本发明公开了一种金属蝶阀,包括有阀体和阀杆,阀体内腔内设有密封配合的蝶板与阀座以及位于蝶板左、右两侧的进口腔与出口腔,且蝶板可偏心转动设置,相应的蝶板与阀座的密封面为匹配的斜面,阀杆可转动穿设于阀体上,阀杆上端与驱动装置传动相连,阀杆下段与蝶板传动相连,其特征在于:蝶板位于出口侧的板面上设有防漏装置,防漏装置包括有箱体,箱体内设有活塞、塞杆、活塞腔、弹簧腔、通气槽、顶杆、引压孔一和引压孔二,塞杆外端可密封移动穿设于箱体上,且塞杆外端设有杆斜面,塞杆内端与活塞相连,活塞可移动设置在活塞腔内,活塞腔与出口腔通过引压孔一连通;阀体内腔的左侧壁上设有体斜面,当塞杆伸出箱体时,杆斜面与体斜面压紧配合。

技术领域
本发明涉及蝶阀的改进发明,尤其涉及一种金属蝶阀的改进发明。
背景技术
蝶阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业。
现有三偏心结构的蝶阀,在使用时只具有单向密封性好,如果介质从该阀的进口侧进入蝶阀内腔,则该阀在关闭时,进口侧的介质推动蝶板压紧阀座,密封面处密封比压增加,具有很好的密封性,如果介质从该阀的出口侧进入蝶阀内腔时,出口侧的介质给蝶板一个反向的作用力,使密封面处的密封比压减小,则该阀无法保持密封。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有双向密封、安装方便的金属蝶阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:该种金属蝶阀,包括有阀体和阀杆,所述阀体内腔内设有密封配合的蝶板与阀座以及位于蝶板左、右两侧的进口腔与出口腔,且蝶板可偏心转动设置,相应的蝶板与阀座的密封面为匹配的斜面,所述阀杆可转动穿设于阀体上,阀杆上端与驱动装置传动相连,阀杆下段与蝶板传动相连,相应的蝶板位于进口侧的板面上设有凸耳,阀杆下段穿设于该凸耳上,且阀杆与凸耳通过防转销固定相连,其特征在于:所述蝶板位于出口侧的板面上设有防漏装置,防漏装置包括有箱体,箱体内设有活塞、塞杆、活塞腔、弹簧腔、通气槽、顶杆、引压孔一和引压孔二,塞杆外端可密封移动穿设于箱体上,且塞杆外端设有杆斜面,塞杆内端与活塞相连,该活塞可移动设置在活塞腔内,活塞腔与出口腔通过引压孔一连通,且活塞外侧配设有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧安装于弹簧腔内,弹簧腔与通气槽连通,所述顶杆设置在通气槽内与塞杆联动;所述凸耳上设有弧形滑槽和呼吸孔,滑槽一端与出口腔通过引压孔二连通,滑槽另一端与进口腔通过呼吸孔连通,滑槽内设有切换块和卡板,切换块可密封转动设置在滑槽内,且切换块与顶杆内端传动配合,相应的滑槽与通气槽相连通,切换块还配设有切换弹簧,通气槽与引压孔二由切换块控制连通,所述卡板可上下移动调节设置在滑槽内,位于低位的卡板限制切换块转动,位于高位的卡板密封呼吸孔;所述阀体内腔的左侧壁上设有体斜面,当塞杆伸出箱体时,杆斜面与体斜面压紧配合。
所述卡板上设有限位部、密封部和溢流孔,所述限位部与密封部上下分布,当所述卡板位于低位时,限位部与切换块限位配合,且溢流孔连通呼吸孔与通气槽,当所述卡板位于高位时,密封部与呼吸孔密封配合。
所述阀体上方设有提升装置,该提升装置与卡板上端传动相连。
所述提升装置包括有安装座,安装座上设有扳手、提升圈和提升板,所述卡板上端与提升板传动相连,且卡板上配设有复位弹簧,所述提升圈由铰接于安装座上的扳手驱动升降,且提升圈位于提升板下方与之联动。
所述蝶板的密封面上设有密封圈,蝶板两侧安装有进压板与出压板,密封圈固定于进压板与出压板之间。
