技术领域
本发明涉及一种饮料,具体是一种保健玉米饮料,属于饮料加工领域。
背景技术
玉米,学名玉蜀黍,俗称米、苞谷、玉米棒子,属于禾本科玉蜀黍族玉蜀黍属玉米种,是我国三大粮食之一。玉米素有长寿食品的美称,含有丰富的蛋白质、脂肪、维生素、微量元素、纤维素及多糖等。据研究测定,每100克玉米含热量106千卡、纤维素2.9克、蛋白质4.0克、脂肪1.2克、碳水化合物22.8克,另含矿物质元素和维生素等。其中玉米中含有的粗纤维,比精米、精面高4-10倍。玉米中还含有大量镁,镁可加强肠壁蠕动,促进机体废物的排泄。玉米具有健脾开胃,抗衰老,防止便秘、动脉硬化,美肤护肤、降糖、防癌、减肥等功效,是开发高营养、高生物学功能、绿色养生食品的上好原料。目前市场供应的玉米加工产品有玉米面条、玉米汁、玉米饮料、玉米饲料、玉米饼等,品种繁多,其中属玉米饮料居多。但现有技术的玉米饮料都是由玉米粒或玉米浆汁、糖、稳定剂、酸味剂等配料加工而成,制得的玉米饮料有浓郁的玉米香味,但在口味上和实际组成成分上没有太多创新,保健功效不明显,缺乏科学合理、营养平衡。
发明内容
针对上述的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种味道独特、营养丰富,有健脾开胃、降血糖、清热降火作用的保健玉米饮料。
为解决上述问题,本发明通过以下技术方案实现:
一种保健玉米饮料,是由以下重量配比的原料制成:
玉米粒2~10%、薏米0.8~5%、玉米须汁8~20%、柠檬汁0.01~0.15%、中药浓缩液0.5~8%、甜味剂2~15%、柠檬酸0.05~0.2%、稳定剂0.1~0.6%、余量为水;其中每100重量份的中药浓缩液含有芦根7~20份、决明子1~5份、菊花3~12份、天门冬1~8份、车前草1~7份。
进一步地,所述的保健玉米饮料,是由以下重量配比的原料制成:
玉米粒3~8%、薏米1~3.5%、玉米须汁10~18%、柠檬汁0.02~0.1%、中药浓缩液1~5%、甜味剂4~11%、柠檬酸0.08~0.15%、稳定剂0.2~0.5%、余量为水;其中每100重量份的中药浓缩液含有芦根8~15份、决明子1~3份、菊花5~10份、天门冬2~7份、车前草1~5份。
上述方案中,优选地,所述甜味剂为红糖、白糖或木糖醇中的任意一种。
上述方案中,优选地,所述稳定剂为羧甲基纤维素、黄原胶中的任意一种或两种。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明与传统玉米饮料的配方相比,除了采用玉米,还采用了薏米、玉米须汁、柠檬汁和中药浓缩液,再加入甜味剂、稳定剂、柠檬酸制备而成。玉米须有性平、味甘,归膀胱、肝、胆经,含脂肪油、挥发油、树脂、苦味糖甙、皂甙、生物碱等化学成分,具有利尿、降血糖、利胆止血等作用;而含有芦根、决明子、菊花、天门冬、车前草的中药浓缩液各组分功效相互协同,具有清热降火、利尿消肿功效。本发明采用了这些原理制得的玉米饮料不仅有玉米营养及浓郁味道,还有健脾开胃、降血糖、清热降火的作用,有益于养生保健的老年人饮用。
2、本发明加入的柠檬汁为天然原料,使得柠檬酸的加入量减少,减少了食品添加剂的使用量,更加绿色健康。

玉米粒5%、薏米2%、玉米须汁15%、柠檬汁0.07%、中药浓缩液3%、木糖醇8%、柠檬酸0.1%、黄原胶0.3%、余量为水;其中每100重量份的中药浓缩液含有芦根12份、决明子2份、菊花8份、天门冬5份、车前草3份。

一种保健玉米饮料,是由以下重量配比的原料制成:
玉米粒8%、薏米3.5%、玉米须汁18%、柠檬汁0.1%、中药浓缩液5%、白糖11%、柠檬酸0.15%、稳定剂0.5%、余量为水;其中每100重量份的中药浓缩液含有芦根15份、决明子3份、菊花10份、天门冬7份、车前草5份;所述稳定剂为羧甲基纤维素和黄原胶。
