    本发明主要涉及肉食品及其工艺技术领域,尤其涉及一种玫瑰驴肉火腿肠及其制备方法。
背景技术
    市场上的火腿肠的种类很多,但多数是以猪肉为主原料,一些是以鸡肉味主原料的,品种单一,口味也单一;但是随着人们生活水平的提高,人们堆副食品的营养要求、品种要求也越来越多,市场上现有的火腿肠并不能满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种玫瑰驴肉火腿肠及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种玫瑰驴肉火腿肠,由以下重量份原料组成:驴肉160-180、淀粉100-120、玫瑰花35-40、百合花20-30、薏仁30-40、黑米50-60、绿豆30-35、红茶20-25、当归5-6、燕窝5-6、何首乌4-5、雪莲花4-5、白芍4-5、西瓜叶3-4、灯芯草3-4、食用盐20-50、黑胡椒20-30、芝麻油130-150、水适量。
一种玫瑰驴肉香肠的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将驴肉洗净,切成块状,与玫瑰花、百合花一起置于高压锅内,煮1-2小时后,将驴肉捞出,做成肉泥备用;
(2)将红茶用棉布打包,与洗净的薏仁、黑米、绿豆一起,倒入锅中,加入适量的水,煮成粥后,将红茶包取出;
(3)将当归、燕窝、何首乌、雪莲花、白芍、西瓜叶、灯芯草用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液加热浓缩,得到中药浓缩液;
(4)将肉泥、粥、中药浓缩液均匀混合,将淀粉、食用盐、黑胡椒、芝麻油加入,充分搅拌均匀,做成火腿肠,置于锅中,隔水蒸熟即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种玫瑰驴肉火腿肠,以驴肉作为作原料,添加玫瑰、百合提取物,清香怡人,且具有一定的美容功效;同时在制作过程中,还特别添加当归、燕窝等具有益气补血的中药材的提取物,增加了本发明的美容功效,特别适合爱美女性食用,味道鲜美,与众不同。

一种玫瑰驴肉火腿肠,由以下重量份原料组成:驴肉160 Kg、淀粉100 Kg、玫瑰花35 Kg、百合花20 Kg、薏仁30 Kg、黑米50 Kg、绿豆30 Kg、红茶20 Kg、当归5 Kg、燕窝5 Kg、何首乌4 Kg、雪莲花4 Kg、白芍4 Kg、西瓜叶3 Kg、灯芯草3 Kg、食用盐20 Kg、黑胡椒20 Kg、芝麻油130 Kg、水适量。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种玫瑰驴肉香肠的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将驴肉洗净,切成块状,与玫瑰花、百合花一起置于高压锅内,煮1小时后,将驴肉捞出,做成肉泥备用;
(2)将红茶用棉布打包,与洗净的薏仁、黑米、绿豆一起,倒入锅中,加入适量的水,煮成粥后,将红茶包取出;

1.一种玫瑰驴肉火腿肠,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:驴肉160-180、淀粉100-120、玫瑰花35-40、百合花20-30、薏仁30-40、黑米50-60、绿豆30-35、红茶20-25、当归5-6、燕窝5-6、何首乌4-5、雪莲花4-5、白芍4-5、西瓜叶3-4、灯芯草3-4、食用盐20-50、黑胡椒20-30、芝麻油130-150、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种玫瑰驴肉香肠的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将驴肉洗净,切成块状,与玫瑰花、百合花一起置于高压锅内,煮1-2小时后,将驴肉捞出,做成肉泥备用;
(2)将红茶用棉布打包,与洗净的薏仁、黑米、绿豆一起,倒入锅中,加入适量的水,煮成粥后,将红茶包取出;
