现在社会的人们正处在一个快节奏的生活中,平常工作都比较忙,很少有时间锻炼和健康饮食,而且现在社会的肥胖人群也越来越多,人们在生活中经常性的饮食不合理、缺乏运动、作息不规律、睡眠不足、精神紧张等情况会导致亚健康问题,而且容易出现注意力不集中,皮肤衰老等问题。

以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种健康素食配方及制备方法,其配方简单,制备方便,能够补充人体体内需要的多种营养元素。

一种健康素食配方及制备方法,包括蜂蜜、绿豆、玉米、魔芋粉、蕨菜粉以及芝麻油,其中蜂蜜的重量百分含量为35-45%,绿豆的重量百分含量为18-22%,玉米的重量百分含量为18-22%,魔芋粉的重量百分含量为10-15%,蕨菜粉的重量百分含量为1.5-3%,所述芝麻油的重量百分含量为3-6%;
所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)首先将绿豆和玉米磨成粉,并通过100目筛进行过滤;
2)称取魔芋粉、蕨菜粉、蜂蜜、芝麻油以及步骤1)中制作而成的绿豆粉和玉米粉;
3)将步骤2)称取好的原料进行混合均匀;
4)往混合均匀的原料中加入芝麻油,并进行搅拌;
5)将蜂蜜加入到步骤4)制得的混合物中混合均匀;
6)往步骤5)制得的混合物中加入适当的清水,将原料混合成固体状并将制得的固体状原料分切进行蒸熟即可食用。

下面用具体实施例说明本发明,并不是对本发明的限制。
实施例一
一种健康素食配方及制备方法,包括蜂蜜、绿豆、玉米、魔芋粉、蕨菜粉以及芝麻油,其中蜂蜜的重量百分含量为35-45%,绿豆的重量百分含量为18-22%,玉米的重量百分含量为18-22%,魔芋粉的重量百分含量为10-15%,蕨菜粉的重量百分含量为1.5-3%,所述芝麻油的重量百分含量为3-6%;
所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)首先将绿豆和玉米磨成粉,并通过100目筛进行过滤;
2)称取魔芋粉12g、蕨菜粉2g、蜂蜜40g、芝麻油5g以及步骤1)中制作而成的绿豆粉20g和玉米粉20g;
3)将步骤2)称取好的原料进行混合均匀;
4)往混合均匀的原料中加入芝麻油,并进行搅拌;
5)将蜂蜜加入到步骤4)制得的混合物中混合均匀;
6)往步骤5)制得的混合物中加入适当的清水,将原料混合成固体状并将制得的固体状原料分切进行蒸熟即可食用。

2)称取魔芋粉42g、蕨菜粉1.5g、蜂蜜42g、芝麻油3.5g以及步骤1)中制作而成的绿豆粉18g和玉米粉22g;
3)将步骤2)称取好的原料进行混合均匀;
4)往混合均匀的原料中加入芝麻油,并进行搅拌;
5)将蜂蜜加入到步骤4)制得的混合物中混合均匀;
6)往步骤5)制得的混合物中加入适当的清水,将原料混合成固体状并将制得的固体状原料分切进行蒸熟即可食用。
