一种粗粮黑芝麻糊,其特征在于由以下重量份的原料制成:
黑芝麻80-90、小米20-25、黑米23-25、高梁15-20、燕麦10-12、麸皮超微粉2-3、馒头24-26、山楂粉3-4、猪肉粉4.5-6、青菜4-5、委陵菜3-4、合欢皮1-2、远志2-3、辽细辛2.5-4、莲须3-4、枳实4-6、青茶3-4、覆盆子1-2、桂花5-6、石榴酒5-6。
所述的粗粮黑芝麻糊的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
(1)将青菜、委陵菜加10-15%的水打浆,过滤除渣得到蔬菜汁;
(2)将馒头掰碎,均匀喷洒蔬菜汁,送入烘箱中烘干后出料,碾成粉末,与麸皮超微粉、山楂粉、猪肉粉混合,小火翻炒5-8分钟,得营养馒头粉;
(3)将合欢皮、远志、辽细辛、莲须、枳实、青茶、覆盆子、桂花用纱布包裹,与小米、黑米、高梁、燕麦加5-6倍的水大火煮沸,然后将纱布包裹的中药捞出,将粗粮粥打浆,所得粗粮浆与石榴酒合并;
(4)将黑芝麻小火炒香,加步骤(3)所得物料研磨匀质,小火熬膏,经冷冻干燥后研成粉末,与营养馒头粉混合均匀,即得。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明添加了多种粗粮,纤维含量高,克服了传统芝麻糊高热量、低膳食纤维的缺点,可调理肠胃,有助于消化;此外本发明添加了多种中草药,其中,合欢皮可解郁、和血、宁心、消痈肿,远志可安神益智、祛痰、消肿,辽细辛可祛风散寒、行水开窍,莲须可固肾涩精,覆盆子可补肝益肾、固精缩尿、明目;长期食用本发明可达到强身健体的功效。
具体实施方式
一种粗粮黑芝麻糊,其特征在于由以下重量份(公斤)的原料制成:黑芝麻90、小米25、黑米25、高梁20、燕麦12、麸皮超微粉3、馒头26、山楂粉3、猪肉粉6、青菜5、委陵菜4、合欢皮2、远志3、辽细辛2.5、莲须4、枳实6、青茶4、覆盆子2、桂花6、石榴酒5。
所述的粗粮黑芝麻糊的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将青菜、委陵菜加10-15%的水打浆,过滤除渣得到蔬菜汁;

制备方法为:(1)将青菜、委陵菜加10-15%的水打浆,过滤除渣得到蔬菜汁;
