    本发明主要涉及食品技术领域,尤其涉及一种清热解暑绿豆糕。
背景技术
    如今食品行业飞速发展,各种食品层出不穷,各种口味,各种原料的食品很是丰富,但是食品在注重口味的同时,忽略了食品的辅助疗效;特别是夏天的时候,都是直接用药物进行解暑,没有清热解暑的食品可供使用。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种清热解暑绿豆糕。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种清热解暑绿豆糕,由以下重量份原料组成:绿豆100-200、糯米粉20-30、藕粉5-10、莲子8-12、白砂糖50-100、蜂蜜10-20、啤酒花2-3、木锥花3-4、菊花2-3、冬瓜皮2-3、苦瓜5-6、黑皮根5-6、玫瑰花2-3、荷叶1-2、苦瓜叶1-2、芝麻油60-80、茶叶8-12、水适量。
一种清热解暑绿豆糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将所述重量份的茶叶加入适量的水煮沸,煮沸后滤去茶叶,将所述重量份的绿豆、莲子倒入茶叶水中,旺火煮沸,后改用小火煨炖1-2小时;
(2)将所述重量份的啤酒花、木锥花、菊花、冬瓜皮、苦瓜、黑皮根、玫瑰花、荷叶、苦瓜叶用5-10倍水浸提,浸提后进行喷雾干燥,干燥成中药粉末;
(3)将所述重量份的糯米粉、藕粉混合后,加入适量的水,搅拌均匀,边搅拌边加入所述重量份的白砂糖、蜂蜜、芝麻油;
(4)将上述煨炖好的绿豆、莲子捞出沥干水,压碎后,与上述的糯米粉、藕粉混合,并充分搅拌,待搅拌成面团后,停止搅拌;
(5)用上述的面团做成各种形状后,放入锅中,隔水蒸熟,冷却后包装即可。
本发明的优点是:本发明的一种清热解暑绿豆糕,口感滑腻,制作工艺环保,具有浓浓的茶香味,具有一定的醒神作用;同时加入的啤酒花、木锥花、菊花等中草药的有效成分,具有很好的清热解暑的功效,特别适合夏天食用。

一种清热解暑绿豆糕,由以下重量份原料组成:绿豆100Kg、糯米粉20 Kg、藕粉5 Kg、莲子8 Kg、白砂糖50 Kg、蜂蜜10 Kg、啤酒花2 Kg、木锥花3 Kg、菊花2 Kg、冬瓜皮2 Kg、苦瓜5 Kg、黑皮根5 Kg、玫瑰花2 Kg、荷叶1 Kg、苦瓜叶1 Kg、芝麻油60 Kg、茶叶8 Kg、水适量。
一种清热解暑绿豆糕的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

1.一种清热解暑绿豆糕,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料组成:
绿豆 100-200、糯米粉20-30、藕粉5-10、莲子8-12、白砂糖50-100、蜂蜜10-20、啤酒花2-3、木锥花3-4、菊花2-3、冬瓜皮 2-3、苦瓜 5-6、黑皮根 5-6、玫瑰花 2-3、荷叶 1-2、苦瓜叶 1-2、芝麻油 60-80、茶叶8-12、水适量;
制备方法为:(1)将所述重量份的茶叶加入适量的水煮沸,煮沸后滤去茶叶,将所述重量份的绿豆、莲子倒入茶叶水中,旺火煮沸,后改用小火煨炖 1-2 小时;
(2)将所述重量份的啤酒花、木锥花、菊花、冬瓜皮、苦瓜、黑皮根、玫瑰花、荷叶、苦瓜叶用 5-10 倍水浸提,浸提后进行喷雾干燥,干燥成中药粉末;
(3)将所述重量份的糯米粉、藕粉混合后,加入适量的水,搅拌均匀,边搅拌边加入所述重量份的白砂糖、蜂蜜、芝麻油 ;
(4)将煨炖好的绿豆、莲子捞出沥干水,压碎后,与步骤(3)经水、白砂糖、蜂蜜和芝麻油搅拌后的糯米粉、藕粉混合,并充分搅拌,待搅拌成面团后,停止搅拌;
(5)用上述的面团做成各种形状后,放入锅中,隔水蒸熟,冷却后包装即可。