本发明的有益效果是改进后的金属蝶阀,当介质从该阀的出口侧进入蝶阀内腔时,能推动塞杆的杆斜面压紧体斜面,使蝶板压紧阀座,使蝶板与阀座之间的密封面处的密封比压增加,密封性好,因此,介质不论从哪端进入蝶阀,蝶阀的密封性都不受影响,具有双向密封性的优点;同时,对蝶阀的安装也没有方向的限制,具有安装方便的优点。

具体实施方式
附图表示了本发明的结构,下面再结合附图进一步说明其有关细节。本实施例中,该金属蝶阀,包括有阀体1和阀杆3,所述阀体1内腔内设有密封配合的蝶板6与阀座2以及位于蝶板6左、右两侧的进口腔7与出口腔22,且蝶板6可偏心转动设置,相应的蝶板6与阀座2的密封面为匹配的斜面,所述阀杆3可转动穿设于阀体1上,且阀杆3与阀体1上端之间设有填料10,填料10有压盖11压住,阀杆3上端与驱动装置13传动相连,该驱动装置13通过支架12安装于阀体1上端,驱动装置13可为蜗轮装置、气动装置、液动装置或电动装置,阀杆3下段与蝶板6传动相连,相应的蝶板6位于进口侧的板面上设有凸耳4,阀杆3下段穿设于该凸耳4上,且阀杆3与凸耳4通过防转销5固定相连,所述蝶板6位于出口侧的板面上设有防漏装置23,防漏装置23包括有箱体19,箱体19内设有活塞35、塞杆32、活塞腔37、弹簧腔33、通气槽28、顶杆29、引压孔一38和引压孔二42,塞杆32外端可密封移动穿设于箱体19上,且塞杆32外端设有杆斜面30,塞杆32内端与活塞35相连,该活塞35可移动设置在活塞腔37内,活塞腔37与出口腔22通过引压孔一38连通,且活塞35外侧配设有压缩弹簧34,压缩弹簧34安装于弹簧腔33内,弹簧腔33与通气槽28连通,所述顶杆29设置在通气槽28内与塞杆32联动;所述凸耳4上设有弧形滑槽36和呼吸孔26,滑槽36一端与出口腔22通过引压孔二42连通,滑槽36另一端与进口腔7通过呼吸孔26连通,滑槽36内设有切换块40和卡板27,切换块40可密封转动设置在滑槽36内,且切换块40与顶杆29内端传动配合,相应的滑槽36与通气槽28相连通,即顶杆29可从通气槽28内伸入滑槽36内传动切换块40,切换块40还配设有切换弹簧41,通气槽28与引压孔二42由切换块40控制连通,所述卡板27可上下移动调节设置在滑槽36内,位于低位的卡板27限制切换块40转动,位于高位的卡板27密封呼吸孔26;所述阀体1内腔的左侧壁上设有体斜面31,当塞杆32伸出箱体19时,杆斜面30与体斜面31压紧配合,体斜面31朝向出口侧,杆斜面30朝向进口侧。
作为进一步改进的具体实施方式,所述卡板27上设有限位部25、密封部24和溢流孔20,所述限位部25与密封部24上下分布,当所述卡板27位于低位时,限位部25与切换块40限位配合,且溢流孔20连通呼吸孔26与通气槽28,当所述卡板27位于高位时,密封部24与呼吸孔26密封配合。
作为进一步改进的具体实施方式,所述阀体1上方设有提升装置,该提升装置与卡板27上端传动相连。作为优选,所述提升装置包括有安装座16,安装座16上设有扳手17、提升圈15和提升板14,所述卡板27上端与提升板14传动相连,且卡板27上配设有复位弹簧18,所述提升圈15由铰接于安装座16上的扳手17驱动升降,且提升圈15位于提升板14下方与之联动。工作时,扳动扳手17,可带动提升圈15、提升板14及卡板27上移,之后由复位弹簧18复位。
作为进一步改进的具体实施方式,所述蝶板6的密封面上设有密封圈21,蝶板6两侧安装有进压板9与出压板8,密封圈21固定于进压板9与出压板8之间。
本发明的工作原理,当介质从进口腔7流向出口腔22时,进口腔7内的介质经过呼吸孔26、通气槽28进入弹簧腔33,塞杆32在压缩弹簧34和进口侧介质的推动下,伸入箱体19内部,再利用驱动装置13带动阀杆3和蝶板6开启或关闭阀门即可。
