Abstract

Perfeccionamientos en los conjuntos de válvula de mariposa, del tipo que comprende un cuerpo fijo de válvula que tiene una abertura de paso axial para la circulación de fluido, un elemento valvular rotativo adaptado para abrir completamente, abrir parcialmente y cerrar completamente dicha abertura de paso y un asiento anular de válvula compuesto de una capa protectora interior de fluorresina y una capa exterior de refuerzo de caucho o su equivalente, caracterizado porque dicho conjunto de válvula comprende al menos dos ranuras anulares paralelas en la superficie que mira radialmente hacia afuera de dicha capa elastomérica que tiene una sección transversal substancialmente acanalada que abarca una parte substancial del cuerpo de la válvula cuando el asiento anular de válvula está unido en posición al cuerpo de la válvula, estando interrumpidas dichas ranuras anulares en la proximidad de aberturas en el elemento de asiento de válvula que reciben un vástago para dicho elemento valvular.
