槐蜜15-20、蕃茄浆20-22、粟米20-25、皮蛋蛋黄7-8、鸡蛋糕10-12、营养保健液15-18;
所述营养保健液由以下重量份的原料制成:鸡筋参1-1.2、吉龙草1.2-1.4、栲栗叶1-1.2、牛皮草0.6-0.8、薏仁油0.3-0.4、大麦粒35-38、红石榴汁10-12、牛初乳2-3;
制备方法为:(1)将鸡筋参、吉龙草、栲栗叶、牛皮草混合放置于红石榴汁中密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将大麦粒、滤液、牛初乳混合入锅,小火翻炒,炒至大麦粒焦黄时加入3-4倍的水大火煮沸,过滤除渣,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
所述的蜜汁瓜子粉的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将竹黄、柑皮、啤酒花、花生叶、仙掌子、乌榄叶、午香草、苔水花加5-6倍的水文火煎煮40-50分钟,过滤除渣所得滤液经喷雾干燥制成粉末;
(2)将瓜子仁、粟米送入锅中,文火炒香后出锅,加入槐蜜混合拌匀,烘干后研成粉末;
(3)将鸡蛋糕烘干后粉碎,与碾碎的皮蛋蛋黄混合送入锅中,小火翻炒7-8分钟后加入剩余物料,小火熬膏,再经冷冻干燥研成粉末;
(4)将步骤(1)、(2)、(3)所得物料混合拌匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明融入了槐蜜、蕃茄浆的口味,使得本发明酸甜适中,具有清淡幽香的槐花清香,且其营养丰富,富含丰富的维生素C;同时,本发明制备方法简单易行,制出的瓜子粉保质期长、易保存,且食用方便;此外,本发明具有保健功能,经常食用可达到润肠通便、活血舒经、健胃消食、补养心脾、理气降逆的功效。
具体实施方式
一种蜜汁瓜子粉,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:
瓜子仁110、竹黄3、柑皮1.8、啤酒花4、花生叶2、仙掌子1.8、乌榄叶3、午香草1、苔水花5、槐蜜20、蕃茄浆22、粟米20、皮蛋蛋黄8、鸡蛋糕12、营养保健液18;
所述营养保健液由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:鸡筋参1.2、吉龙草1.2、栲栗叶1.2、牛皮草0.8、薏仁油0.4、大麦粒38、红石榴汁10、牛初乳3;
制备方法为:(1)将鸡筋参、吉龙草、栲栗叶、牛皮草混合放置于红石榴汁中密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将大麦粒、滤液、牛初乳混合入锅,小火翻炒,炒至大麦粒焦黄时加入3-4倍的水大火煮沸,过滤除渣,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。

所述营养保健液由以下重量份的原料制成:鸡筋参1-1.2、吉龙草1.2-1.4、栲栗叶1-1.2、牛皮草0.6-0.8、薏仁油0.3-0.4、大麦粒35-38、红石榴汁10-12、牛初乳2-3;
制备方法为:(1)将鸡筋参、吉龙草、栲栗叶、牛皮草混合放置于红石榴汁中密封浸泡7-8小时,过滤除渣,收集滤液;
(2)将大麦粒、滤液、牛初乳混合入锅,小火翻炒,炒至大麦粒焦黄时加入3-4倍的水大火煮沸,过滤除渣,与剩余物料混合拌匀,即得。
