Abstract
本发明涉及一种超低温蝶阀,包括阀体、蝶板、轴向限位块、阀杆、阀盖、下端盖,所述阀体两端的轴孔向通道方向分别设有轴向限位孔,所述蝶板的轴孔两端设有轴向限位平台,所述轴向限位块分别安装于阀体两端的轴向限位孔与蝶板两端轴向限位平台之间,所述阀杆的尾端为自由端,阀杆的头部设有防飞出台阶,阀盖的内侧设有防飞出台阶,所述下端盖与阀杆之间设有导静电弹簧。本发明有益效果是,消除因冷缩导致蝶阀发生卡涩甚至无法启闭现象,以及消除静电安全隐患。

技术领域
本发明及一种超低温蝶阀。
背景技术
现有技术的超低温蝶阀通常在阀杆尾端采用对开圆环或限位块对阀杆进行轴向限位。此种结构在超低温下,由于阀杆轴向收缩向阀杆尾端收缩,加之超低温蝶阀要求阀门安装时阀杆处于垂直方向,阀杆和蝶板采用销轴连接,在蝶板及阀杆重力作用下,蝶板密封圈的回转中心不再和阀体上阀座密封圈的回转中心同心,而是蝶板密封圈的回转中心下移,导致阀门在关闭时发生卡涩现象,更有甚者是导致阀门无法实现关闭功能,最终对使用工况如LNG接收站存在一定的安全隐患风险。此外,现有技术的LNG接收站用蝶阀没有导静电结构设计,由于阀杆轴向密封采用非金属高分子材料,在阀门在启闭时因阀杆和高分子填料产生的摩擦会生成静电,如果不能及时将静电导走,存在潜在的安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种防止阀门在启闭时发生卡涩、静电的一种超低温蝶阀。
为解决上述技术,本发明所采用的技术方案是:一种超低温蝶阀,包括阀体、蝶板、轴向限位块、阀杆、阀盖、下端盖,所述阀体两端的轴孔向通道方向分别设有轴向限位孔,所述蝶板的轴孔两端设有轴向限位平台,所述轴向限位块分别安装于阀体两端的轴向限位孔与蝶板两端轴向限位平台之间,对蝶板进行轴向限位。
进一步地,所述阀杆的尾端为自由端,阀杆的头部设有防飞出台阶,阀盖的内侧设有防飞出台阶。
进一步地,所述阀杆的头部防飞出台阶与阀盖的内侧防飞出台阶的间隙为4~6mm。
进一步地,所述下端盖与阀杆之间设有导静电弹簧。
采用上述技术方案有益效果是,对蝶板进行了轴向限位,阀杆收缩时向轴向限位块方向进行收缩,消除因冷缩导致蝶阀发生卡涩甚至无法启闭现象,通过导静电弹簧将静电导向下端盖,进而经现场导静电装置导入大地,消除静电安全隐患。

如图所示,一种超低温蝶阀,包括阀体、蝶板、轴向限位块、阀杆、阀盖、下端盖,所述阀体两端的轴孔向通道方向分别设有轴向限位孔,所述蝶板的轴孔两端设有轴向限位平台,所述轴向限位块分别安装于阀体两端的轴向限位孔与蝶板两端轴向限位平台之间,对蝶板进行轴向限位,所述阀杆的尾端为自由端,阀杆的头部设有防飞出台阶,阀盖的内侧设有防飞出台阶,所述阀杆的头部防飞出台阶与阀盖的内侧防飞出台阶的间隙为4~6mm,所述下端盖与阀杆之间设有导静电弹簧。
Claims (4)
1.一种超低温蝶阀,包括阀体、蝶板、轴向限位块、阀杆、阀盖、下端盖,其特征在于,所述阀体两端的轴孔向通道方向分别设有轴向限位孔,所述蝶板的轴孔两端设有轴向限位平台,所述轴向限位块分别安装于阀体两端的轴向限位孔与蝶板两端轴向限位平台之间,对蝶板进行轴向限位。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种超低温蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆的尾端为自由端,阀杆的头部设有防飞出台阶,阀盖的内侧设有防飞出台阶。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种超低温蝶阀,其特征在于,所述阀杆的头部防飞出台阶与阀盖的内侧防飞出台阶的间隙为4~6mm。
4.如权利要求1~3任意一项所述的一种超低温蝶阀,其特征在于,所述下端盖与阀杆之间设有导静电弹簧。