当介质从出口腔22流向进口腔7时,介质首先通过引压孔一38进入活塞腔37,推动活塞35,并传动塞杆32向阀体1内腔移动,塞杆32的杆斜面30压紧在阀体1内腔的体斜面31上,使蝶板6更加压紧阀座2,保证蝶板6与阀座2之间的密封面保持密封,同时,顶杆29在塞杆32的带动下脱离滑槽36,完全伸入通气槽28内。此时,如果要开启阀门,则利用扳手17提升卡板27并固定,卡板27的密封部24密封呼吸孔26,隔离呼吸孔26和通气槽28,切换块40在切换弹簧41的作用下逆时针旋转,通气槽28连通引压孔二42,出口腔22内的介质依次通过引压孔二42、通气槽28到达弹簧腔33内,驱动活塞35,并传动塞杆32向箱体19内移动,同时顶杆29推动切换块40顺时针转动,引压孔二42与通气槽28相隔离,此时利用驱动装置13带动阀杆3、蝶板6旋转开启,当关闭阀门时,撤去扳手17的作用,卡板27在复位弹簧18的作用下向下移动,卡板27的限位部25压紧切换块40,溢流孔20连通呼吸孔26与通气槽28,弹簧腔33内的介质依次通过通气槽28、溢流孔20和呼吸孔26排出,塞杆32与活塞35在活塞腔37内介质的推动下,塞杆32伸出箱体19,杆斜面30压紧体斜面31,使蝶板6与阀座2之间保持密封。

1.一种金属蝶阀,包括有阀体和阀杆,所述阀体内腔内设有密封配合的蝶板与阀座以及位于蝶板左、右两侧的进口腔与出口腔,且蝶板可偏心转动设置,相应的蝶板与阀座的密封面为匹配的斜面,所述阀杆可转动穿设于阀体上,阀杆上端与驱动装置传动相连,阀杆下段与蝶板传动相连,相应的蝶板位于进口侧的板面上设有凸耳,阀杆下段穿设于该凸耳上,且阀杆与凸耳通过防转销固定相连,其特征在于:所述蝶板位于出口侧的板面上设有防漏装置,防漏装置包括有箱体,箱体内设有活塞、塞杆、活塞腔、弹簧腔、通气槽、顶杆、引压孔一和引压孔二,塞杆外端可密封移动穿设于箱体上,且塞杆外端设有杆斜面,塞杆内端与活塞相连,该活塞可移动设置在活塞腔内,活塞腔与出口腔通过引压孔一连通,且活塞外侧配设有压缩弹簧,压缩弹簧安装于弹簧腔内,弹簧腔与通气槽连通,所述顶杆设置在通气槽内与塞杆联动;所述凸耳上设有弧形滑槽和呼吸孔,滑槽一端与出口腔通过引压孔二连通,滑槽另一端与进口腔通过呼吸孔连通,滑槽内设有切换块和卡板,切换块可密封转动设置在滑槽内,且切换块与顶杆内端传动配合,相应的滑槽与通气槽相连通,切换块还配设有切换弹簧,通气槽与引压孔二由切换块控制连通,所述卡板可上下移动调节设置在滑槽内,位于低位的卡板限制切换块转动,位于高位的卡板密封呼吸孔;所述阀体内腔的左侧壁上设有体斜面,当塞杆伸出箱体时,杆斜面与体斜面压紧配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的金属蝶阀,其特征在于:所述卡板上设有限位部、密封部和溢流孔,所述限位部与密封部上下分布,当所述卡板位于低位时,限位部与切换块限位配合,且溢流孔连通呼吸孔与通气槽,当所述卡板位于高位时,密封部与呼吸孔密封配合。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的金属蝶阀,其特征在于:所述阀体上方设有提升装置,该提升装置与卡板上端传动相连。
4.如权利要求3所述的金属蝶阀,其特征在于:所述提升装置包括有安装座,安装座上设有扳手、提升圈和提升板,所述卡板上端与提升板传动相连,且卡板上配设有复位弹簧,所述提升圈由铰接于安装座上的扳手驱动升降,且提升圈位于提升板下方与之联动。
5.如权利要求1所述的金属蝶阀,其特征在于:所述蝶板的密封面上设有密封圈,蝶板两侧安装有进压板与出压板,密封圈固定于进压板与出压板之间。
