Abstract

本发明涉及一种密封蝶阀的高效密封结构,包括阀体、阀杆和阀板,阀板外包裹密封橡胶层,在阀体上两侧对称制有的安装孔外缘一体制有弧面密封台,密封台内缘与阀板的圆形阀板外缘的橡胶密封相接,在两个密封台之间的阀体内壁上制有一密封环面,密封环面内表面的为弧面,当阀板转动时,沿着阀板转动的两个方向分别制有延伸的弧面密封面,在阀板与阀体的密封面上制有径向环形凹槽。本密封结构由于弧面密封面相对于阀体而言,在密封面两侧对应的阀体上制有一凸台,凸台能够对流过该处的液体起到一定的缓冲作用,减小流体对阀板和阀体的瞬间冲击力,降低阀体内部的磨损,延长阀体的密封寿命,保证密封效果。

技术领域
本发明属于阀门领域,尤其是一种密封蝶阀的高效密封结构。
背景技术
蝶阀的蝶板安装于管道的直径方向。蝶阀结构简单、体积小、重量轻,只由少数几个零件组成,而且只需旋转90°即可快速启闭,操作简单,同时该阀门具有良好的流体控制特性。蝶阀处于完全开启位置时,蝶板厚度是介质流经阀体时唯一的阻力,因此通过该阀门所产生的压力降很小,故具有较好的流量控制特性。
现有的蝶阀阀体一般采用阀体挂胶的密封方式,金属阀板通过旋转对阀体内的内衬进行挤压,实现密封,阀板与阀体接触的部位为一体制在阀体上的圆环,阀板与阀体直接为线密封或者面密封。
据检索,与本申请类似的现有专利文献公开内容如下:
CN205089990U一种安装多介质阀座的中线蝶阀,包括阀体、阀杆、碟板、多介质阀座以及挡圈,阀体内制有横向的流道,在阀体内流道中部竖直安装有一阀杆,在阀体内的阀杆下部安装有一碟板,其特征在于:阀体的流道内同轴嵌装有一多介质阀座,在多介质阀座外侧同轴固装有一挡圈。
CN203488733U一种高强度挂胶蝶阀,包括阀体、阀座、阀轴和阀板,阀座制于阀体内,阀板通过阀轴活动安装于阀座内,其特征在于:所述阀体两侧外壁上对称沿外壁向下制有一与外壁外形相吻合的弧形加强筋,所述阀座外表面固装一橡胶层。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种密封结构新颖、耐压力强的蝶阀的密封结构。
本发明为解决技术问题采用如下技术方案:
一种密封蝶阀的高效密封结构,包括阀体、阀杆和阀板,阀杆通过设置在阀体上两侧对称制有的安装孔径向密封铰装在阀体的阀孔内,阀板通过阀杆活动安装于阀体,阀板外包裹密封橡胶层,在阀体上两侧对称制有的安装孔外缘一体制有弧面密封台,密封台内缘与阀板的圆形阀板外缘的橡胶密封相接,在两个密封台之间的阀体内壁上制有一密封环面,密封环面内表面的为弧面,当阀板转动时,沿着阀板转动的两个方向分别制有延伸的弧面密封面,在与阀体密封的阀板的密封面上制有径向环形凹槽。
而且,阀杆与阀体之间设置密封圈。
而且,在阀体的两侧连接面硫化橡胶层。
本发明的积极效果如下:
本申请在阀板与阀体的密封面上制有径向环形凹槽,这个凹槽能够在阀门密封的时候产生一个微小的形变量,形变后产生一个反弹的应力,大大提高的密封性。
本发明提供的蝶阀的密封结构实现阀板密封面的弧面密封,由于弧面密封面相对于阀体而言,在密封面两侧对应的阀体上制有一凸台,凸台能够对流过该处的液体起到一定的缓冲作用,减小流体对阀板和阀体的瞬间冲击力,降低阀体内部的磨损,延长阀体的密封寿命,保证密封效果,经过实际检测,密封压力能够达到30-32kg。
本发明提供的蝶阀的密封结构为阀板的弧面密封,弧面能够减小阀板在转动的摩擦,减小阀板转动时的阻力,降低阀杆的承载力,延长阀门的使用时间。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图并通过具体实施例对本发明作进一步详述,以下实施例只是描述性的,不是限定性的,不能以此限定本发明的保护范围。
一种蝶阀的密封结构,如图1-3所示,包括阀体1、阀杆6和阀板4,阀杆通过设置在阀体上两侧对称制有的安装孔径向密封铰装在阀体的阀孔内,阀板通过阀杆活动安装于阀体,通过转动阀杆,带动阀板转动,控制阀体的流体通道的开启和关闭。
本使用新型的创新之处在于:
1、本申请中阀板外包裹密封橡胶层,首次实用了阀板挂胶而阀体不挂胶的形式。
2、在阀体上两侧对称制有的安装孔外缘一体制有弧面密封台2,密封台内缘与阀板的圆形阀板外缘的橡胶密封相接,在两个密封台之间的阀体内壁上制有一密封环面3,密封环面内表面的为弧面,当阀板转动时,沿着阀板转动的两个方向分别制有延伸的弧面密封面。
3、在与阀体密封的阀板的密封面上制有径向环形凹槽5,这个凹槽能够在阀门密封的时候产生一个微小的形变量,形变后产生一个反弹的应力,大大提高的密封性。
为了增加密封性能,本申请中阀杆与阀体之间设置密封圈。
为了增加阀门的连接密封性,可以在阀体的两侧连接面硫化橡胶层。
本发明提供的蝶阀的密封结构的密封面为弧面,与现有的阀体的密封性相比,密封面更宽,当阀板有微小转动时,阀板依然处于全密封的状态,有效保证了密封效果。

1.一种密封蝶阀的高效密封结构,包括阀体、阀杆和阀板,阀杆通过设置在阀体上两侧对称制有的安装孔径向密封铰装在阀体的阀孔内,阀板通过阀杆活动安装于阀体,其特征在于:阀板外包裹密封橡胶层,在阀体上两侧对称制有的安装孔外缘一体制有弧面密封台,密封台内缘与阀板的圆形阀板外缘的橡胶密封相接,在两个密封台之间的阀体内壁上制有一密封环面,密封环面内表面的为弧面,当阀板转动时,沿着阀板转动的两个方向分别制有延伸的弧面密封面,在与阀体密封的阀板的密封面上制有径向环形凹槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封蝶阀的高效密封结构,其特征在于:阀杆与阀体之间设置密封圈。
3.根据权利要求1所述的密封蝶阀的高效密封结构,其特征在于:在阀体的两侧连接面硫化橡胶层。
