本发明公开了一种养颜蓝莓保健果粉的制备方法,是由下述重量份的原料制成:白酥梨20-30、西红柿15-20、甜椒10-15、蓝莓50-85、美藤果粉10-15、银耳8-13、麦冬2-3、茯苓2-3、黄精1-2、百合1-2、丰花草1-2、桔梗2-3、密桶花1-2、功劳叶1-2、翻白草2-3、沙参1-2、三七粉4-8、适量水;本发明制成的养颜蓝莓保健果粉,制作工艺简单,食用时冲泡即可,果香浓郁,口感甜润,食用方便;添加有益气通肠、除烦安神、补脾开胃作用的中药有益成分,与蓝莓、美腾果协同作用,能有效美容润肤,保持青春活力。

一种养颜蓝莓保健果粉的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料,尤其涉及一种养颜蓝莓保健果粉的制备方法。
背景技术
蓝莓是一种营养价值非常高的水果,具有减缓衰老、抗癌、保护视力、增强记忆、提高人体免疫的功效。蓝莓果实为浆果型,果实皮薄、多汁、含水量高,难以贮存。为了丰富蓝莓的食用方法,本发明以蓝莓为主原料制备一种保健果粉,营养丰富,存储运输方便。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种养颜蓝莓保健果粉的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种养颜蓝莓保健果粉的制备,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量份的原料组成:白酥梨20-30、西红柿15-20、甜椒10-15、蓝莓50-85、美藤果粉10-15、银耳8-13、麦冬2-3、茯苓2-3、黄精1-2、百合1-2、丰花草1-2、桔梗2-3、密桶花1-2、功劳叶1-2、翻白草2-3、沙参1-2、三七粉4-8、适量水;
(2)、将白酥梨、西红柿、蓝莓除杂洗净处理得到果肉合并,送入果浆机打浆,得到浆液加1-2倍水搅匀,在80-90℃煮制50-80分钟,冷却至33-45℃加入0.2-0.4%的果胶酶酶解1.5-3小时,灭酶处理后,离心过滤,滤液冷冻干燥粉碎至120-160目筛,得酶解粉;
(3)、将麦冬、茯苓、黄精、百合等中药原料加水煎煮过滤去渣,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药保健粉;
(4)、将甜椒去蒂去籽切丁,将银耳加清水浸泡40-60分钟,脱水后与甜椒丁一起研磨成浆,加入其它剩余原料混匀,加混合物0.5-1倍水,在75-90℃焖煮至微,在次精磨过160-200目筛,得粉体;
(5)、将粉体、中药保健粉、酶解粉混匀,即得。

本发明制成的养颜蓝莓保健果粉,制作工艺简单,食用时冲泡即可,果香浓郁,口感甜润,食用方便;添加有益气通肠、除烦安神、补脾开胃作用的中药有益成分,与蓝莓、美腾果协同作用,能有效美容润肤,保持青春活力。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细描述:
实施例:
一种养颜蓝莓保健果粉的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量(斤)的原料组成:白酥梨30、西红柿20、甜椒15、蓝莓85、美藤果粉15、银耳13、麦冬2、茯苓3、黄精1、百合1、丰花草1、桔梗2、密桶花1、功劳叶1、翻白草2、沙参1、三七粉4、适量水;
(2)、将白酥梨、西红柿、蓝莓除杂洗净处理得到果肉合并,送入果浆机打浆,得到浆液加2倍水搅匀,在85℃煮制65分钟,冷却至45℃加入0.4%的果胶酶酶解3小时,灭酶处理后,离心过滤,滤液冷冻干燥粉碎至160目筛,得酶解粉;
(3)、将麦冬、茯苓、黄精、百合等中药原料加水煎煮过滤去渣,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药保健粉;
(4)、将甜椒去蒂去籽切丁,将银耳加清水浸泡60分钟,脱水后与甜椒丁一起研磨成浆,加入其它剩余原料混匀,加混合物1倍水,在82℃焖煮至微,在次精磨过200目筛,得粉体;
(5)、将粉体、中药保健粉、酶解粉混匀,即得。

1.一种养颜蓝莓保健果粉的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)、称取下列重量份的原料组成:白酥梨20-30、西红柿15-20、甜椒10-15、蓝莓50-85、美藤果粉10-15、银耳8-13、麦冬2-3、茯苓2-3、黄精1-2、百合1-2、丰花草1-2、桔梗2-3、密桶花1-2、功劳叶1-2、翻白草2-3、沙参1-2、三七粉4-8、适量水;
(2)、将白酥梨、西红柿、蓝莓除杂洗净处理得到果肉合并,送入果浆机打浆,得到浆液加1-2倍水搅匀,在80-90℃煮制50-80分钟,冷却至33-45℃加入0.2-0.4%的果胶酶酶解1.5-3小时,灭酶处理后,离心过滤,滤液冷冻干燥粉碎至120-160目筛,得酶解粉;
(3)、将麦冬、茯苓、黄精、百合等中药原料加水煎煮过滤去渣,滤液喷雾干燥,得中药保健粉;
(4)、将甜椒去蒂去籽切丁,将银耳加清水浸泡40-60分钟,脱水后与甜椒丁一起研磨成浆,加入其它剩余原料混匀,加混合物0.5-1倍水,在75-90℃焖煮至微,再次精磨过160-200目筛,得粉体;
(5)、将粉体、中药保健粉、酶解粉混匀,即得。
