蝶阀被广泛的应用在石油炼制、长输管线、化工、造纸、制药、水利、电力、市政、钢铁等行业。现有三偏心结构的蝶阀,在使用时只具有单向密封性好,如果介质从该阀的进口侧进入蝶阀内腔,则该阀在关闭时,进口侧的介质推动蝶板压紧阀座,密封面处密封比压增加,具有很好的密封性,如果介质从该阀的出口侧进入蝶阀内腔时,出口侧的介质给蝶板一个反向的作用力,使密封面处的密封比压减小,则该阀无法保持密封。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种具有双向密封、安装方便的蝶阀。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案来实现的:该种双向密封蝶阀,包括有阀体和外阀杆,所述阀体内腔内设有密封配合的蝶板与阀座以及位于蝶板左、右两侧的进口腔与出口腔,且蝶板可偏心转动设置,相应的蝶板与阀座的密封面为匹配的斜面,所述外阀杆可转动穿设于阀体上,外阀杆上段与驱动装置传动相连,外阀杆下段与蝶板传动相连,其特征在于:所述外阀杆内转动设有内阀杆,内阀杆上端与扳手传动相连,内阀杆下部外圆上连接有切换板,相应的外阀杆上设有供切换板转动的竖槽,切换板配设有复位弹簧,切换板另一端连接有推板头,所述蝶板左上角设有板斜面;所述阀体左侧壁上设有通槽,通槽外端封设有T型固定套,且固定套的竖直部伸入通槽内,通槽内还设有推套,推套可轴向移动密封套设于固定套的竖直部上,且推套上端设有上台阶,该上台阶与通槽内壁可滑移密封配合,且通槽内壁上还设有下台阶,上台阶下端面与下台阶上端面及通槽内壁、推套外壁之间形成弹簧腔,上台阶与下台阶之间设有压缩弹簧,上台阶上端面与固定套及通槽内壁之间形成有活塞腔,所述阀体及固定套上设有连通出口腔与活塞腔的引压孔,所述固定套的竖直部上设有内孔及横孔,横孔可连通推套下移后的活塞腔与内孔,所述推套上设有可选择导通或切断固定套内孔与弹簧腔以及阀体内腔与弹簧腔的切换腔,且切换腔配设有切换结构,切换结构与推板头驱动配合,所述推套右下角设有推斜面,且推套下移后的推斜面与板斜面顶紧配合。
所述切换腔包括有横向贯通推套下端的安装腔及连通安装腔右段与弹簧腔的呼吸孔,安装腔左端设有塞套,安装腔右端设有缓流孔,安装腔中段连通固定套内孔,所述安装腔内设有可左右移动的切换杆,且切换杆配设有预压弹簧,切换杆右端设有塞头,当切换杆左移时,固定套内孔与弹簧腔通过安装腔导通,塞头与缓流孔密封配合,当切换杆右移时,固定套内孔与弹簧腔相隔离,弹簧腔与进口腔通过呼吸孔及缓流孔导通。
所述切换杆中部外圆上设有凸缘,切换杆右移时,凸缘阻断安装腔的中段与右段。
所述切换杆外圆与缓流孔内壁之间的间隙较小,当切换杆右移时,塞头脱离缓流孔,弹簧腔内的液体可经缓流孔缓慢流出。
所述推套上端连接有指示杆,指示杆可移动密封穿设于固定套的水平部上。
本发明的有益效果是改进后的双向密封蝶阀,当介质从该阀的出口侧进入蝶阀内腔时,能通过推套作用在蝶板上一个使蝶板压紧阀座的力,使蝶板与阀座之间的密封面处的密封比压增加,密封性好,因此,介质不论从哪端进入蝶阀,蝶阀的密封性都不受影响,具有双向密封性的优点;同时,对蝶阀的安装也没有方向的限制,具有安装方便的优点。

当介质从出口腔16流向进口腔8时,介质首先通过引压孔30进入活塞腔29,推动推套25向阀体1内腔移动,推套25的推斜面34顶紧在推板头20的板斜面21上,使蝶板6更加压紧阀座2,保证蝶板6与阀座2之间的密封面保持密封。同时活塞腔29内的介质经横孔28进入内孔24,此时如果想要开启阀门时,首先,利用扳手14带动内阀杆7旋转,内阀杆7带动切换板19和推板头20逆时针转动,推板头20推动切换杆22左移,塞头33伸入缓流孔35内,呼吸孔32与阀体1内腔相隔离,内孔24连通呼吸孔32,内孔24内的介质经过呼吸孔32进入弹簧腔40,推套25在弹簧腔40内的介质与压缩弹簧31的作用下推动推套25脱离阀体1内腔,推斜面34脱离板斜面21,此时,利用驱动装置13带动外阀杆3与蝶板6转动,开启阀门。
如果在利用驱动装置13开启阀门时,放开扳手14,切换板19与推板头20在复位弹簧18的作用下重新旋转至原位置,切换杆22脱离推板头20,切换杆22在预压弹簧23的作用下右移,缓流孔35连通阀体1内腔与弹簧腔40,但由于切换杆22外圆与缓流孔35内壁之间的间隙较小,因此,弹簧腔40内的介质通过缓流孔35进入阀体1内腔是非常缓慢的,此时,内孔24与呼吸孔32隔离,呼吸孔32通过缓流孔35连通阀体1内腔,弹簧腔40内的介质不会瞬时全部流入阀体1内腔,推套25不会瞬时的被活塞腔29内的介质推入阀体1内腔,具有足够的时间,让驱动装置13带动蝶板6开启。
