本发明主要涉及方便面酱料及其制备方法技术领域,尤其涉及一种燕麦芦荟酱。
背景技术
方便面是人们在日常生活中,是一种代替主食的重要副食品,其味道鲜香可口,深受人们喜爱,主要是因为方便面中附带的酱料和粉料,而市场上现有的方便面酱料除了口感好,可以作为调味食用以外,并没有很高的营养价值。
发明内容
本发明为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种燕麦芦荟酱的制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种燕麦芦荟酱,由以下重量份原料:牛蒡酱45-55、辣椒酱58-65、燕麦20-30、芦荟20-30、芦笋15-20、核桃仁8-10、芒果干10-12、莱菔子2-3、积雪草2-3、桃花1-2、白茅根1-2、陈皮2-3、桑葚1-2、枸杞1-2、龙利叶1-2、可乐45-60、芝麻油130-140、薏仁油15-18、辣椒粉10-15、生姜末20-25、蒜泥15-20、水适量。
一种燕麦芦荟酱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将燕麦、芦荟、芦笋洗净,且将芦荟、芦笋切成块,然后与燕麦一起置于锅中,加入可乐,加热至燕麦煮熟,将燕麦、芦荟取出,做成燕麦芦荟泥;
(2)将芝麻油置于锅中,烧热后,将核桃仁、芒果干置于油中,炸焦后,将核桃仁、芒果干取出,碾成粉,得到核桃芒果粉,芝麻油回收再用;
(3)将莱菔子、积雪草、桃花、白茅根、陈皮、桑葚、枸杞、龙利叶用5-10倍量的水加热提取,将提取液喷雾干燥,得到中药粉;
(4)将配方中水以外的物料与燕麦芦荟泥、核桃芒果粉、芝麻油、中药粉合并,充分搅拌,混合均匀,再包装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种燕麦芦荟酱,制作工艺简单、环保,添加燕麦,增加了本发明酱的膳食纤维含量以及芦荟能够帮助人体排毒,并且为了增加本发明酱的美容效果,贴别添加桃花、桑葚等的提取物,能够起到一定的美容作用。

一种燕麦芦荟酱,由以下重量份(Kg)原料:牛蒡酱45、辣椒酱58、燕麦20、芦荟20、芦笋15、核桃仁8、芒果干10、莱菔子2、积雪草2-3、桃花1-2、白茅根1、陈皮2、桑葚1、枸杞1、龙利叶1、可乐45、芝麻油130、薏仁油15、辣椒粉10、生姜末20、蒜泥15、水适量。
一种燕麦芦荟酱的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将燕麦、芦荟、芦笋洗净,且将芦荟、芦笋切成块,然后与燕麦一起置于锅中,加入可乐,加热至燕麦煮熟,将燕麦、芦荟取出,做成燕麦芦荟泥;

1.一种燕麦芦荟酱,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料:牛蒡酱45-55、辣椒酱58-65、燕麦20-30、芦荟20-30、芦笋15-20、核桃仁8-10、芒果干10-12、莱菔子2-3、积雪草2-3、桃花1-2、白茅根1-2、陈皮2-3、桑葚1-2、枸杞1-2、龙利叶1-2、可乐45-60、芝麻油130-140、薏仁油15-18、辣椒粉10-15、生姜末20-25、蒜泥15-20、水适量。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种燕麦芦荟酱的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将燕麦、芦荟、芦笋洗净,且将芦荟、芦笋切成块,然后与燕麦一起置于锅中,加入可乐,加热至燕麦煮熟,将燕麦、芦荟取出,做成燕麦芦荟泥;
