本发明公开了一种适宜中老年群体食用的富硒蛋白粉,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:蛋白粉95-100,硒0.005-0.01,核桃粉1-2,玫瑰花花粉0.1-0.5,养生花草豆浆粉5-8;本发明温补肝贤,理气健脾化痰,润肺安神益智,养生抗老,益寿延年,金莲花具有清热解毒、养肝明目和提神的功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品领域,确切地说是一种适宜中老年群体食用的富硒蛋白粉及其生产方法。
背景技术
所谓蛋白粉,一般是采用提纯的大豆蛋白、或酪蛋白、或乳清蛋白、或上述几种蛋白的组合体,构成的粉剂,其用途是为缺乏蛋白质的人补充蛋白质。对于健康人而言,只要坚持正常饮食,蛋白质缺乏这种情况一般不会发生。奶类、蛋类、肉类、大豆、小麦和玉米含必需氨基酸种类齐全、数量充足、比例适当。只要坚持食物丰富多样,就完全能满足人体对蛋白质的需要,没有必要再补充蛋白质粉。而且,食物带给人的心理享受和感官刺激,是蛋白质粉所不能替代的。蛋白质摄入过多,不但是一种浪费,而且对人体健康也是有危害的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种适宜中老年群体食用的富硒蛋白粉及其生产方法。
上述目的通过以下方案实现:
一种适宜中老年群体食用的富硒蛋白粉,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:蛋白粉95-100,硒0.005-0.01,核桃粉1-2,玫瑰花花粉0.1-0.5,养生花草豆浆粉5-8;
所述的养生花草豆浆粉由下述重量份的原料制得:黄豆48-55,黄芪0.4-0.8,黄精1-2,花生1-2,虫草花2-3,金莲花1-2,桔梗1-2,柠檬草1-2。
所述的一种适宜中老年群体食用的富硒蛋白粉,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
(1)将黄芪于白醋中浸泡6-8小时后,洗净,与黄精混匀后,蒸熟,蒸锅下层的水用葡萄酒替换,蒸熟后,冷却,磨成泥,得中药泥备用;
(2)取黄豆、花生、虫草花、金莲花、桔梗、柠檬草按重量份混匀,加入占原料总重量4-6倍的水,于90-110℃下煎煮30-50分钟后,磨浆,过滤去渣后,加入中药泥,搅拌均匀后,喷雾干燥,即得养生花草豆浆粉;
(3)将养生花草豆浆粉、蛋白粉、以及其他所有原料混匀后,即得。
所述的硒为酵母硒。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明温补肝贤,理气健脾化痰,润肺安神益智,养生抗老,益寿延年,金莲花具有清热解毒、养肝明目和提神的功效。
2、虫草花的功效 (1)、能平喘止咳,对肺气肿、气管炎有较好疗效; (2)、具有壮阳补肾,增强体力、精力、提高大脑记忆力的功效; (3)、能明显降低血糖、尿糖;对糖尿病患者有明显疗效; (4)、对心、脑血管的作用:降低血压、颅压,缓解高血压、脑血栓、冠心病、手足麻木等病症; (5)、抗菌、抗炎、抗癌、抑癌、能明显增强机体免疫功能; (6)、润肌护肤美容,尤其可快速消除"蝴蝶"斑。 (7)、调节内分泌与免疫系统,抗衰老作用。 (8)、抗缺氧、抗疲劳,提高运动能力。 (9)、治疗久咳虚喘,劳嗽咯血、阳痿遗精,腰膝酸软等病症。
具体实施方式
一种适宜中老年群体食用的富硒蛋白粉,其是由下述重量g的原料制得:蛋白粉98,硒0.01,核桃粉2,玫瑰花花粉0.4,养生花草豆浆粉7;所述的硒为酵母硒。
所述的养生花草豆浆粉由下述重量g的原料制得:黄豆55,黄芪0.8,黄精2,花生2,虫草花2,金莲花2,桔梗2,柠檬草2。
所述的一种适宜中老年群体食用的富硒蛋白粉,
制备方法为:
(1)将黄芪于白醋中浸泡8小时后,洗净,与黄精混匀后,蒸熟,蒸锅下层的水用葡萄酒替换,蒸熟后,冷却,磨成泥,得中药泥备用;
(2)取黄豆、花生、虫草花、金莲花、桔梗、柠檬草按重量份混匀,加入占原料总重量5倍的水,于110℃下煎煮50分钟后,磨浆,过滤去渣后,加入中药泥,搅拌均匀后,喷雾干燥,即得养生花草豆浆粉;
(3)将养生花草豆浆粉、蛋白粉、以及其他所有原料混匀后,即得。

1.一种适宜中老年群体食用的富硒蛋白粉,其特征在于:其是由下述重量份的原料制得:蛋白粉95-100,硒0.005-0.01,核桃粉1-2,玫瑰花花粉0.1-0.5,养生花草豆浆粉5-8;
所述的养生花草豆浆粉由下述重量份的原料制得:黄豆48-55,黄芪0.4-0.8,黄精1-2,花生1-2,虫草花2-3,金莲花1-2,桔梗1-2,柠檬草1-2。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种适宜中老年群体食用的富硒蛋白粉,其特征在于:
制备方法为:
