Abstract

本发明公开了一种自密封中线蝶阀,包括阀体,阀体内设有流体通道,流体通道内设有外表面包覆有弹性密封层的阀板,阀板上部与转动连接在阀体上的驱动轴动力相连,阀板下部与连接在阀体上的支撑轴转动连接,阀板两端面外缘的弹性密封层均轴向外凸,从而形成能与流体通道内壁贴合的两道环唇;所述环唇自外向内逐渐变厚,从而使所述环唇的内环面为倾斜面。该结构的中线蝶阀密封效果好,启闭灵活,使用寿命长。

Description

自密封中线蝶阀
技术领域
本发明涉及一种自密封中线蝶阀。
背景技术
现有的中线蝶阀包括阀体,阀体内设有流体通道,流体通道内设有外表面包覆有弹性密封层的阀板,阀板上部与转动连接在阀体上的驱动轴动力相连,阀板下部与连接在阀体上的支撑轴转动连接。通过驱动轴驱动阀板以驱动轴和支撑轴的轴线为中心进行转动来完成开启和关闭,通过阀板和流体通道内壁对包覆在阀板外周面上的弹性密封层的挤压使之发生弹性变形来实现关闭时的密封。上述结构的中线蝶阀,主要存在以下缺点:一是对阀体和阀轴的刚性要求比较高,若阀体的刚性不足,则会在流体压力的作用下发生变形,导致阀体与阀板接触不严而造成泄漏,若阀轴刚性不足,在流体压力的作用下,阀板则会沿流体通道的轴向产生位移,而造成阀门泄漏;为了提高阀体和阀轴刚性,势必要加大阀体和阀轴的材料用量,从而造成阀体和阀轴的重量大,导致制作成本高。二是由于弹性密封层受压较大,不但导致阀门启闭扭矩大,而且使得弹性密封层的磨损加重,使得阀门的使用寿命短,更不适合启闭频繁的管道系统,另外由于阀板的自重,也加剧了磨损和启闭的困难程度。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题之一是针对上述缺陷一,提供一种对阀体和阀轴刚性要求不高、可有效减小阀体和阀轴重量、降低制作成本且密封效果好的自密封中线蝶阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的自密封中线蝶阀,包括阀体,阀体内设有流体通道,流体通道内设有外表面包覆有弹性密封层的阀板,阀板上部与转动连接在阀体上的驱动轴动力相连,阀板下部与连接在阀体上的支撑轴转动连接,其结构特点在于所述阀板两端面外缘的弹性密封层均轴向外凸,从而形成能与流体通道内壁贴合的两道环唇;所述环唇自外向内逐渐变厚,从而使所述环唇的内环面为倾斜面。
上述结构的中线蝶阀,外表面包覆有弹性密封层的阀板与流体通道采用微量过盈配合,可以满足流体的低压密封,随着流体通道内流体压力的逐步增高,流体挤压环唇,由于环唇的内环面为倾斜面,环唇受流体挤压后产生径向分力,从而使环唇与流体通道内壁紧密贴合,形成自密封,因而本发明的密封效果好。不但如此,由于环唇在流体压力的作用下可以实现自密封,即使阀体和阀轴的轻微变形,环唇也会在流体压力的作用下也会与流体通道内壁紧密贴合,因此,在满足阀体和阀轴强度的前提下,可适当降低刚度要求,即适当减小阀体的壁厚和阀轴的直径,以达到节约材料、降低生产成本之目的。
本发明要解决的技术问题之二是针对上述缺陷二,提供一种启闭扭矩小、能进一步减小弹性密封层的磨损、阀门使用寿命长且适合启闭频繁的管道系统使用的自密封中线蝶阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,在上述技术方案的基础上,做了如下改进:所述阀板上部设有用于与驱动轴连接的上膨大部,阀板下部设有用于与支撑轴连接的下膨大部,上膨大部的下表面与下膨大部的上表面相对设置且上膨大部下表面的面积大于下膨大部上表面的面积。
改进后的自密封中线蝶阀,由于上膨大部的下表面与下膨大部的上表面相对设置且上膨大部下表面的面积大于下膨大部上表面的面积,流体作用于上膨大部下表面上的压力要比流体作用于下膨大部上表面上压力大,即存在压力差,该压力差可有效抵减阀板的自重,使阀板获得向驱动轴方向浮起的效果,因此,不但可以减小由于阀板自重带来的弹性密封层的磨损,从而延长了阀门的使用寿命,而且开可以减小启闭扭矩,使得阀门的开启灵活。
为了材料的易得,所述弹性密封层为橡胶层或聚四氟乙烯层。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:1、可实现自密封、密封效果好;2、对阀体和阀轴的刚度要求不高,可减小阀体的壁厚和阀轴的直径,节约了材料和降低了生产成本;3、启闭转矩小,启闭灵活,磨损小,阀门使用寿命长;4、可用于启闭频繁的管道系统。

具体实施方式
参照图1,本发明所提供的自密封中线蝶阀包括阀体1,阀体内设有流体通道2,流体通道2内设有外表面包覆有弹性密封层3的阀板4,所述弹性密封层3为橡胶层或聚四氟乙烯层。阀板4上部与转动连接在阀体1上的驱动轴5动力相连,驱动轴5的转动可驱使阀板4转动以实现阀门的启闭,阀板4下部与连接在阀体上的支撑轴6转动连接。驱动轴5和支撑轴6与阀体1均采用密封措施进行装配,该密封措施为公知技术,例如可以采用在驱动轴5和支撑轴6套装密封圈的方式以实现其与阀体1的密封配合。
参照图1-5,所述阀板4两端面外缘的弹性密封层3均轴向外凸,从而形成能与流体通道2内壁贴合的两道环唇7;所述环唇7自外向内逐渐变厚,从而使所述环唇7的内环面8为倾斜面。所述阀板4上部设有用于与驱动轴5连接的上膨大部9,阀板4下部设有用于与支撑轴6连接的下膨大部10,上膨大部9的下表面与下膨大部10的上表面相对设置且上膨大部9下表面的面积大于下膨大部10上表面的面积。

Claims (3)

1.一种自密封中线蝶阀,包括阀体(1),阀体内设有流体通道(2),流体通道(2)内设有外表面包覆有弹性密封层(3)的阀板(4),阀板(4)上部与转动连接在阀体(1)上的驱动轴(5)动力相连,阀板(4)下部与连接在阀体上的支撑轴(6)转动连接,其特征在于所述阀板(4)两端面外缘的弹性密封层(3)均轴向外凸,从而形成能与流体通道(2)内壁贴合的两道环唇(7);所述环唇(7)自外向内逐渐变厚,从而使所述环唇(7)的内环面(8)为倾斜面。
2.如权利要求1所述的自密封中线蝶阀,其特征在于所述阀板(4)上部设有用于与驱动轴(5)连接的上膨大部(9),阀板(4)下部设有用于与支撑轴(6)连接的下膨大部(10),上膨大部(9)的下表面与下膨大部(10)的上表面相对设置且上膨大部(9)下表面的面积大于下膨大部(10)上表面的面积。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的自密封中线蝶阀,其特征在于所述弹性密封层(3)为橡胶层或聚四氟乙烯层。
