Description
図1は、本発明の実施形態によるバタフライ弁10の正面部分断面図であって、弁体30が流路を閉鎖している状態を示している。このバタフライ弁10は、上下2箇所に突出部を有するが概ね環状の本体11と、円板状の弁体30と、回転軸線R上に配置された上側の第1弁軸13及び下側の第2弁軸14と、本体11と弁体30との間をシールする略円筒状のシートリング12と、複数のOリング16が装着されて弁軸の各々に外挿された合成樹脂製のブッシュ15と、上側の第1弁軸13に連結されたハンドル部17と、それに連結された歯車機構部18と、本体11の底部に配置されて下側の第2弁軸14を支持する弁軸ホルダ19とを主要な構成要素として具備する。なお、図1ではハンドル部17と歯車機構部18は断面にされていない。

Claims (8)
- 本体と、弁軸と、前記本体に対して回転可能な弁体とを具備するバタフライ弁であって、
前記弁体は、芯材と、前記芯材を包囲して該弁体の輪郭を形成する合成樹脂材料からなる輪郭形成部材とから一体的に形成されたものであって、前記弁軸を支持する軸受穴を有しており、
前記輪郭形成部材は、前記軸受穴の内周面の少なくとも一部を形成する軸受内周部を有しており、
前記輪郭形成部材は、前記軸受内周部も含めて連続的に形成されており、
前記芯材が、前記輪郭形成部材の前記軸受内周部を、前記弁体の回転軸線の半径方向外側から支持する軸受補強部を有しており、
前記芯材が、前記回転軸線に沿って延びる棒状の中心部と、前記回転軸線を含む平面に概ね沿って前記棒状の中心部の両側で延びる主補強部と、前記軸受補強部とを有しており、
前記主補強部が格子状に形成されている、バタフライ弁。 - 前記芯材の前記軸受補強部が、該軸受補強部の内周面と外周面とを連通する貫通穴を有する、請求項1に記載のバタフライ弁。
- 前記芯材の前記軸受補強部が、該軸受補強部の内周面と外周面とを連通する切欠き部を有する、請求項1に記載のバタフライ弁。
- 前記芯材の前記軸受補強部が、該軸受補強部の前記回転軸線方向の端面を起点としてほぼ前記回転軸線方向に延びる溝を該軸受補強部の内周面に有する、請求項1に記載のバタフライ弁。
- 前記芯材の前記軸受補強部が、該軸受補強部の前記回転軸線方向の端面に向かうにつれて連続的又は段階的に拡径している、請求項1に記載のバタフライ弁。
- 前記輪郭形成部材の前記軸受内周部の肉厚が、前記芯材の前記軸受補強部より外周側の前記輪郭形成部材の部分の肉厚よりも小である、請求項2〜5のいずれか一項に記載のバタフライ弁。
- 前記輪郭形成部材の前記軸受内周部と前記弁軸との間に、あるいは前記軸受内周部と前記弁軸に外挿されたブッシュとの間に、シール部材が配置されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のバタフライ弁。
- 前記芯材が鋳造品として形成されたものであり、
前記芯材が、鋳ぐるみされたパイプ部材を前記棒状の中心部の内部に含んでおり、
前記パイプ部材が前記芯材よりも硬質な材料からなるものである、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のバタフライ弁。
